These shoes are definitely a comfortable shoe. However, the pictures made it appear slimmer than they actually are. I prefer a more "low profile" shoe, and these were not necessarily what I was looking for. I also ordered a size D width, and these seem rather wide compared to my other soccer shoes. I still decided to keep them though, because they are a very stylish shoe.

Runs a little small. I wear a size ten in most dress shoes but a ten in these was too small to be comfortable.

Stylish. A little on the tight side in my size. Not comfortable for extended periods of wear.

Zappos was out of the Samba Original, so I tried the Classic. The tongue on these shoes is very long and irritating after a few minutes. I returned them right away. They look kicky, though!

I usually by this shoe to use in toe clip pedals. They work just fine for this application.

Great style "classic" does rub the top of my big toe on the right shoe and they squeak a little. Other than that, I like 'em and they look good. I would not recommend these if you need a lot of support and padding in the shoe. However, for the price, you can't beat the classic style

Great shoe for style and support. I have flat feet and these actually had ample arch support even though they look flat. The one drawback is that they have no ventilation. On a hot day your feet can get pretty sweaty.

Very versatile shoe! I wear them with everything from jeans to khakis to shorts with no socks. This is my second pair of Sambas and the longer tongue on these is really cool. The way Sambas are made makes them a little stiff, but as long as you're not trying to run in them comfort is great.

These are pretty basic, but functional. They run a bit narrow and short, but so do most soccer shoes. I normally wear a 13 in most sneakers, I had to get a 14 in these for them to fit. They are some of the wider indoor shoes I have tried. I normally wear a EE width, but for a shoe I will wear occasionally to kick a ball around with my kids, I don\'t need them to fit perfectly. I could not even come close to fitting in the similar Nike or Diadora model, so I went with this one. Light on features and padding, but like I said, functional and relatively roomy if you size up.

A true classic never dies - I have loves the Samba Classics for years... this is my second pair and these are a splendid indoor shoe. I actually use them for playing drum set because they give you the feeling of being directly connected to the pedals... one issue, I don't remember them being quite this snug fitting when I was in college. Maybe it is that my foot has just gotten fatter... if you are interested in a close fitting indoor soccer shoe, these are the favorite. Love Sambas always!

This was the first time I ever bought sneakers other than Converse, and I must say I enjoy these shoes. I just don't give it 5 stars because adjusting to it can be uncomfortable. I was used to no arch support, so the arch support in the Samba's actually made my feet hurt for about a week, but once I got used to it, I found it to be comfortable. It's a bit narrow at first, but it breaks in easily. The tongue is a bit of a nuisance, but you get used to it. They are very warm and "waterproof" (not really, but they can keep your feet dry in rain/snow, unless you step in a puddle, that is) - great shoes for winter, but I couldn't wear it in the summer. Overall great sneakers. The Sambas have a new fan.

Top notch - The looks and the feel are all excellent. The overnight delivery was superfragilistic! I'm spreading the word Zappos is beyond the beguine. Cheers

More comfortable than I had expected, seem pretty durable and haven't scuffed after several games (min e are white). Overall, this shoe has good value for its money and also looks good when worn outside the indoor soccer pitch.

Buy ‘em, won't regret it. Love the Classic Adidas black and white look. Don't think they'll ever go out of style. Obviously they aren't the most comfortable shoes, but they aren't bad. Just wear thick socks.

A timeless classic - I just bought these shoes and wanted to say how nice they feel. After the first day of breaking in, these shoes feel very comfortable. The only downside is that they lack sufficient support in the arch/heel area. Perhaps it isn't the shoe, rather I am a 230 pound 40 year old man.

Adidas Rules - Lighter and less athletic than I remember. Feels good and looks great.

Comfortable, great for lifting weights because of the nice flat sole, although some more ankle support would be nice.

1/2 size small - My husband wears a size 10 shoe, he's never deviated from this size. When we ordered the Classic Adidas Sambas for him in a size 10 we had to send them back, he needed a 10.5. Luckyily they were in stock and this size fit him perfectly.

These shoes are great! I love these shoes! The look is great and they are probably one of the most comfortable shoes that I have owned. If u are going for comfort and style these are the shoes for u! Also they have very good arch support. I am a soccer player and a runner and I have a lot of problems with my arches and these shoes are great for arch support. These are a great pair of shoes!

Good, but didn't hold up - Had them for 2 weeks. Wore them to kick the ball around in the yard with the kids and the Saturday "parents vs. 8yr old kids" game (outdoor). Nothing too aggressive. Already a small tear in the white part on heel. No other wearing. That was a bit of a let down. Other than that, as comfortable as I remember.

It’s a classic - I had a pair of these years ago and I loved them. When they started to fall apart I gave them to my friend who really liked them. He wore them till they had holes, then they hung from his ceiling for years. I’m happy to have another pair finally. Very comfortable!

Damn good-looking, on guys and girls - My ex-boyfriend had multiple pairs of Sambas, and I always thought they looked hot - casual but cool. I have since bought myself a pair, and while my feet are still getting used to them, I am liking them a lot. Pretty comfortable, though my flat foot is still adjusting to the higher-than-normal arch. I recently had a bad spell with Achilles tendonitis, and these are actually treating me ok, so we'll see. A warning to you gals out there - I usually wear a women's 11-12 (I'm six feet tall, what can I say?); I wear these in a men's 10.5, no smaller. Also, my feet look very long in these, which I don't love. These are not for you if you want your feet to look small and cute. I do think they look pretty great though, and I like 'em, so I'm keeping them.

Solid shoe - I use this shoe for biking using a toe clip on the pedals. It fits nicely in the clip and it feels right pedaling or walking.

This shoe runs small. My husband wears a 14 but these were at least a half size too small. They are nice looking shoe.
