These boots are a great product and recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase steel toe boots

The boots took a couple of days to break in, once they did, very comfortable.

This is a great work boot. I can wear this shoe 12 hrs with no fatigue. The ankle relief in the rear of the boot is a huge plus as bending is a large part of my job. The only down side and I am not sure that I would complain anyway, is that after a "lifetime" of use the sole tends to separate from the boot. It always seems to be an indicator to purchase a new pair.

I don't think you'll find a steel toe boot that offers as much comfort as these do. I wear wide width boots and these ones provide durability all day at work when I'm on my feet. When I get home, I even sometimes forget I'm still wearing them.

This is my second pair as I use them in a heavy repair truck shop. They last a very long time. And very comfortable.

Two weeks in, good quality, progressive sole when walking(rolls forward well-easy on the legs and feet to push off) very stable, shock absorption is good, not the soft floating on air feeling I was hoping for but not too far off. They are light considering they do look a little clunky with the thick sole and high toe box (can't say I've noticed any increase in room in toe box though) Obviously, as it is with every shoe, ever, arch support is pathetic I think manufacturers put the little bump in the arch area for aesthetics. So I put arch supports in them from day three. I'm a machinist so I stand a lot for hours on concrete and overall I'm happy with these boots.

I wear Pit Boss boots daily. I am a woman who has been buying Pit boss men's boots for 10 years. I discovered Timberland at a higher end department store while looking for a better quality boot than the lesser quality ladies boots I had been purchasing. Since my life revolves around contractor work and a home farm, boots are essential. I sport a 2 x herniated disk, in which the Pit Bosses have the superior support for the degenerative condition. Often when walking on concrete floors with Pit Boss boots it actually feels like my feet are floating, it feels therapeutic to walk on the hard surface. My other boots, tennis shoes, street shoes don't have this quality. Currently I own 6 pairs of Pit Boss and one pair of another Boss line, each has a designated use, with 3 pairs that I rotate out weekly for daily work use. I am purchasing an 8th pair for non work use. I took two pairs to central america to work with the Green Sea Turtles last year, they protected my feet from the sharp cutting fingers on the bottom of the turtles flippers while we were measuring and inspecting these 400lbs gals. The flippers are so strong that your feet are pushed back hard and you loose your balance. One pair of boots has some slight nicks from the flippers. My friend didn't wear Timberland, her boots were ripped up badly. Another time I misjudged and hit my Pit Boss boot with the chainsaw blade, soft toe in 2006. The cut wasn't as deep as I thought it would be as the boots are tough, my toes were saved, I still wear those boots in daily use. Nobody laughs at me for wearing men's boots, they think its wise if they know anything about boots. I am sold on these boots, obviously.

I use the boots for work and they are very comfortable. They have proven to be well worth the purchase and they look very nice. I walk around and stand on concrete floors 10 hours a day and my feet feel great after. The only down side so far is that the laces are too short.

Love my new boots! My feet are nice and dry during this nasty winter we're having here in Jersey. They're very comfortable to walk around school all day.

Had a pair of 9 or 10 year old Timberland Boots. That pair finally wore out. The Pro 6" is all I expected from Timberland. Very comfortable. True to size. The Tongue stays in place. Little to no break in period. Highly recommend

I love 'em. Took a couple good walks to break them in, and I had to flex the hard plastic (?) on the side of the heel. After the abrasion healed, all was well. I'll subtract a star for that, but all in all I'm happy with the shoe. They're not light, but I didn't want light.

Everyone should use Zappos as their model in on line buying. They are the best, your items are shipped immediately (with the items you actually ordered) and returns are just as easy. Anything I can buy on Zappos, I do! They rock. Plus the shoes were good, too.

Great fit on my 14 EE feet as well as good support. I have a bad ankle and work on concrete all day but these boots are comfortable all day.

These boots are great. This will be my second purchase of this style and color (wheat/nubuck) and I get nothing but compliments when I wear them. They fit well and are comfortable to walk or stand in all day without any special inserts. I live in Western New York so snow is a way of life and I feel safe moving quickly to almost running in snow covered parking lots because these have amazing grip and are water resist as well. I am only buying a second pair due to losing my old pair during a recent move and had to have these again.

I have an older pair of Timberland boots that I bought on sale at the mall years ago. Due to arthritis in my feet and ankles I have worn them more in recent times and hence they are getting worn out. Not knowing the model name it was a guessing game and then I found these. They provide good support but the cutout for the back of the heel in the back is exactly what I needed. My old pair are the tan color and this time I got the darker brown but am definitely thinking of getting the tan pair as well so I have two to go between (and to stockpile!). My only complaint is that the footbed seems a tad bit slick under my socks (correct size so that isn't the issue) but I'm guessing in this time that will resolve or I can put a different insole in.
I'd also recommend:

Bought these for husband. He's worked manual labor for 30 plus years. Said these are best, most comfortable boots for anyone that works on their feet. Says liners and cushions are best ever.

I bought these boots for my son to use at his camp. He used them as work boots and said that they are comfortable, even though he was using them in the summer. The sizing seems accurate.

Just purchased these but as soon as I put them on I could feel such a difference from the cheap steel toe boots I have. Even with dr scholl's gel work inserts my current boots were not even half as comfortable. I wanted to get steel toe shoes thinking they'd be more comfortable but these boots were just as comfortable if not more. I can't speak on durability yet but I imagine you get the classic timberland durability just like all their other boots. Speaking from experience, if you can afford these DO NOT buy a cheaper boot to save money. Invest the money and save your feet.

My son wanted a pair of work boots for Christmas. Found this style online and thought he would love these vs. the traditional look you see in the store. I scored big, he loves them. He wears a 9.5 and I ordered a 10 thinking he would have some growing room, but they were way to big and sloppy feeling. Went with the 9.5. They fit great with some wingle room in them.
