The size is fine, but it is very narrow.

Fits true to size

Initially loved these shoes. After a few wearings, leather stretched and shoes were too large- my toes slid forward and hung over end.

I really like these, they are too expensive but very comfortable so I’m keeping them

Most comfortable sandals I own. Great arch support, and the blue color is stunning. It has a bit of sheen that makes the blue unique. I would buy these again-worth the money!

Good quality and very comfortable. The color is not super red..more of a maroon. Very nice.

I usually order a 39 but switched to 40 for this style because the 39 felt tight. I have narrow feet. My go to shoes.

I ordered a blue pair and fit great. The black pair was too wide.

This shoe is very comfortable and such a beautiful color. I did order them in black and it stretched on the first wearing. I’m hoping this shoe doesn’t stretch.

I wear those at home as upscale slippers - whever my feet are tired, these Nots make them feel better. Been buys this style time after time once the pair gets old.

When I first put these on, they seemed to be a bit too tight for comfort. However, after wearing them for an hour in the house, they began to meld to my feet and become like a supportive comfy friend. Wore them for several hours and my feet felt great when I took them off. Wonderful!

These fit great. Just didn't look that great on me.

These sandals are beautiful and well constructed. However, I have a medium foot and they were very narrow for me. I wish the overall fit were not so tight, because I love the silhouette and would buy it in every color if it fit!

I WEAR SIZES 7.5-8.5 IN MOST SANDALS, SHOES, BOOTS... AGING AND WEIGHT GAIN HAVE RESULTED IN MY FEET DEMANDING COMFORT ON A REGULAR BASIS... FIRST-TIME PURCHASE IN NAOT, I DECIDED TO TRY 'ROME' BASED ON ITS LOOKS OF BOTH COMFORT & STABILITY... I READ ALL THE DETAILS PROVIDED, ALL THE REVIEWS, AND OPTED FOR SIZE 39 (WOMENS SIZE 8) ... ON THIS 'ROME' STYLE, SIZE 39 SOLE LENGTH MEASURES 10.5" HEEL TO TOE (AT LONGEST POINT); SOLE WIDTH MEASURES 3.75" (AT WIDEST POINT) ... MY FEET MEASURE 9.75" X 3.50" AT WIDEST POINTS... ALTHOUGH THE LENGTH FITS A BIT LONGER THAN I PREFER FOR SANDALS, IT DOESNT CAUSE ME TO STUMBLE, SO I'M OKAY WITH IT... THE SANDALS FIT VERY WELL OTHERWISE (I DONT HAVE HIGH ARCHES OR THICKNESS ISSUES), COMFORTABLY SNUG, BUT ENOUGH ROOM TO WIGGLE MY TOES FREELY AND ENOUGH 'GIVE' FOR WHEN MY FEET SWELL... THE SANDALS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX AND I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER... NO "I'VE GOT TO GET THESE SHOES O-F-F" FEELING WHEN I'VE WORN THEM ALL DAY---MY HEELS AND LEGS ACTUALLY FEEL RELAXED... I ALSO PURCHASED GRAY FOOTBED REPLACEMENTS AT THE SAME TIME, AND ITS AMAZINGLY EASY TO CHANGE THEM OUT... A FOOTBED REPLACEMENT HAS TO BE OF THE SAME 'COLLECTION' AS THE SHOE---FOR EXAMPLE, THIS 'ROME' SANDAL IS IN NAOT 'SCANDINAVIAN COLLECTION' AND ITS FOOTBED HAS TO BE A LADIES 'SCANDINAVIAN' REPLACEMENT IN THE SAME SIZE (IF YOUR SHOES MAKE NOISE WHEN YOU WALK, AIR MAY BE TRAPPED BETWEEN FOOTBED AND SANDAL---REMOVE & REINSERT FOOTBED) ... SINCE MY FEET SEEMED HAPPY IN NAOT SANDALS, I HAVE SINCE PURCHASED 'TRANCOSO' TO WEAR AS HOUSE SHOES---I GOTTA SAY, I MAY LIKE THEM EVEN MORE THAN THESE :)

ALSO PURCHASED SCANDINAVIAN FOOTBED REPLACEMENT IN GRAY---EASY AS PIE TO SWAP THEM OUT... THOUGH OTHERS MAY NOT, I FIND IT VERY APPEALING AND STYLISH CASUAL FOOTWEAR---THEY LOOK GREAT WITH LEGGINGS, SKINNY JEANS, AND SHORTS... THE SOMEWHAT CHUNKY APPEARANCE IS DECEIVING---THESE SANDALS ARE AS LIGHT AS FEATHERS :)

I got the black .They fit great, The leather is so soft and feel's so comfortable. I liked them so well , I bought them in brown too. Very nice sandal for summer. Please buy a pair of them. You will be glad you did.

This is a beautiful slide. Soft leather that is dyed the most gorgeous blue. So comfortable too.I'm returning for a smaller size.

At my age I don’t feel awesome wearing any pair of shoes, but these Naot come close to making me feel that way. Naot is one if only two brands that always fit me.

This is my third pair of these shoes. I had the first 2 pairs in different colors for at least 15 years. They are wonderful. Great support, very comfortable.
