I have been wearing this shoe for about a month and I couldn’t be more satisfied. It was comfortable from the minute I put it on. The leather is soft and dressy-looking and the insole is very cushy. I need a wide toe-box and this shoe provides more than enough room for bunions and hammer toes. Too much information, I know, but if you have these issues, I can tell you this shoe will meet your needs for width and height in the toe area. The only drawback for me is that I can’t wear my orthotics in these shoes. They just aren’t quite deep enough for my inserts, but that doesn’t mean they wouldn’t work for someone else. They provide enough support and comfort that I don’t have foot pain even without the orthotics. I have told my family and friends that Propet will probably be the only brand of shoes I buy from now on.

First and foremost Zappos has not failed me yet and I am in a profession that I need the most comfortable shoe possible; mainly I have neuromas in my feet which can be very painful. I have bought shoes that weren’t comfortable around the house and had no problem shipping them back without conflict. I would advise anyone who is looking for that perfect fit to allow Zappos that opportunity to serve you. You will not be disappointed I promise. I bought these shoes for my 12 1/2 year old daughter who goes to a catholic school. She absolutely loves them! She tells me that they don't hurt at all. They look good and feel like she's walking on air! I would definitely recommend them!

Wonderfully comfortable fit - I just love these shoes. They fit my very wide, high arched foot better than anything I've found to date. It's very hard for me to find comfortable shoes that are nice enough to wear with my work clothes, but this shoe really fits the bill. Comfortable from the moment I put them on. I am going to order them in every color!

Propet Mary Jane is great! The Propet Mary Jane Walker is a wonderful shoe. It is extremely light but offers excellent support and comfort. No break-in was needed. I love them!

Good for people with narrow toes - These are nice looking and comfortable in the heel and arch area, but the toe area is too narrow for my toes. It scrunches them together.

Comfortable and Roomy - Very comfortable. I was very excited to finally find a pair of shoes roomy enough to accomodate my orthotics and still look cute. Have received many compliments.

Great feel, great look - This is a great, great shoe -- comfortable and yet sturday, and very attractive. I actually get regular compliments for these shoes! The velcro strap makes them especially easy to slip on and go. Easily my favorite shoe.

Not the prettiest shoe, but very comfortable - I was looking for something to wear with slacks to work. I have arthritis in my feet and find most shoes uncomfortable. These were great. I got the black and the brown nubuck. I usually wear a 7W, but found the 7.5W felt a little better.

Propet Mary Jane Walker - I love these shoes! They are probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned. It's like walking on pillows.

I got these shoes for my daughter, who has a very wide foot, and it has been literally impossible to find any dress shoes for her, until now. This was the first pair she was ever able to fit, and she loves them! They are so comfortable, and fit so well that she wants to wear them all the time--even instead of her tennis shoes. Great work shoe - This is a great work shoe. Usually it takes me at least a week to break in a shoe. This one took one day.

Wonderful Shoes! I ordered the brown suede shoes and they were perfectly comfortable the first time I wore them! No break in time needed at all. I would recommend them to anyone!

Finally... wide shoes. Finally a shoe that doesn't rub on my poor ole bunion. It is very wide. I usually wear size 8 but ordered size 7 1/2 and it fits perfectly. They are loose because my food is actually only a 2E but with the bunion I needed something wider. Thank you Zappos for being the easiest company on the internet to do business with.

Comfortable in PA - This is my second pair. They are soo comfortable I realized after wearing them to work that I hadn't thought about my feet the whole day. A friend of mine liked them and I told her about Zappo's great customer service and she ordered a pair too. Wide width is perfect.

Super cute Mary Janes! These are great shoes. They are very well made. I love the adjustable velcro closure. The arch support is excellent. They are super smooth inside, no seems rub on your feet. Another important feature, they don't make any noise when you walk. I love that! I only wish they were a little more cushioned. I am considering putting custom orthodics in them. Don't get me wrong, they already have great insoles, my feet are just very sensitive. Overall, a great shoe!!

The most comfortable shoe I have ever owned - These shoes make my feet feel so good. I have plantar faciitis and walking even short distances has bothered my feet in the past. Now when I slip my orthotics into the shoes,I can walk in comfort. Major improvement.

We conquered Paris with these shoes! Lots of walking in the City of Light, and no-one wears tennies there! I gambled on these walking shoes and love them. They are perfect with pants or casual dresses.

Great shoe. I have to wear an orthotic and these are the best shoes that I have found. Would buy a navy pair if Propet would make it.

Comfortable for walking! This is one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever owned. I'm usually a 10, but had to exchange for a 10.5 and I'm glad they made that size. I walk long distances almost every day and on trips I prefer to bring only one pair of shoes, so these work perfectly for both situations: comfortable and rugged yet suitably stylish. I Scotchguarded them and I've worn them in rain and (light) snow and haven't had a problem with wet feet. The rubber soles offer comfort and great traction. The Velcro closure is convenient, fast and good for exact tightening. The low-key style and black color work well with jeans/pants and skirts/dresses. If I could, I would make them a little funkier, because they're a tad orthopedic looking, but the comfort has been worth it. My only other small complaints: I've had them just under a year and I can feel them compressing and wearing down inside (maybe especially because I overpronate), so that I think I'll have to replace them sooner than I'd wanted to. The cover on the insole dislodged under my heel almost immediately, and since it contains some of the padding and is not removable, I've had to superglue it back in place several times to keep from walking on a ridge of material under my heel. But overall, I'm glad I sprang for these shoes (it's more than I usually pay), because I've worn them almost every day since last fall to this spring.

Cute but cutting - I loved the look of this shoe online and it was even cuter when it arrived. Unfortunately, the edge of the cutout at the front cut sharply into my foot. I have a high instep and the Velcro strap made the fit across the instep perfect. I just could not get past the cutting edge of the front. I will sadly return them. I don't think a larger size would help. I have had this experience with other Mary-Jane styles. I thought I'd give it a try since others reviews indicated that it was a great shoe. I think it probably is when the fit is good.

Comfy - A really comfortable and easy to wear shoe!

Comfortably attractive - I have very fussy feet (fighting plantar fasciaitis and an old dance injury), and seem to spend most of my day in sneakers. However, I needed something a little bit more dressy, and these fit the bill. My orthotic inserts fit in the shoe very nicely, and I'm able to wear the shoe all day if necessary. Thanks! It's great to be able to get out of a sneaker.
