LOVE these Naots. I rely on Naot for pretty much all my shoes and love the service i get from Zappos! These are a fabulous shade of cobalt blue that goes with everything. I like that they dress up jeans and chinos a bit and are totally, totally comfy. Great for walking. I wear 8.5 but get 40 in Naot and these fit perfectly with room for my bunions.

Wonderful shoes. They have been for sale for about 10+ years so I keep worrying they will quit making them. So glad to see the new colors -- which I ordered. I even ordered 2 in the blue as I know that will be the ones to sell out or stop being made. Now, I have 2 blacks, 2 blues, one red, and one brown. I hope they keep adding colors -- maybe a metallic for a dressier look. I love these shoes! I wish they made a closed in shoe one this foot base for winter. I would buy that too!

Naot runs smaller than Dansko. And this shoe runs narrower than medium. I'm exchanging for a 40, since I have narrowish feet that usually tighten to the smallest setting on buckles, it should work.

I bought this shoe because it reminded me of some old Clark's shoes I wore to death! I had tried a 37 on in a shop but it did not fit. So I bought the 38. I wear a size 8 in a sandal. I have slim feet although medium width and these fit very nicely. But they have loosened up a bit so perhaps if your feet are not too wide, this medium width would fit well. These shoes broke in almost immediately. They are super comfortable and secure. I have a high arch but these shoes seem to support that and my feet do not feel tired at the end of the day even if I take a mile walk at work. The leather is beautiful, soft and smooth. The color is not a cherry red but is warmer. I've worn these for about a month now and they are wearing well! Overall, a wonderful shoe.

There is a reason Naot is my favorite shoe company. Right out of the box, the shoe fits like it was made for my feet. The upper and insole feel like high quality, sturdy, last-forever kind of materials. You slip your foot in and they feel already broken in and ready for you to walk for miles. I am going to live in these shoes this summer.

I do not have wide feet, but these are too narrow! They are adorable and they would be comfortable if only they were the correct (medium) width! They are especially narrow in the heel area. I have to return them.

This is my favorite shoe! Love Naots as I have fussy feet. Need the exact size of heel and use these for my slippers! Have navy and black and am deciding on the red! Wish you had even more colors. Love them!

I'm seriously fussy about comfort, and have very touchy, sensitive feet. I took a chance on the Naot Rome, because I loved the blue, the simplicity of the style, and the lift they could give my short self. I expected, as often, to have to return them. Well, I LOVE the fit. Even though there is no elastic gore for ease, it's not necessary, and the uppers are beautifully padded. I don't have a bulky foot, but need a 7M for width. Perfect. Stable, soft, practical, and the blue is a jeans-wearers dream.

LOVE this shoe. Beautiful, classic, comfortable, versatile & well made. I wear a size 7 & the size 38 was too big. Very sad that the size 37 is sold out.

The Naot Rome has the advantage of being a slip-on shoe with more support and comfort of a typical flip-flop. The heel is a height that looks good with jeans or a skirt/dress. It offers more coverage of one's foot especially when the weather gets cooler.

Sad part is, shoe only comes in red, brown and black. If only more colors. I have them all, best shoe for comfort and looks. Can walk miles in them. They stay on the foot, don't slip.

I clicked on these sandals to write a glowing review, only to read what a previous poster has said about wanting to sleep in them, live in them, and wear them (almost) forever. Yes. Yes! I feel the same way. I bought a pair of these last year, and, because I love them so much, bought two more this year. These are my go-to. I own them in black, brown and red. Likewise, I'm tempted to buy back-ups for fear they'll cease production. These are a forever sandal. I generally wear a size 5.5 and the 36 fits perfectly right out of the box. They have great arch support and I can walk all day in these. They pair neatly with dresses, shorts and pants. They have a great dressy down-tempo vibe, too. The leather is nice: good quality with vibrant rich color. Because the leather is a high quality it will also stretch and loosen up with wear. They break in beautifully. For this reason, if you have a narrow foot and/or are between sizes I might consider sizing down.

Exactly what I was looking for...simple, a little "chunky" and comfortable, basically a new everyday summer shoe (for work and weekend). I was a little hesitant about the price, but they literally felt like slippers when I put them on. My feet are pretty soft, and. I get blisters easily...but not at all with these...the upper is especially soft. Well worth the money. I did order a half size up based on reviews, but I found it just a little too big so exchanged for my regular size which was perfect. (The second pair fit better, but they did have a few stray/share stitches attaching the upper which were painful, but I snipped them off and have had no problems. Not a big deal, but for the price, a little sad. The first pair did not have the same problem. Normally I might have tried to exchange for a "perfect" pair, but I didn't have time before my vacation. In any case...my new favorites.

A very well made, constructed sandal. It's true that it is wearable right out of the box. I am thinking of getting the black but for the cost. I have recently needed to order a few wide shoes, but the medium fit fine due to the suppleness of the leather.

This is my second pair of Naot sandals. They are expensive, but if you are looking for a sandal with style, versatility, and excellent support, they are worth every penny.

I just received these shoes, and they are absolutely, absolutely the best!! I am already wanting to order another pair in a different color but must wait b/c they are rather pricey. I have recently needed to start ordering W widths (bunion issues) but this particular shoe works and with no break-in period. A very comfortable, stylish sandal...can't go wrong.

I have two pair of these shoes, one in black and one in brown. I have worn these shoes almost exclusively all summer long since 2006. Outside of purchasing new insoles every couple of years the shoes still look and feel like new. For me, they are a perfect arch support and I can wear them all day. I have walked all over Europe with these more than once. I do hope they never retire them.

I'm so bummed. The shoes are totally comfortable and cushy, just like the other reviews said. But the color is different than what is shown on the site here. It looks like a nice reddish brown, but the shoe in reality is a dull dark brown. boo hoo! Back they go.

I actually got these to wear on my trip to Rome. They were very comfortable and even though it was colder than I had expected and it rained some I still wore them and my feet were not cold and I didn't worry about slipping on the cobblestones and were my go to pair of shoes to wear.

These shoes are great. This particular style runs true to size. I wear a size 7 and the size 38 was perfect. I do have a normal B width foot with no abnormalities.

I'm fairly new to Naot and I love this brand. I have a very narrow foot and ankle. Not every style of Naot fits my foot but this style fits beautifully. They are extremely comfortable. I walked all day in them around Key West during the first wearing and they felt like a shoe that was seasoned/broken in.

This was my second pair of Naot shoes and I am not disappointed. I read the reviews on this sandal when choosing this style. When I got them at home I thought the back may have been a little narrow at one point but the leather was so soft I gave it a day to mold to my foot and it did perfectly. So much so that these are the shoes I slide on everyday. I usually wear Dansko shoes and the support equally as well or better and has the cushioning as well. You could wear them all day and feel great. I love them so much I'm going to get the red ones also. Try them you'll love them too.

I love these Naot's and now have them in all three colors. They are better than barefoot. Comfort beyond compare.

I wish this shoe came in more colors. I have red and back. they are the best. hugs the foot and still is really comfy for walking.

I love these sandals, they are very comfortable and true to size. I have trouble walking for long periods of time, but these shoes didn't bother me.
