Women's Tall Ugg Boots - I LOVE my boots! They are exactly what I wanted. The shipping time was amazing! I ordered them on Thursday, and they were here on Monday.

UGG Tall Classic - The most wonderful pair of boots I have ever owned, it's like wearing slippers all day, they suit all climates from SFO to NY was recently in NY -15 below they kept my feet very toasty. Would highly recommend.

Zappos is awsome - I'm am very pleased with the Uggs I ordered from Zappos. They are exactly what I expected and so comfortable. They do run a whole size larger than marked but I knew that before I ordered because I read the reviews provided by Zappos. I ordered them at 10 o'clock at night and the showed up at my door the next afternoon. Zappos is the best!!!

Heaven - Best footwear I've ever had! Like slippers, but you can wear them in the snow. Will definitely buy at least one other pair! This color (chestnut)is a good choice...goes with a lot, doesn't show the dirt...can't live without them!

Ugg Classic Tall: Sand - I love my Uggs! I get stares everytime I wear them. I think people are trying to see if they are real or not. My Uggs are so comfortable, and are perfect for the cold weather DE is having. I can't wait to wear them with a skirt in the spring. Zappos upgraded my shipping at no extra charge. I ordered them on Friday, and they were there Monday. Thank you Zappos!

Super Fast!! I love my new Uggs. They're perfect for New England weather and hiking around a college campus. They were shipped super fast! Ordered on a Friday and got them Monday! I usually wear a size 7-7 1/2 ish and ordered a size 7, but definitely could have gotten a size 6.

Best money ever spent on a pair of boots - These boots are the best I've ever worn. I am a true size 7 and I purchased a 6, which was a perfect fit. I definitly recommend treating them with suede protector before you wear them for the first time. I put 3 coats of the protecter on them. Thank god I did, because a whole cup of coffe spilled on my left boot, and to my surprisethey were very easy to clean and no spots remained. Love these boots. UGG you're the best.

Nice boots - I bought these as a gift for my 17 yr old niece. She loves them. She normally wears a 6.5-7 and we ordered a 7. They were too big so we exchanged them for 6's. They're still roomy but not too big. Order 1/2 to 1 size smaller for comfy fit. Zappos was awesome about the exchange. We received the new pair overnight!

Finally, my feet are warm! I got these in the violet. They are TOO CUTE for words. It's the most gorgeous shade of violet. Some others have complained that this model is made in China. So what? They're still made out of sheepskin, and are amazingly comfortable. I plan on wearing mine primarily as indoor slipper/shoes because I have perpetually cold feet at night. I love these boots!

I adore my pink boots and have received nothing but compliments when I wear them. I am the "pink" girl!!! Zappos delivery was outstanding. I was expecting regular delivery and received next day delivery at no charge -- such a nice surprise. My next purchase will be the strawberry ice Ugg cloggs.

First I would like the other customers that were kind enough to share their views about their uggs. I was able to order a size 7 and have it fit comfortably in the length, even though my size is 8 to 8-1/2. I also appreciated knowing the color was more purple than the sample, which has a blue (iolite) look to it. It is a rich color, as opposed to pastels-mostly offered. I am a narrow and unfortunately there are not many sporty or comfort shoes made in this width. I'm used to it and can comfortably compensate with a pair of socks. they also breathe well and are extremely soft. Glad I spent the extra money to purchase an established, well-known brand. this winter has been quite cold in our california valley town, reaching 39 with the wind chill factor, I wear them at home and when I'm out and about. zappos has been wonderful to deal with! It is exciting to receive shoes so quickly with no extra charge - thank you.

The Best Buy Ever! I never thought I would be an Ugg person. Who knew? Now I can't take them off my feet. The comfort is magnificent. I have the baby blue ones and they match with everything. I specially love how they look with my jeans. Also the service was tremendous. I can't complain. I thought I would get them in 4-5 days but I got them in 2. I love Zappos.com. I will keep ordering from this online shoe store. Thank you Zappos!!!

I loved 'em! They were better than I thought! I wear them all of the time and hate to take them off! They are not as cute as I thought they would be, but look exactly as they do in pictures.

Excellent customer service - I ordered this shoe saturday night and received it tuesday afternoon. I had originally ordered it in lilac but then on sunday afternoon I wanted to change it to baby pink. With other stores it might have been too late to change my order but it wasn't the case with Zappos. They even upgraded my shipping to 2 day. Another perk is that there is no shipping and tax charges.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and level of customer service I have received. My order made it in time for my girlfriend's birthday. She loves her boots!

Love 'em - These are the best boots I have enver purchased - well worth the money. They are so warn and so comfortable - I even wear them around the house to keep my feet warm. The look really cute with a skirt or just jeans.

First of all, Zappos is number one. Great products and great customer service. I received my items in one day. Now, the boots. These boots are fabulous. I'm an indoor barefoot person but once I've been outside with my UGGS on, they stay on, even inside. They are SO comfortable. I even bought a pair for my 79 year old mom who didn't really like the looks of them but once she put them on she was hooked. GREAT BOOTS!!!
