It would be extremely helpful if Naot would classify their shoes into easily identifiable widths. The "collections" are unclear as to consistent sizing, and I have had lots of experience, since most of my shoes are Naot. Every time I try to find a new pair of shoes, I go through this painful process of returns, just trying to find the right sizing---the styles are great, if I could just find the right "collection" which consistently fit.

Loved how it looked and felt. I had to return it due to a tiny problem, and the sandals won't fit on straight, leaving part of my ankles exposed without sole support.

I wish I was happier about these sandals. They are comfy and the style is good- pretty standard, unassuming style. HOWEVER, I can't keep them because the right sandal fits looser than the left, even when the buckle is at the tightest. My feet are pretty symmetrical and I have never had issues with irregular sizing between the two. I know that the type of craftsmanship for this brand allows for these discrepancies (it even says so in the packaging) but it really is noticeable and distracting when trying to walk around in them. Sadly, I can't keep.

Good sandle - Overall, I am happy with the Naot Geneva. The leather straps and insole are comfortable. The sole has good traction, although would benefit from a bit more cushioning. The insole is removable for those who have full-length orthotics. The only gripe I have is that the front strap is not adjustable, so depending on your foot it may or may not provide a snug fit.

The straps stretch out - The look of this sandal is very good, as is the initial fit. However, after wearing this sandal for a few weeks, the straps stretch out and it no longer fits well. I had my shoe maker cut the straps and shorten them, but it is needed again. I would not buy this sandal again.

Comfortable

I have lived in these shoes at home during the pandemic. Love them so much I'm about to buy my third pair.

Just a bit narrow through the wide part of my foot and kinda too long, someone else’s foot will be perfect, very nice sandals, the Mikela style size 38 fits much better throughout and I’ll be keeping those.

I usually wear a flip flop & am not used to straps so I am not sure if they will bother me. The sandal is well made (as it should be) but I have tried Naot & know they run small. I usually wear a size 11 but got the next size up in case they ran on the smaller size. The 12’s are a perfect fit. They are comfortable to wear around the house but I am not sure how they will feel after hours on my feet. I just ordered a pair of Sketcher’s flip flops to try. I usually buy Crocs but they discontinued the best design they had. I will keep either one pair & return the other, or keep both because they are so different.

Beautiful shoes, but I cannot adjust the one strap to be tight enough to hold the shoe in place on my feet. The strap across the toe area is also too loose for me.

Great! Good arch support, so they are comfortable without the orthothotics that I wear in shoes that allow them.

Oop! I reviewed these sandals and noted that they rubbed my foot and I returned, but I was actually thinking of another pair of sandals! I have so many Naots! I love these sandals and they are super comfortable and do not rub my left pronating arthritic foot!

In general, Naots are SUPERB--good support, good style, durable, worth every penny! I needed some casual darker brown slip-on sandals, and these fit the bill perfectly. The sole is study and does not slip easily. The leather is rich looking, slightly soft--clearly BROWN (as opposed to brown-black or tan)--support is typical Naot--can't beat it! The slanted strap joining the two horizontal straps (typical of many Naot sandals) adds a touch of style. Big YES.

Great quality leather on this sandal but I have a large bunion and the strap rubbed exactly on that spot. Too bad.

I have foot problems so I have a hard time finding comfortable, supportive shoes that are also stylish. These fit the bill in all areas.

Lov these shoes, comfort fit right out of box. Because my feet swell it is hard to find sandals that accommodate, but these do. In addition they are really cute. Have had several complements.

I love Naot footwear. I have had about a dozen pairs over the years. I purchased the Geneva sandal for the second time and chose a size 37 this time as the 38 always seemed too large. I recommend purchasing true to size in Naot at least in the size 7 range of foot. Only one other time was a shoe in a Naot 38 too large. If that's the case it's not the size it's the style so changing the size hasn't worked for me, pick a different style. But I do know the European sizing for 37 to 38 spans different than sizes 6 to 7, and I do wear size 37 Birki's in sandals.

Love these sandals. I purchased these sandals because I've got plantar fasciitis and my doctor recommended Naot. I love these shoes! They look good and feel good.

Naots are wonderful! Naots are some of the best shoes I have ever owned and I have problem feet. Naots give me a nice look, comfort, and wear.

Really like this shoe, wear it a lot and it accommodates my orthotics.

Naots most comfortable shoe I've found - This is my second pair of Naot sandals. They fit perfectly and keep looking new for a long time.
