These are great clogs and well worth the price but order big, for me they were small, but I just ordered a bigger size and they have adjustable straps so they fit well.

I bought my first pair of Fiords in 1997. After wearing a hole in both toes, the dog chewing off one of the straps, and the leather uppers cracking beyond redemption, I finally retired them with a gift from my wife of another pair this Christmas. Oh yeah, and my old ones still have the original footbeds and soles! I can't imagine a more comfortable shoe. It's world-class! Here's to another 15 years of unparalleled comfort and joy!

Great house shoe. Cork insole doesn't last forever.

The tread is not the same as it used to be. Been wearing these in a professional kitchen for over 15 years and it is no longer slip resistant like it once was.

great shoes, but unfortunately stitching started unraveling across the top of both shoes within 2 weeks. Zappos was great handling the situation. Brianna was very kind and helpful with the return and reorder. No issues with Zappos. Customer service is awesome! (Only reason for the 4 stars was for a defective product).

This is the second pair of this shoe which I had to return because of a loud squeak that developed in the right shoe about 6 weeks after purchase. The squeak is caused by the removable inner sole flexing up and down in the toe box. This defect is a deal breaker for me with this shoe. After having the same defect appear in two consecutive pairs of this shoe I will be returning it for a refund, and try another brand.

I am very disappointed in Naot's decision to change the style and composition of the soles on the Fiord. I have a pair of the Fiords that is 12 years old and they are more comfortable than these newer ones. Not only did they change the tread design but the support is not as good. The soles seams a little less rigid. The sole is just as important as the insert. They had a large bar on the old sole that ran along the arch support. It is smaller now along with the tread design. The sole just feels flimsier. Sorry Naot but I don't understand when you make a good product you feel the need to change it??

I was not pleased with the new sole design. It is not as thick and is harder than the older design of the Naot Fiord. Also the instep looks and feels like they made it wider. It looks like Naot has done the same thing with the Michael sandals also. So I am really disappointed in this new pair of Fiords. May have to look for a different brand of clog style shoes and sandals for my next shoe purchase.

Great style in easy on/off clog, but no arch support. I ordered both 44 and 45 in black, since I wear an 11 or 11-1/2. After trying on, decided to keep 45, returned 44. That was a mistake - I think these are the *only* shoes I've ever experienced where there actually was some "stretching" after wearing. I ought to have kept the 44. I note now that the Zappos size tool says I should order a 44. Now I've worn the 45 on a trip, so no longer returnable. That trip revealed not only that I'd kept the wrong size, but these have no discernible arch support. There seems to be a strong difference of opinion in the reviews of this shoe on this aspect - some say great support, others like me say no arch support. I don't know if that's down to differences in feet, differences in expectations, or manufacturing discrepancies that yield some significant variances in arch support in this model. Regardless, for me the arch support in these isn't acceptable. In terms of build quality and material quality, these seem good to me. Style-wise I think these are great - they were just what I was looking for in an easy on/off clog. The grained leather looks good to me. I just wish I could wear them comfortably.

These are not the most stylish shoes (I was generous in my 3-star "style" rating, because it's the average of my rating and my husband's), but my husband has wide feet and has difficult finding casual, comfortable shoes to wear around the house. Although these are B width, they fit a little wider and he loves them so much, this is his 3rd pair. He's tried danskos and halflingers, among others, and says these are by far the most comfortable.

I am waiting for the ?third pair to arrive. I take a 45 but am up to a 47. They come very small

A tad to small

I sent size 37 back, because it was too small. The 38 is too big and wide for my foot. Do you have any size narrower? This is a lot of money too spend on a shoe that doesn’t fit.

Since my review of a week ago didn't seem to get posted I will try again. I have always liked the Nato Fiord but this pair I purchase in January of 2024 really disappointed me. Naot went to a thinner and harder sole and the instep is longer and presses up against my ankle. Can't understand why they would change the design when there was nothing wrong with what they had. I have worn these around the house for the last few months and there is definitely a big difference in comfort. not good!! I wasted to much time to be able to return them, that's on me. So I am stuck with a $180 dollar pair of uncomfortable Naot Fiords!

They changed the sole so the size has changed. The size 41 was different than the previously ordered size 41. It was 1/2 size larger. The size 40 was too small.

Returning these clogs. Top of shoe jammed into top of ankle. Basically, the top of the shoe is too long for me. I wear heavy socks with my clogs and this may be a factor.

Ordered this and the Bjorn and was disappointed by both. Aesthetically this one is much more attractive but width and support still fall short of expectations. The leather is thin and the plastic/rubber sole does not reflect the price tag. Like the Bjorn it feels more narrow than expected with a nearly straight cut rather than following the form of the foot. Also needed to order a full size larger to actually get the right fit. Will stick with Birkenstock Boston.
