Really pretty. Love the footbed. The leather is very stiff, which was especially hard to break in between the toes and on the upper foot.

Love these. The gold is fun. Though a little stiff out of the box, wore them around the house all day and they are comfortable!!

These shoes fit perfectly right out of the box. I was looking for a shoe to change into at my daughter’s wedding: super comfortable, but also pretty enough to wear with a long dress. These are my first Mephistos, and I really like the taller platform.

The first time I just wore them in the house to break them in. The leather was a little stiff but softened up. They are my new go to pair and I love them.

Third year buying these. Great fit

My usually size is a 6 1/2 and I ordered a 37. It is a perfect fit! I have always wore Birkenstock and thought I'd try Mephisto; and I'm very happy I did. Mephisto Helen is very comfortable, better than Birkenstock! I wore them a few hours the first few days, and by the third day all day (as I didn't want the toe leather to irritate my toes).

I have 2 other pair of this style and I can begin wearing them right out of the box. They are so comfort. I have a high arch but it seems to fit really well.

I've been wearing the Mephisto Helen for almost 20 years. I was lucky this time to get a pair made in France. They are great for support, walking, travel.

Wonderful shoes

I used to wear Mephisto shoes religiously in the 90’s. For some reason quit. Think it’s because I got addicted to “cute” shoes and lots of them even if they weren’t good shoes. Wanted another pair of Mephistos and as soon as I slipped my feet in I remembered why I loved them so much ?

Love my Mephistos! Walked miles on my last European tour and they felt great and supportive.

My usual size is 8.5, I ordered a 39 and it was too big. I returned it but the did not have a 38 in the multicolored pompei. I was able to order a 38/8 from Amazon and it fits great.

Unfortunately, shoe was too wide for me even on smallest hole.

Love these sandals. I bought the black patent leather and they are so classy! Can dress up or down. Very comfortable and true to size.

I have worn Mephisto Helens for probably 14 - 15 years. I love them; they are comfortable, and I can wear them for hours without my arch or feet hurting. I do order a size larger than what I generally wear in other shoes. I wear a size 9 but I order the size 10 (EU size 40). They are the only sandal I wear.

European size 42 does not translate to a full size 12 - Loved this shoe, but was just a bit short for comfort - should be a 43!

This is the second pair of the Mephisto Helen I have purchased. I love the color I chose - soft orange. These shoes provide excellent arch support and comfort . The pair was a little loose on my narrower foot, but there was a notch in the strap where I could adjust the width. The toe strap helps keep the shoe in place otherwise, for me, I slide out of those without.

I purchased a pair of Mephisto’s a few years ago because I suffer from plantar fasciitis and they ended up being one of the most comfortable shoes I had ever worn. I finally had to retire them and purchased a new pair. I absolutely love them. They are so cute on. I’m not sure how they would fit on someone with wide feet as I have pretty narrow feet.
