Fits like a glove and quite light. Scuffs a bit easier than expected, but the again I wear them hard.

Just got my second pair of these shoes. Comfortable and long wearing. First pair is over five years old and still going strong. Leather is a little stiff when new, takes some breaking in. Very good value in my opinion.

What a wonderful shoe! These are now my daily-use office shoes, and they are marvelously fit for the assignment. First, they are by far the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever worn. They fit so nicely -- they required no breaking in whatsoever, accommodate my orthotic insert well, and are so well-made I can run in them for short distances if I need to (hey, I'm in New York, sometimes you've got to catch a bus). Moreover, they look very classy and they're durable as anything. The surface takes a nice shine (I wouldn't pass Army muster, but close), and unlike other shoes I've had where the leather scratched and ripped badly, these shoes don't get surface gouges when I take a nasty scuff (see aforementioned running). I am completely satisfied with these shoes and am starting to wonder if I should buy another pair in brown.

I have a difficult time getting shoes that fit right (14EE) and I hit the bulls eye with these. I was so happy with the pair that arrived that I immediately ordered another, and a 3rd pair in brown leather. About 2 weeks later, I went on a cruise and walked about 100 miles during the stops in 5 cities over a week's time. They are very comfortable.

I bought this pair to replace my other pair of Rockports that lasted me 7 years! Yes, 7. These shoes felt like a glove from the first minute. I received them (Superfast, by the way) the morning before going to a job interview. They felt so comfortable right away, that I didn't hesitate to wear them for the interview. I've always had a hard time finding shoes that don't hurt the first few weeks until I found Rockports. Highly recommend them.

Great shoes. These are every day dress shoes for work. The last pair lasted 2 years of every day use. They are still good, but I've scuffed them up in the front and the inside is peeling. I just got 2 more pair to alternate with. The size is about a quarter size inconsistent.

Fantastic shoe, I am a tour guide for a major university, so I spend time in these shoes walking both forward and backward. After wearing the same pair of shoes for more than four years, I was concerned with switching to a new pair. I am so happy with the Rockports and I cannot recommend them more.

I purchased these shoes for my husband. They were a perfect fit and he was delighted that they were so comfortable.

The length and width were true to size. I have a narrow foot and it's not always easy to find a mens shoe that is narrow enough. The shoe is comfortable and supports well. I do use a gel insert that fits fine inside the shoe. I wasn't crazy about the squared off front, but Rockport doesn't make the shoe style I've purchased in the past anymore. This was the substitution. I've gotten use to this style now. This is my second purchase of this shoe.
