Excellent Fit - I had a pair of Birks in the past, but they seemed too wide. I took a chance and purchased the narrow and I love it. I would recommend the narrow for anyone who wears a regular width shoe.

Not good for flat feet - I bought these 2 months after foot surgery to wear around the house on my hardwood floors. I was surprised that these shoes hurt my foot, since I have always heard how great Birkenstocks are for your feet. When I told my physical therapist, he said that Birkenstocks are not good for people with very flat feet, which I have; they work best for people with high arches. I wish I had known that before spending too much money on shoes that I have worn inside a few times.

Birkenstock Arizona Black Patent - I received my Birkenstock Arizona Black Patent shoe overnight! I have been wanting these for yrs. and finally ordered a pair. I have ordered many pairs from your company and Zappos is the BEST company to do business with!!! I recommend your site to other people. 8-)

Birks - These sandals are extremely durable and very comfortable. If you wear other types of flops or sandals try these before making your next purchase for warm weather footwear.

Best Shoes EVER! I normally just wear flip flops and flats which were killer on my back (which I had broken a few years ago) but my Birkenstocks are shoes that I could wear anytime anywhere for any length of time. I practically live in them and they are so cute too!! If you can get a pair of these.

Great sandal! This is my second pair of Arizonas. I liked the first pair so much, I had them resoled.

Second pair - They take a little while to break in and the front strap cuts into the top of the foot a bit when they are brand new but that was true for my last pair too. If they last as long as my previous pair (4 years) than I can handle that.

Purchased as a gift for Christmas - I got these for my brother-in-law for the family gift exchange. I was very amazed at quick shipping service. As for the fit, he said that they were fine as these were a replacement for a pair we got him back in 1998.

Birks are the Best - Arizona's are the most comfortable and coolest shoe available. If I could I would wear them with formal wear. They are great for the health of your foot.

A "Shoe" that really fits my foot! I've been wearing Birkies for years. I have a wide foot. My orthopedist recommends them and it's the only shoe I can wear comfortably--year round. Just add a pair of socks--unless the snow if over 2" deep!

Love them - I have been wearing these for years. I bought another pair and a pair for my husband. He never liked the one's I was wearing but decided to give them a try. He now regrets ever thinking they were ugly. He said, “These are the most wonderful shoes in the world.”

Excellent Shoe! I ordered these shoes for my son. He has always liked the Birkenstock brand. Whether it is the sandal or the clogs, he has always had good luck with them. He is very hard on shoes and they seem to hold up well. Thanks for having larger size shoes available. His shoe size makes it difficult to buy in the store. Comfort Comfort Comfort - Still can't beat Birkenstock for Comfort - closest I've come would be Wolky Sandals. Would prefer more variety but guess Birkies are Birkies. Thinking of getting a pair of Birkie clogs but would like to see more in the smooth leathers than the suedes. BTW - order down, especially if you are ordering a wide width. Even with my wide feet and long-ago-broken toe issues, the wide is PLENTY WIDE. Fortunately Zappos dynamite customer service email response answered my questions in this regard before I ordered, so didn't have to mess with guessing and exchanging.

Love these Birks - Birkenstock's Arizona is a sandal that fits well, wears very well and is a shoe I come back to again and again. The quality of the shoe is outstanding and the adjustable fit great. I'll be back for more!

Granted, this particular style of Birkenstock is not the most feminine or dressy of styles. However, I don't recall ever feeling exactly "feminine" with blisters that throb or feet that ache or toes that are reformed into a misshapen cluster. So I suppose the trade off is really worth it after all! These shoes deliver total comfort with no blisters or throbbing.

Birkenstock Arizona, always a winner - What's not to like about the classic Birkenstock Arizona? Loved the cocao color, and as a wearer for over 20 years, the key is selecting the right size. Thanks to Zappos for the fast and reliable service.

Best sandal for comfort - Birkenstocks are one of the best sandals I have ever owned. The fit was on the mark and is great for walking distances. I also like the Birkenstock quality and reassurance that this shoe will last for years. The comfort of the shoe is terrific.

Great Shoe! Originally I ordered a size 42 Men’s Birkenstock Arizona for my boyfriend. I went by what other Zappos customers had commented about and ordered a size smaller than he normally wears. They ended up being just a tad too small so we returned them for a Men’s 43 in the cocoa nubuck. At first they felt weird on his feet (as they do for most first time Birk wearers) but after the first few wears they are the most comfortable shoes he owns. I was a little apprehensive about ordering the Narrow Width because he doesn't have "narrow" feet but they turned out to fit perfectly. I have a pair myself and wear them whenever I feel like dressing casual/comfortable. They are great shoes and Zappos return shipping was wonderful! So if you're concerned you might not order the right size don't worry about it because you can always return them. :)

More of the same - This is my fifth or sixth pair of Birkenstock Arizona’s. Obviously the shoe fits my foot, as well as my lifestyle, very well! I can wear the shoe all day without discomfort. It's all about comfort and healthy feet for me. I enjoy both with this shoe.

Birkies Again - Just bought my 5th pair of Birkies -- first from Zappos. The Arizona is the most comfortable of their styles for me & this is my 3rd pair of them. While their narrow is definitely not the AA I usually wear, with bulky socks they're perfect. And with an extra hole on the straps, they stay on just fine without the bulky socks.

Birkenstock Arizona the only shoe for total comfort - I have worn two pairs of Arizona’s for about 15 years. I wear them all the time: I keep one pair at the back door and one pair at the front door. The cork is starting to disintegrate, but I have not babied them, so it is understandable. A local dealer will refurbish them at low cost. Yes, they are a bit ugly, but for comfort they are the best. I broke both heels two years ago in a fall from a ladder and these were and continue to be Godsends. Big initial investment, but they last forever, and can be repaired indefinitely.

Birkenstock for Lance - This is a great price for a classic shoe. I was happy that you had it in the right size and right color. The best part was how fast you got them to me. I was leaving on a trip and really needed them quick. You came through and I am very pleased.
