The Real Truth about these shoes is, that they actually run half to a full size small. I had to send them back because they ran small. I am doing more research, and will get either this or another Naot a size bigger. My feet run true to always fitting in a size 11. But not this time. I do recommend, that those looking at these shoes, order a size larger, it will save you the aggravation of sending them back, and you will be glad that you read my advice.

Ultimate comfort for casual & dress :-)) A friend at work turned me on to Naot. He's worn them for years, I've always worn Birks and Ecco. I have got to say that these are heads above what I've been used to. I liked them so much that I purchased a more dressed up version, the Naot Bjorns for work, so between both pairs I'm covered around the clock. Both the Fiord and the Bjorns are equally comfortable and should last me for years. Put these together with Zappos excellent customer service and it's an unbeatable package. Thanks Naot and Zappos, my feet are feeling a lot better these days.

Feet Heaven - My first product review. Did the European conversion...I wear a US size 12 and got a 46 EU. Perfect fit! Anyhow, I took them out of the box and put them on and I exhaled "YES". These things feel so friggin good. They look great as well. Throw them on with jeans and they look like regular shoes from the front. My jeans hang a little over the back so you don't really see they are clogs but it feels so nice to have the breathability and a shoe you can kick off effortlessly. They go with Khaki's as well which is handy when changing out of the golf shoes and going in the club house for bite. They seem very well constructed with amazing support on the sole. I am mad at myself for being so reluctant to get clogs because it seemed a bit too girly for me. I am sold on the Naot brand and clogs for life. Buy and enjoy...trust me.

The Best Kitchen Work Clogs Ever! I've owned a pair of these Naot clogs for 6 years now and am just looking for a new pair. I stand on my feet all day long in a hot kitchen and if it wasn't for my Naot clogs I'm sure my legs, back and FEET would not be so happy. A truly excellent shoe!

I love the look of this clog. I've had a number of compliments already after having them for 2 days. Leather was a tad stiff at first, but got significantly more supple after wearing them for a couple of days. Good at repelling water on the outside and soft leather inside. Perfect if you have to run to the store in any but the most extreme weather. The fit was perfect on my foot...comfortable.Too early to tell, but feel and look very well made. If they withstand the test of time, I will definitely buy again. In love with this pair of Naots.

Extremely comfortable and great for my casual work environment. Had them over a year and there is plenty of wear left.

I had to give up my beloved Crocs (rubber lined) due to contact dermatitis (really...even though they claim no-one has had this problem). I was looking high and low for another wide toed clog. These were pricey, but fit to size and comfortable after only three days. They seem to be the ticket!

Great Shoe!!! On my second pair - these are great shoes! Very comfortable, stylish and goes with shorts or pants. Highly recommend it.

They are great! These shoes are great everyday shoes. You can do pretty much in them. I wear them to school, so I'm walking all day and they fell great on ur feet. After about 3 or 4 years they finnaly give in, but its woth the wait.

Marvelous These are the most comfortable skips to ever hit a closet near me. They are very durable, the sole is still lookin snazzy and the leather is in fantastic condition...buy buy buy them.

My last (first!) pair of Naot slip-ons lasted fifteen (15!) years. Naturally they were destroyed after that amount of time, and should have been replaced after five. And yet… they are still in one piece. This new pair is a dream. After only a couple of hours' wear they clearly are conforming to my feet, and they feel terrific. Because I have naturally flat feet I do wish they had a bit more arch support. But as I wear these I know that more will materialize—not a great amount, but enough to keep my knees from complaining. The leather uppers are substantial, yet pliant, and they too have already begun to adjust to me. And the buckle really does snug them down so that they easily stay on my (bare) feet. This is my intent for this pair: indoors only (but for the occasional run to the garage, or delivery of lunch to the patio), and sock-less. I have an intention to get another pair for more wide-ranging forays. These shoes are worth every penny. Well-made and comfortable. I wear a size 12 running shoe, with my orthotics, and these size 45s fit me perfectly with only the supplied padded insole. Bravo Naot! Fred Halgedahl

Naot sizes are whole sizes, 43= 10, 44=11; I wear a 101/2 and followed other's recommendations and order a size 44(11) the fit is perfect,color and style are perfection and comfort is unbelievable!

I've worn these shoes for several years and have found the sizing to fluctuate - I currently have two 44s and one 43 that I've purchased in the last five years or so, and they all fit the same. I mainly wear them around the house and to take the dog out as they are as comfortable as slippers but also have a bit of support. I just purchased 44s in all three colors and they no longer fit/feel the same. All of them were snug and uncomfortable. In the past, no breaking in period was needed for these shoes, but I considered keeping one new pair to see if they would break in and feel more comfortable. Unfortunately, in addition to the sizing/comfort issue, Naot has also changed the soles of the shoes and they no longer have the same tread, so I ended up returning them. Note that the photos of the soles currently show the old bottoms, not the new ones I received.

These are THE BEST, 5-star. I was accustomed to the Birkenstock clogs. Its hard cork footbed had indentations and ridges that hurt my feet; plus it was difficult to keep them on as they kept slipping off. My new Naots are a 100% improvement. The footbed is buttery smooth, no more foot pain, and they don’t come off. The leather is premium as is the style - very elegant. I wear a size wide for comfort, but this fits like a glove. No break-in period is necessary. My best shoe purchase as I wear them most of the time.

I bought the Crazy Horse leather clog in size 45 (12) & fit perfect while suede cushioned insole is buttery soft. Within a few days of normal wear the insoles we’re already by far the most comfortable shoe I’d ever worn. 10 years later is still that shoe that’s never been matched for sheer comfort. I’ve got a slightly wider & flatter foot than the avg. with no tight spots. If I had one shoe to wear rest of time it’s these guys#1. They also sell replacement suede insoles.(55$)

I really like these shoes, but the first pair were a tad bit fall, next size up is a little big. WIll need to get insoles to improve fit.

Now on my 4th pair of these. So comfortable! Easy to put on and great support.

Love them in every way

I am slowly replacing my uncomfortable shoes and sandals with Naot! They feel so good on my feet, which as you age loose the padding on the bottom of the foot and makes it painful without shoes or with the wrong ones! Naot is the best!
