Amazing boots! Nice enough to wear about town, but real protection if you tromp in the snow or work out of doors. Great traction and perfectly warm! I have a few pairs (bought one a year for years) and rotate them so I can wear them constantly. They slip on and off easily. The traction and low heel make them extremely stable in ice and snow. I am constantly complimented on these boots. I find them best worn with light weight trouser socks -- keeps them from getting funky. I've worn them everywhere from behind a snowblower to the opera. They don't get any more versatile than this. I used to have dressy boots for civilized activities and Sorels for the tough stuff. I've found these boots live in both worlds quite nicely!

I love this boot. This is my everyday winter shoe in Chicago. I never wore socks even in -35 windchill. I can't wait for winter to begin to wear them. Best suited for weather 45 degrees and below. My feet get warm above those temps. I can also wear them to a more formal event under slacks. To me, this is the perfect winter boot! I have wide foot and I have no issues with the width.

Bought these boots for my daughter to take to her to college for those cold winter days in Montana. She loved them, I loved them. Good price for such a good boot. You know your feet are going to be warm in these.

These boots are the best. I live in Ohio and after treating the boots with the Ugg spray I wore them all winter through snow, salt, slush and more! They are ready for another Ohio winter. Wore them with no socks and my feet were NEVER cold! These boots are an investment that will last through many winters, which beats buying a ton of boots every winter. They also look super cute with jeans, and skirts. I highly recommend the splurge, as they are so worth it!

My favorite boots ever. I heard they have been discontinued, I sure hope not. I have them in black and brown and when I heard they may be discontinued I bought another brown.

Best winter boots from UGG shoes ever! I am size 38 and at first I got those boots in size 8. I had to change it to size 7 due to the fact that size 8 was too big and too wide. I bought this boots in both colors, black and brown, and enjoyed them all winter long!

The boots are awesome. They are very warm and comfortable. They are also pretty true to fit.

These boots are the best!!! I have the standard UGGs and love them as well, but these I can wear to work, church, school, anywhere and everywhere. It's March and I'm still wearing them with skirts to Church and work and couldn't be more comfortable even hours later. Warm, comfortable (right out of the box) and good looking - I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Zappos service is the best.

LOVE the boots! I wanted to purchase some UGGs, but wanted them to be more water resistant than the traditional UGGs. These boots are more water resistant, as well as feel sturdier and hide dirt better. I had a tough time getting the right size. A review I read somewhere recommended trying three or four pairs of the same size boot to get the right fit. I thought it was a nutty idea, but tried it anyway. It turns out the review was right - much to my surprise. The arch support is not the best. The insole of the boot is removable and I can put an arch support inside. LOVE IT! I have very flat feet. Zappos was wonderful in its customer service and I am thrilled with my boots!

I have had these boots for over a year now, and have worn them through two winters in NJ/NYC. Although they are a bit "clunky" to wear as outdoor boots with a skirt going in to work, I still do, as they are incredibly warm. I can wear them with hose or thin socks (I do not wear them with anything thicker than trouser socks, as my feet get too hot). Going by other reviews, I ordered half a size larger (I am 9.5 and ordered 10). They are great with skinny jeans - it makes all the difference having warm ankles and calves! (I have fairly slim/average calves, and they fit well.)

I was worried that these boots would not provide me with enough support. I teach and I was able to wear these all day long. They are great with jeans or leggings. My feet get a little warm as I wear them with a thin sock, but overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

These boots are GREAT!!. I like the height and comfort of these. UGGs are sized large so I bought a US size 8 for my US size 8.5 feet. And since they are leather, they have stretched out nicely to conform to my feet. They also have great faux fur on the inside including the sole area. The tread is good in all slippery conditions. VERY warm! I expect to wear these for many years. Well worth the investment.

These boots are amazing. Totally comfy right out of the box! I was skeptical about a boot that went over my calf - but these are great. My jeans fit over these perfectly and I love not having to wear socks! The uppers are soft and stay in place and the foot bed is great with a molded sole - I can wear these all day and stay comfortable. I have flat feet and find that this have adequate support. They are true to size - I wear an 8 and these fit great. I would totally recommend these - totally worth the money.

This boots is amazing' very warm and cozy inside even in very cold weather. This is my first ugg boots' I wish they make it taller than this almost to the knee it's will look more stylish

Seriously, how can one go wrong with Uggs? But these work even better for me... leather exterior (vs roughout) lets them weather the weather that much better. Poetic boots! I wear 8s, but ordered 9s... what can I say... I like lotsa room for my toes! Love them!

The Brooks tall are quality boots. The leather seems durable and the soles have great traction. I typically wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and have a slightly wide forefoot. The size 7 was great in length and width, but the left boot kinda smooshed down on the top of my foot. I ended up with the 8 which are a bit too roomy, but I figure I can always slide in an extra footbed under the shearling one.

Great boots, fast service! We’ve had snows recently of 8-12 inches and I can walk through our yard in them to go out and feed the birds, etc. I like the heavier treads--I have to walk through a big parking lot which is often icy, snowy or slushy, to get into school and the boots are perfect. I can’t understand why you should buy an 8 if you wear a 9. I wish there were half sizes, as my 8 is just a bit snug still on one foot.

Great boots, love them! They are great on ice, and very warm in cold weather. I wear them at work all day and do not get too warm, either. I wear size 7-1/2. Some years ago I bought the earlier version of Brooks tall in size 7, but my feet froze in cold weather (below zero, Celius) because they were a little too small. Switched over to wool insoles and it worked fine, but not 100% as warm as my new size 8 which I bought this year. Advice: be prepared for possible exchanging if you are a 1/2 size, as the first two size 8 were pretty big/sloppy. In the end, I got an 8 that were a great fit - and warmer than the size 7! Rated style as a 4, but could have rated as 5. However, they are not exactly the most dainty little things, and the shaft now has a thinner, less soft leather than before. Also have Ugg Ultimates, which are great for drier winter weather. Love Uggs, well worth the money! Love Zappos, great service!

Great Boots! I have a lot of Uggs, they are my favorite boots. I wanted a black boot with more traction in the winter. I ordered these boots because they were different from the other Uggs I have. I ordered a size 9, my experience in the past with the other styles that the Classic runs a little bigger. I usually wear a 7 in the classics. The 9 fits good, it might be a little big, but I wasn’t sure if the 8 would fit due to not a lot of stretch in the toe. They fit fine with socks, they feel a little too sloppy without socks. Overall they are a great boot, very comfortable. Good choice in choosing these.

These boots are toasty due to the sheepskin in the footbed and lining. Better than suede for New England winters as the leather does not absorb the wet times, in-case you forget to spray the suede. My only wish is that Ugg's would put arch supports in. Quick delivery time!
