Very pleased with product and service. Needed a special width. Fit perfectly. Will order from Zappos again.

When I first got these I didn't like them. That was 3 years ago. They were stiff and pressed up on the top of my foot. Very annoying. But since I was using them only for meeting where I needed to dress business casual they worked out. Then I didn't wear them for a while. Not sure what happened but these last few time this year they felt amazing! I have no idea why but the feel soft and far more comfortable. I will be buying a black pair when I need to replace the ones I have.

My feet are difficult to fit and dress shoes are usually an exercise in pain and discomfort. However, these shoes are great! Fit well and are actually more comfortable than the last pair of athletic shoes I bought. While they are not flashy they are appropriate for any type of work or social situation. I haven't owned a pair of dress shoes this comfortable in many years. I'll be ordering a second pair soon.

These shoes look absolutely great! I wear them with any color dress pants I wear. I highly recommend these shoes. It has a nice balance of professional and stylish.

Good looking shoes and got many compliments on them. Wore them on European trip for 2 weeks and they were comfy right away. Only small complaint is that even though I got the narrow width, they still were a tad bit too wide. Also, the arch support is not great, but that's okay for my feet.

My second pair of these, first pair lasted over a year before starting to break down. Very comfortable out of the box, just like the first pair. I will be buying a third pair when these crash, hopefully in no less than a year. As always, great service from Zappos, love the free overnight delivery.

My husband is picky when it comes to the fit of his shoes. He was very happy with the support and comfort of these.

I ordered these shoes for my teenage son who is 6'5" and wears a size 14. They fit perfectly and he says they're really comfortable. Thank you, Zappos, for selling shoes for a difficult to buy for son!

My son tried a number of "business casual" shoes before selecting this style. He couldn't be happier with them. Good looking and very comfortable. They look great with chinos.

The item I purchased is excellent(Rockport). But what was more impressive is the service I experienced with Zappos. On my original order I purchased the wrong width size. When we called Zappos they did not have my size in stock. I was told to return my original order and they would notify me when my size was in stock. Within the next week before I had acually returned my original order Zappos notified me my size was now in stock, shipped them to me overnight at no cost to me. And gave me another week to return my originally order with no further transaction required for payment. Excellent service. I will only purchase my shoes from Zappos in the future.

Comfortable and spot on sizing. The leather is thicker and stands up to wear and tear very well. I put miles on my shoes in F&B and the only drawback I've encountered is the soft fabric padding at the heel cuff. The material there is softer than the rest of the shoe and degraded faster as a result. The padding came out after three months but the softer lining fabric is still present. I would buy these again without hesitation.

Love these shoes. This is my fourth pair and as long as they keep making them I will keep buying them. I am on my feet all day and am always comfortable.

I'm a technician so I spend a lot of time squatting and working on my knees. So far, these shoes have proven to be pretty durable. By this time all of my previous pairs of shoes would have been badly scuffed on the toe. Nothing yet. They look very nice and keep a shine. I work a downtown territory so I can walk up to two miles or more in a day. My feet would hurt by the end of the day with my old shoes, but with these my feet actually feel good. Will definitely buy again.

These are very stylish and very comfortable shoes. I have had them for about a month now and I have Mortons Neuroma and these shoes have plenty of toe box space.
