The cost of the shoes were reasonable compared to competitors online, and even in the stores. This was the best price but by a small margin. The shoes were shipped much faster than I had expected. They were packaged very well. The shoes themselves are outstanding in quality and comfort. I am contemplating purchasing a second pair of Rockports in a different color. I highly recommend for consideration, especially if you are on your feet a lot like me.

These shoes are GREAT! They look good, are comfortable and my wife and son (much more up to date than I) really like them! They are also very light, I wear them in my clinic where I stand and walk all day and now my feet don't hurt in the evening.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I wore out the first pair and replaced them with exactly the same shoes. They have great arch supports, they are true to size, and they are very durable as well as decent looking. I am on my feet a lot and these are always comfortable.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I wear them a lot and decided to replace them after more than two years of use. These shoes are very comfortable and fit in well in a casual professional work environment. I have both black and brown pairs. Highly recommended.

These Rockport shoes are very comfortable. I have a wide size and have problems getting the right shoes. I wore these the first day and they felt right and forgot I was wearing a new pair of shoes. Provide good support for my feet.

These are fantastic shoes. I already had a pair of black Rockport Margins that I love, so when it came time to add some brown shoes to the wardrobe, it was a no-brainer. These shoes are extremely comfortable and stylish. They wear very well, too; I have had my black ones for 8 months, I wear them 3-4 times per week, and they are still in great shape. The best characteristic of these shoes (and what sets them apart from competitors, in my opinion) is their weight. They are extremely lightweight for a dress shoe, making them very easy to wear day in and day out. My only complaint about the brown pair is that the sole is dark black. I would have preferred that the sole were brown, but certainly not a deal-breaker for me.

Shipping was upgraded as a courtesy that I really appreciated. The leather is soft, with next to no break in period. The support in the soles is fine. Good shoes for the academy (capless toes, few seams, accept a polish).

Perfect fit. Very comfortable and nice looking. I was extremely pleased with this shoe. Also delivery was extremely quick.

The Rockport Margin is a fine example of very high quality workmanship. The fit is exact to your size. I am on my feet over 50 hours a week in a kitchen enviornment and find the soles very slip resistant after being broken in (about 3 or 4 days). You will be impressed!

I found these shoes at a local department store but they didn\'t have my size in stock. Rather than visiting numerous stores I searched the internet and found the shoes at zappos. Zappos shipped the shoes very quickly and the whole experience was faster and easier than trying to find a store with my size in stock. The shoes fit great and were exactly what I expected.

When I first ordered these shoes I was unsure of the correct size. What I ordered was one size too large and on receipt, I realized it and I called customer service to make arrangements to return them. No problem with the return, they even paid for it, but during the conversation the customer service rep asked if I wanted a refund or something different? I said that I wanted the same thing only in a smaller size. The CS rep said that they would send them right out, UPS overnight, and I received them the next day. Customer service like that is pretty darned rare these days. My overall rating for this company is 6 stars!

I really like these shoes. They seem to fit pretty much to advertised size. They have been "put them on and wear them", which many times for me it takes time to get used to new shoes. My left foot has issues because I have run about 25,000 miles and it is not happy. OK, they are very well priced, cheap, look pretty cool, worn them to summer wedding with a suit. There you go...buy a pair.

I just got off active duty and had only one pair of shoes that were comfortable. I saw these shoes, looked down at my only pair of comfortable shoes and noticed that they were the same. PAY DIRT! My feet are now happy. Only down side is they do not shine up very well but that's the way they were designed.

The shoes are great. The only problem (and it is minor) is that the picture, to me, shows the toe area being a little more rounded than it actually is. The shoe is kind of "squared off" in the toe. However, that is not a big deal. The shoes fit great, feel great, and instantly "cured" my ankle problems as my last pair of casual shoes were worn down and I wasn’t being supported correctly. Zappos has always been reliable and I will continue to use them for shoes.

Rockports are good comfortable shoes. I'm a size 13 w/ slightly wider feet and can only wear certain brands of shoes/sneakers. Rockports fit me well.

Rockports are always dependable. Comfortable, standardized fit -- the 12 EE in any of their styles fits me like a glove -- reasonably priced, and good looking. Love my Rockports!

I have a narrow foot and finding shoes to fit in regular shoe stores is difficult. Finding my size in several shoe styles at Zappos was a joy. The free shipping both ways, and a year to try them out, made the decision to order the Rockport Margin shoe very easy. I now have a pair in black and brown and am enjoying the comfort in wearing shoes that really fit. The courtesy and fast delivery is a great service. Thank you.

Great, simple, durable, black shoe that can either be worn with a suit or casual wear. Very comfortable as well...and clean lines...at a reasonable price.

This is a versatile, good looking, and comfortable shoe, which is great for walking and travel. It can be worn in summer or winter, with jeans, chinos, or cords. It can even be dressed up with a sport coat, although it is much too casual to wear with a suit. The styling is quite plain. But with a nice shine, this is my no nonsense go-to shoe.
