The shoes are great and the Zappos service is even better. I wear a narrow width that I can not find anyplace. I ordered on Sunday morning and had my shoes Tuesday morning - in the rural Northwest.

I needed nice shoes for the office, but I walk two miles each way from my parking lot as downtown parking is ridiculously expensive. These are comfortable, look OK with a suit, and hold up well on long walks. I have well over 100 miles on them and there is only minimal wear to the soles. On the downside, they are just a bit clunky, but that is a reasonable trade off. I tried at least seven other pairs of shoes to meet my needs of wide foot, dress-look, and good for extended walking. These are the only ones I found that hit all three requirements.

My husband loves Rockports. Previously, we never had a problem finding them in local stores. Suddenly, there was no place to buy them and so we turned to Zappos.com and found just what we were looking for and they were delivered right to our door. Wonderful!

These are timeless, comfortable shoes. I think this is my third pair that I've owned over the last 10 years. They are more dressy when new and become more casual shoes after they are beat up a bit.

The shoes are great. With me it's all about fit because I have a narrow foot. Zappos is the best place for me to find shoes in my size...and with an excellent selection.

Great shoes! As a sales rep I'm on my feet most of the day. My feet aren't in pain every evening because of the support and comfort.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from my local Men's wearhouse, and they had limited options. For my sales position I want something comfortable and classy, yet relatively inexpensive. These met my needs fairly well, except they fit larger than expected. My size ranges from 13-15 depending on brands. My most recent purchase was a size 15 extra wide, I ordered these in a 14 wide and definitely could have gotten a 13 or maybe even a 12.5 With the awesome return policy that Zappos offers, at least I can get a hold of my hard to find size in a wide width to try out. Shipping speed is very fast, and the return/replace procedure is very hassle free.

My son is on his feet up to 14 hours a day completing clinicals. He said these are very comfortable! I ordered wide width and a half size smaller due to other reviews and they fit perfect. They arrived in 3 days!

I bought these shoes for my son. He's working retail this summer and wanted a pair of comfortable shoes with support. He's very happy with them!

I'm a big guy who often spends long stretches on hard surfaces. My back and feet pay the price so I was looking for shoes that would protect and support my feet. These shoes were it from the minute I put them on to the end of a long day and, with the exception of a little chafing around the collar, have continued to offer excellent support and comfort every time they're worn. A definite recommend.

This is not an easy size to find, so we think Zappos is wonderful for being just about the ONLY place we can get ANY kind of shoe that simply FITS. Be that as it may, these Rockports are SO comfy, look good and added bonus and are quiet! They can be worn with business casual or business semi-formal.
