THese shoes are great, very comfortable. I purchased them for a trip to Europe where I would be doing a lot of walking and my feet were never once a problem!

I have worn Mephisto\'s Helen sandals for years now. Particularly like the neutral beige nubuck. Helen sandals are good for walking most anywhere in comfort.

This is a very comfortable walking sandal! I backpacked across Europe in these shoes with no problem. I recommend breaking them in for about two weeks though. The US size posted is about whole size bigger than my true size, so be aware of that. Overall, great walking sandal.

I have about four colors of this shoe. I really find them to be extremely comfortable and wear them almost every day. Zappos service is amazing. I ordered in the evening and had the shoes the next day.

I have a pair of Birkenstock shoes that make my feet ache. I was told by a salesman that the arch was too high for me and that I should try Mephistos or Naots. I tried the Mephistos (I liked their styles better) and they are wonderful. I have plantar fasciitis and I can wear these pain free all day.

Most comfortable sandal I have ever worn! I have a high instep and the adjustable buckle is perfect for me. The arch support is hands down the best reason to buy this sandal. I have them in every color. Runs a bit small, I am a 10/10.5 US, so I order the 41.

This is my 4th pair. I just even ordered another pair in a different color. These sandals are so comfortable and every time (!) I wear them, people compliment me on them. They have a nicer look than most sandals. I definitely recommend Mephisto.

These are the most comfortable sandals! I have a bunion on my left foot and these do not rub at all. No break in time. I could walk the whole mall and not get blisters!

These are very comfortable sandals. I need a lot of arch support and these do the trick. This is my second pair. I also like Birks, Danskos and Naots.

I love these shoes. I think my feet are smiling when I have them on which is almost every day. The cork is so comfortable and cushiony and I think they look good as well! Very nice smooth leather!

Got them for the arch support and they did not fail. I do a lot of walking and my feet never feel tired. Going back for a second pair! Zappos' customer service is the best you'll find.

I have been looking for the perfect comfort thong all summer...and this is it! I avoided the Mephisto, because I have found them too narrow for my B width foot in the past. This is not the case with the Helen...a perfect fit. I would say it would not fit a wide foot, though. Great arch, and heel support, light and soft. The Silver Cobra is very fashionable. I have my go-to sandal now!

I adore these Mephisto's. I always shop at Zappos. They have the very shoe I want, in the very size I need & I'm in possession of the shoe in just a day or two. It's a perfectly wonderful thing. Love the free shipping and free return if there's any reason not to keep 'em.

I love my Mephisto's, especially the dark grey color. I have plantar fasciitis so, the good arch support is perfect for my feet. I have worn these sandals before and they always fit the same, thankfully.

I have problems with arthritis is my feet and my doctor recommended these shoes to me. They are extremely comfortable; more than any sandal I have worn. Every time I wear them I find that my feet and toes mold to them. Also very firm soles which help my foot from bending too much and makes walking much easier for me.

I bought these shoes to wear on a vacation in Europe. They are very comfortable and provide good arch support. One warning: I had to go up one size because they run small.

I received my Mephistos about a month a go and am very happy with my purchase. I ordered them one size larger (based upon previous reviews) and they fit perfectly. There's one little section on my left foot that seems to be sensitive to the buckle and it just seems to get irritated in that one spot. It's like the vein in my foot is reacting but only on my left foot, so I chalk that up to it being just unique to my feet. Other than that, they fit and feel like slippers and I wear them constantly. Love my Mephistos. They are well made, look very attractive and the perfect sandal. I wouldn't use them for long walks however, that's when I pull out the tennis shoes.

Like all the other reviews of this shoe, I wholeheartedly agree! They are by far the most comfortable sandals I own and trust me when I say I own a lot! I have the Helen in 4 different colors and they all fit the same, I haven't noticed a difference in the fit between any of the different leathers. Zappos is the absolute best store to order from, I am a loyal, loyal customer!

These shoes are wonderful! This is the fourth pair that I ordered. They are the most comfortable and go with everything, dressy or casual. I found them 4 years ago and get anew pair every year. I love Zappos it is so easy to order and I received my last pair in two days!

Very comfortable sandals. Broke in to the moment I wore them. Looks great, too. And as always Zappos delivery was amazingly fast.

I wasn't sure these would fit me because I have a wide foot. When I first put them on, they were tight, but I had a feeling they would stretch some. I wore them around the house for a few hours and decided to keep them, even though they were still tight. Sure enough, they did stretch out after a day or so and they are extremely comfortable now.

Love, love, love this shoe. I have 3 pairs plus an older pair that I won\'t get rid of until it absolutely has no sole left at all. I have very bad feet and this is a fabulous sandal that I am grateful I can wear at least nine months out of the year.

I love Mephisto sandals. Wearing these is better than barefoot, even helps my back because they improve my posture. They come in whole sizes and I wear a 6.5, so I ordered up to size 37. These are the classic style. (I tried the newer, more fashionable-looking style but had to return them for lack of support and went back to these.) The patent leather needs to be broken in while the other is comfy out of the box, but that\'s the only caveat. I\'ve had many compliments on these, probably because of the color. Love them!

Love these! Second pair in this same brand/style. Tried others but these have the best fit and arch support. They are great for my plantar fasciitis. They are very cute on and for a true Birkenstock lover and a size 12, even a bit sexy.
