Very enjoyable shoe that has a uniquely comfortable second-skin feel once it molds to your foot. Very classic looking sandal too. The only negative I can report is really generic to this kind of sandal. The shoe is soft, flexible, and almost flat. Once the insole molds to your foot and the initial cushiness tamps down, the forefoot does not have the degree of padding, nor the degree of midsole support, that, say, Geneva's insole-sharing cousins, the Cosmopolitan and High Scandinavian lines have. Not surprising given the thickness difference. The result is that the Geneva is great for a few hours of running around, but you may have fatigue or soreness in the metatarsal/ball of foot area after that. I still love them, I just don't wear them all day.

This sandal works great with my orthotics. I usually wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and the 39 is perfect. My feet are medium width leaning more toward wide. Comfortable the first time I wore them.

I have a pair of these shoes I bought a bit more than 3 years ago. They are my "house" shoes and I have worn them everyday during that time. Sometimes I wear them all day as I do housework cleaning up after 3 kids, a giant dog and my husband. I love the old pair of this shoes and that's saying a lot since I have foot and ankle issues. Sadly this new pair had some issues in the manufacture. I have to send this new pair back because the holes for adjusting the buckle are not fully punched through on one of the shoes. I am unable to adjust them to my foot. If they can give me a non-defective pair, I will exchange them. All in all, for the pair I have had for 3+ years. I have had the straps reattached to the soles twice. The soles are still in decent shape but the cork pads are starting to get a bit funky. Since the replacement soles cost about half the shoe cost, I thought another pair of shoes that I LOVE would be worth doing before it was discontinued.

I love the look and feel of these sandals. Great for work and casual wear. I do wish the sole had a little more cushion to it.

Fit is a little roomy, but I like that. Material is a soft, flexible yet sturdy smooth leather. I continue to get compliments on them even though they're very old. I mean VERY old. I bought these over 10 years ago and have worn them most days all year long (socks in winter). I have wanted another pair but have been unable to find them online or in specialty stores. I was told a few years ago that the Geneva had been discontinued so I abandoned my pursuit. I've never had to have them resoled but I have had to have the straps re-sewn a couple times. I was delighted today when I received an email notifying me that Zappos had settled a class action lawsuit (award was 10% off next purchase) so I decided to check for them. I found them! Not exactly the same - my old ones don't have decorative stitching along the straps. I actually like mine better. I decided to order a pair and was very disappointed to see that they have every size available - except my size! I have requested a notification when (hopefully, not "if") they get more in. I'm attaching photos so you can see how they withstand a LOT of wear!

Favorite shoe in a loooong time! I had high hopes when I ordered them. So glad I did! The price made me think twice. Now I think this is my first pair of Naots & there will me more. Comfortable right out of the box. I have neuropathy in both feet. I don’t find most shoes comfortable. I wouldn’t mind a bit more cushion but sometimes really cushiony shoes can be uncomfortable in a different way for me. I think these are versatile & I will be wearing them with shorts, skirts, jeans & dresses. BTW another reviewer mentioned a removable footbed for orthotics. That is inaccurate.

I had this sandal years ago and loved it. The fit was fine but the leather was so stiff and not soft like the pair I bought years ago.

Love these - This is my third pair of Geneva. I like the lighter leather color better, but they were not available this time. I wish they came in black. I can work all day in these shoes (I walk or stand, never sit, at my job).

Many compliments received! This is the second pair of the same sandal that I have purchased. I love this pair. It is the most comfortable pair that I have ever owned. I get lots of compliments on these. Wish they were available in black though. Then I would get one pair of each.

Lately I'm so disappointed with Naot. The new sandals are very skimpy on padding compared to my old ones--there is no padding on the straps at all, and the soles do not feel very cushioned. My old Naots take my orthotics perfectly. The new ones are not comfortable with orthotics, since Naot has removed a lot of the padding under the ball of the foot. The sandals are cute, but sadly I'm returning them.

