I walk through a lot of rain and snow. My feet are warm and dry. Bought these in black nubuck, I was surprised to see that there was just as much leather on the inside of the boot as there is on the outside. Premium for sure. My only complaint is how the tongue is sewn into the sides of the boot, it bites into my skin just above my ankles even if I wear them loose. You have to break in these boots, but I knew that going in. I'd recommend them to someone who isn't...tenderfooted. I may try the Courma Guy next.

I ordered this boot a size too big, but returned it and got the right size. They run big, but that's how boots are supposed to be.

Order 1 whole size smaller than you usually wear! I ordered the beautiful Platoon Nubuck color in size 14 (Every shoe and boot, of all styles, that I wear is a 14) and there's about 3/4" of extra space in the boots, they'd be 15's in any other shoe. I need them for a trip to Alaska tomorrow so I had to grab a pair in black from a local store... and it's lame cause the black are fairly tasteless. Note: I tried on several other styles of Timberlands and the 14's fit perfectly. I hope the company listens to all of these reviews and alters their sizes. Feeling wise, they really have to be broken in.. they aren't uncomfortable, but very stiff. But that's usually a sign that a boot will last a long time. I'm excited to try out the 400g insulation in Noorvik Alaska's current 15 degree weather, paired up with some wool socks.

Solid boots, 4 stars because there is a part of the tongue of the right boot that sticks out and digs into my ankle. I can't seem to fix it and Kinda hurts if I wear them for awhile.

Let me start off by stating that this is an initial review. After just taking them out of the box and trying them on, they are EXTREMELY comfortable. They feel heavy enough to seem high quality yet light enough to feel like stepping is easy and burden free. The boot itself stands out because of how perfect the color is and i absolutely love the look and feel of this boot. My big problem is that right out of the box, i tested the waterproofing and the water DID NOT bead off the boot. In fact, it almost seemed to sink IN to the boot. I didnt feel any water on my toes which is good but all i can say is, i'm glad i ordered the waterproof mist spray from timberland. I just treated the boots and i'll test em tomorrow.

These boots go great with my fall apparel. They match a lot of my different looks and provide a great alternative to the wheaties. The material of the boot looks great.

Timberlands are iconic and classic. A shoe that's constructed beautifully, great materials, and pairs quite nicely with a variety of clothing. One slight drawback is they don't over half sizes in larger sizes. I wear a 13 (Needed a 12.5, none available) nonetheless, I'm going to rock them with confidence!

These boots are wonderful for indoor winter wear. While still looking pretty nice, travel is easier than in normal dress boots.

First off, great boots. I had bought the wheats, and they've lasted me 3 years now. Timberlands are reliable boots but for the price, they are hard to maintain. cleaning the wheats is frustrating and you will always ding them up and scuffs will form. If having clean boots is a habit you would like to keep, buy the black boots instead. creases and scuff don't show as easy. Back to the price, I should gotten dr. martens 1460's for 160 instead of 180.

Great shoe, however; ordered the wrong size so I had to send them back. Too bad you guys don't offer exchanges. I have to return to get a refund and then reorder them.

At first, I was a little hesitant in purchasing these boots because of the material their made of. Wasnt sure they would match with every outfit, but boy was I wrong... And also, I received my boots in two day instead of there three day delivery service. Thanks Timberland

Sharp looking boot. Quality made. Giving it a 4 vs 5 because I wear a 12 in all shoes and this was about 1 size too big. Ordering a 11.

I love timberlands! Just wish they were a little wider! Or they can make a special wide width boot for 4E feet!

These boots fit perfectly. They are well made and very comfortable. The soles give good traction on wet and irregular surfaces. My only complaint is difficulty in putting them on. I am a senior. Bending and stretching is difficult. The tongue of the boot is attached to the sides with stitching. I cant get the boot open wide enough to easily put it on. However, I got a longhandled shoe horn that reduces the difficulty of putting them on.
