Great Shoes -
These Havana Joe's are great. They are dressy enough to wear with nice khakis, but also look great with jeans. I wear them on business trips to NYC and their comfort stands tall through the streets of Manhattan. I definitely recommend this shoe, even though the price is a bit higher than Timberland and Clarks.

Best shoe...period -
I have the same pair for over 7 years now...and I wear them a lot. The soles finally wore out and I need to replace them. Guess what? I'm buying exactly the same ones. They are the most comfortable shoe on the planet and I even put them up against sneakers. Truly a bargain considering how long they last.

I've had this shoe for several years. It is comfortable and is well-made and durable as any shoe I've ever owned. This is a really high quality product.

Good shoes -
These casual shoes feel comfortable out of the box and I am sure that I will enjoy them. They come with an extra set of laces and wax, which is excellent.
Also - I've never experienced customer service even close to comparable to Zappos. My order arrived in a matter of hours. Spend lots of $ and keep them in business.

Great Shoes -
Have had these shoes for four years and finally wore out the soles. The leather still looks new; just a little beeswax and a good cleaning. Since they are waterproof they do get hot in the summer but they are a great in light rain and snow. I'll be getting another pair to replace them with.

This is an incredibly comfortable shoe. It's water proof, built well, good looking and did I mention that it's comfortable? I love these shoes!

Wonderful service and overnight delivery for no extra charge just for calling to ask for a size change. I thought that was wonderful, and never offered by other companies. I will continue to buy for Zappos.

Outstanding for Snowy Cities -
I moved from Los Angeles to Montreal, and needed a shoe I could walk in. This shoe exceeded all my expectations, and in doing so, proved a bargain. I wear these shoes regularly on snowy days when people are in boots. I step in 2" puddles and my foot emerges bone dry. The thick sole keeps your feet of f the cold ground. I'm a professor, and they look great. When they scuff up, I layer on the beeswax they include with it, buff it off 8 hrs later, good as new. I've worn them every day for 1.5yrs, and it's close to time for my next pair. I'm buying the exact same shoe.

These are the only shoes my husband will wear. He is on his third pair. He purchased his first pair several years ago and loved them. He used to spend long days standing on his feet and he said these shoes were awesome. They come with a kit of extra laces and some shoe cream that easily makes them look new again. Very durable shoes and he is hard on shoes. His first pair are now 'knock around' shoes and he rotates his 2nd and 3rd pair daily.

These shoes are awesome! The only issue I had was them feeling loose when I first put them on. After wearing them, they formed better to my foot and are VERY comfortable. I also bought a pair of the brown greasy oxford chukka boots.

GREAT SERVICE!
I actually bought the Havana Joes as a Christmas present for my son-in-law. Zappo's even upgraded my shipping and they arrived in only a couple of days or so. The shoes were just as expected, great quality and great service. That's a combination you can't beat!!!

Best shoes money can buy!!!
I recently purchased my thrid pair of these shoes and, as expected, I am very pleased and happy to wear them. If you have considered purchasing Skechers' Casual Oxfords because of the cost--don't bother--those shoes are uncomfortable and project a foul odor over time when they get wet. To sum up the value of the Havana Joe Casual Oxford, "you get what you pay for!"

Great Shoe -
I couldn't bring myself to spend the money for this shoe, But my wife did and I'm glad for it. This is without a doubt the best shoe that I have ever owned. I no longer where tennis shoes with jeans. I wear my joes. They are a little heavy but that's a little trade off for a very sturdy shoe. I think they are a little larger than the US size. I wear a 14 EE but the 14 M has plenty room for thick socks. So go ahead a drop spend your hard earned money on these. You'll be glad that you did.

Not as plush as a Doc Martens but the shoes wear great and hold-up just like you expect from a shoe this expensive. Better build and better quality materials than almost anything you'll see.

I have the Havana Joe Oxford in Greasy Brown and in Greasy Black. It's my favorite shoe. It's very comfortable and durable, and I think it looks good. By the way, I'm often a size 15 but in this shoe I'm a 14.

One tough cookie of a great shoe. I've had a pair 2 years and they still look great. More importantly they feel great--one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've owned, and I'm a pick s.o.b.
My only complaint--the uppers have outlasted the soles, and there isn't a satisfactory way to have them resoled.

Great shoes!
I've owned my pair for 5 years now. On average they get worn 5 days a week and they are still holding up great. They are by far the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned.

Great shoes, very comfortable. The only drawback is the logo on the outside detracts from the look for dress use. One pair lasts 2 to 3 years of daily use, more that justifing the expense.

Provides tennis shoe type comfort with great looks and works with jeans, as well as khakis. I have to walk a lot because I am a college student and now I can look nice in class without hurting my feet.
