I really wanted this shoe to work for me. The first pair was too small. The replacement pair was the right length but my toes rubbed the stitched area on the toe of the shoe. This has not happened to me before. I think the toe bed is a little on the narrow side. The arch support is very firm. The look of the shoe was nice enough. I liked the steel leather color the best but the second pair I tried was in buffalo leather due to availability and I really liked it also. Unfortunate it didn't work out for me this time. I have worn Naot clogs without problems in the past.

Strap on side inside foot cuts into ankle, it's bent and will not go back.....so back they go.

Fit was great, just looks unattractive (to me), I’m sorry!

I was so sure about this item that when I got them I immediately wore them outside. Usually any naot style is comfortable on me. However if you have any kind of a bunion, this can be very uncomfortable. The strap that goes around /over your toes is not soft on the inside and the way it is sewn into the sole makes it press into the side of your foot. In contrast to the Enid style which I ordered shortly after, and which has some padding in the straps and is completely comfortable. It's weird to me that there would be such a variation with a very similar sandal style?

I am a true Naot fan, but these did not work for me. I have a bunion and the strap around the toe is rough and tight and is attached so that it pushes in towards your foot and does not seem soft or comfortable. I took them to a shoemaker to see if he could stretch them out and he said it would not work. So beware of this particular style because it's not very accommodating if you have a bunion even though the foot bed is extremely comfortable. Would not recommend.

I fell in love with Naot after ordering a pair of their sandals (Alba) last summer and thought I could rely on them for additional choices. That did not come true with Karenna. Even though Karenna is a medium width, it was not wide enough for my toes. This didn't make sense as Alba is a narrow to medium width and is wide enough. Another big difference in the comfort level is that Alba is nubuck and Karenna is leather - a stiff leather which left marks on my skin from just trying it on. Hopefully Naot will come through for me with future selections.

This sandal just didn't fit. I wear a 41 in ECCO, Vionic, but not Naot. The shoe seemed a half size too small and therefore my foot didn't fit in the bed of the shoe properly. Don't want to go up a size. Thank you Zappos for your return policy! If this shoe had felt good I would have kept it, but very uncomfortable.

I wear a size 39 in Naot, and the fit was perfect, even with my narrow heels and somewhat broader than the usual medium width forefoot. However I found the Karenna leather to be stiff, and am returning them because I was concerned that it would not soften.

I didn't like the look of this shoe on my foot and it wasn't very comfortable, so I ordered another style.

My feet are size 9.5-10, C-width, thin (top to bottom)/skinny, bony and low-volume but wide. These sandals did not work for my feet ...AT ALL. The heel strap was much too loose and the foot bed was too narrow. I usually take a 40R in Birkenstock Arizona (for referrence) and am a size 41 in most other shoes/sandals. After reading so many reviews that said to size up because these ran short, I did...to a size 42, but they were too long and even with sizing up, they were still too narrow. I really hope Naot takes into consideration the fact that not all women have "pencil-thin" (super narrow!!) feet! So far, the only sandals I can fit into, in the Naot brand, is the Mikaela. Oh well, I'm off to try the last pair of sandals in this brand that MIGHT work for my feet...the Karaoke. That will be a total of TWO pairs I'll have (and be ABLE to have) for Naot sandals (until/unless they come out with more wide-widths). <*heavy sigh*> BUT...BIG THANKS to Zappos that I even had the chance to find all this out with their amazing return/exchange policy and patience with all my returns!

Attractive shoe....but this runs a size smaller. I wear an American size 12. This one fits like a size 11! The width is fine, the sole give comfortable support...Naot used to fit true to size, but now it's running too short. Nice shoe; go up a size if you want to order.

The leather felt stiff and rough. Just walking around the house, they were uncomfortable. I expected they would cause blisters. I am returning them.

Have an older pair of these shoes and this pair does not have the same quality control. I believe they were made in China.

I own the exact sandal which is now 5+years old. I was excited to find that it was still available. I am disappointed in the harsh quality of the leather - it is not supple at all. Additionally, the foot bed does not fit correctly and short cuts to the stitching have been made. The lack of under stitching causes the sides of the sandal to fold inward. Sorry to send them back.

I've bought many pairs of these in the last several years. They have enough support for my very high arch, don't look too bad, and are comfortable to wear every day in summer. I'm returning these because the leather-a new color-seems very poor quality, and doesn't compare to the old "Buffalo Leather." It's thin, and the straps are already creased from the box. They don't look like they would last long, and they're too expensive to be a disposable.

I was disappointed in these. For my trip to Europe, I wanted shoes that would be as comfortable as keens or Tevas but somewhat better looking with skirts, etc. These were neither. They were not worth what I think is a fairly high price. They were clunkier looking in person than I expected - more Birkenstocky. They also weren't that comfortable. The foot bed was fine, but the leather straps have sharp edges that hurt my feet and started making ugly callouses before long. So these mostly stayed in the room while I roamed about in my old Tevas.

So disappointed in this shoe. Very good-looking but flimsy, especially in the footbed area and arch area, so am returning them. Naot usually does a better job than this.

Upon seeing my disappointment with other Naots being too narrow, a clerk at my local shoe store had me try these on. Not only do they have less arch support than the other styles (and in general, Naots don't quite have enough for my flat, flexible feet), but they also aren't wider in the toe like they're supposed to be. My Morton's toe was cutting over the corner of the toe strap, coming off the edge of the shoe. But the length was right, so they were the right size.

I did order these shoes. I had previously ordered the same shoe in a 40. These were size 35. This was a mistake on the part of Zappos!

The leather is hard and did not feel worth the price.