Another hit by Naot. They make comfortable everyday sandals that go down to my dinky size 4B. This pair - Geneva - arrived and I have barely taken them off. I wish these were made in more colors

The shoes are a nice style, with the removable foot bed I can put my orthotic in which is what I was looking for. The shipment came quite fast impressed with that.

I have been trying to find a somewhat stylish but comfortable slide sandal. This is it, at last! It all fits, is comfortable right out of the box and no ouchies to work around. I wish it were a bit more elevated for my particular foot ailment, but so far it works! Thank you Zappos!

Very comfortable and stylish shoes, as expected. Nothing fits like a Naot and their quality is unmatched. I've had some of my Naot's for over 20 years. Regarding the sizing, I have wide feet so had to go a size up on these.

I love these shoes and the wonderful Zappos service! I think that the shoes run a tad small. My heels sat on the stitching at the back of the shoes and I worry that if I order a size up the straps will be too loose so I am returning the shoes for another style.

I absolutely love the Geneva. This is my second pair! The first pair lasted 14 years! I wear them from the time nice weather hits to the time cold weather hits. They are extremely comfortable and go with my lifestyle. Hopefully this one will last as long as the other. I think Naot makes excellent shoes. I will definitely be buying more of their shoes in the near future.

PERFECT SHOE - Read the reviews. This is THE best shoe, EVER. Comfy, fits, doesn't flap when you walk, stylin', light...doesn't get better than this!

Great sandal! My husband took me shopping 6 years ago after our first daughter was born and I picked out these great sandals. They replaced my old Birkenstocks which I had for many years. I loved these sandals... they were comfortable right out of the box and looked great with dresses, slacks, capris, and shorts. They're quite more versatile than the Birks because of their more feminine appearance. They lasted me 5 years. The straps stretched out and now I really have a hard time keeping them on my feet. So, they are my back-up sandals or my "swollen foot day" sandals.

Cute sandal - When I ordered this, Zappos was out of size 39, so I tried the 40. I wear an 8 1/2, so have to just try them out, because they all fit differently. I thought this one fit perfectly at first, and I loved it, so I kept it. Well, I didn't take into account at the time that my feet were a little swollen from some new meds I was taking, and now that they're not swollen, that plus the leather has loosened up some, they are now sloppy big on me. I did try putting thick Dr. Scholl’s pads under the removable sole, since they aren't as cushy as I would like anyway, but after a while, they started squeaking! Once I removed the pads, they quit squeaking, thankfully! They are OK, once I've been wearing them awhile, but it takes some time to get used to walking in them that way. If I had ordered a 39, which they can't seem to keep in stock, they probably would have been perfect, other than they aren't very softly padded. I wish they made them in black! One pr. in each color, in a 39, would have been perfect!

Nice - I like the look of these shoes a lot. A little less arch support than the Naot Tundress, but I bought both and really like them.

Good-looking, very comfortable shoe! I have been wearing another Naot sandal - the "Monterey" for years, and I was ready for a change. The Geneva has a thinner, sportier sole, but the footbed is equally comfortable. The shoe looks casual-cute with pants and shorts. Overall, this is a very well-made sandal, and the footbeds can be replaced, which makes them last for years. I have noticed that tightening the buckle to the tightest notch causes the middle, diagonal strap to pucker out a little. The shoe still feels secure but I may have my local shoe shop shorten that diagonal strap a little. Even if I pay to have that done, I will still not regret having bought these shoes.

Well constructed sandals - Love the removable foot bed for my arch orthotic (although the shoe has very good arch support by itself). The strap over the toes was a bit loose (my foot is narrow), but tightened up when I inserted padding under the foot bed. Very very soft leather. Zappos service is wonderful.

These are extremely comfortable shoes! I wasn't sure they'd work for me because I'm used to a higher heel, so wore them at the office for a couple of hours to try them out. The next day, my feet yelled "Where did those shoes go? Bring them back!!!" And I knew they were keepers. My feet and legs feel so good while and after I wear them. Highly recommended!

Love em! This is the 2nd pair of these I've gotten- the first my dog chewed. They are so comfortable. Great to walk in. But still look good with either shorts or skirt. Would highly recommend.
