This is the perfect winter boot. Goes great with jeans, khakis, or any other type of pants you might wear. Incredibly warm, durable, and comfortable. They are well worth the price tag!!

Good day, I ordered these shoes for a business trip to southern California. I ordered these bad boys last minute. My arrival calculations, of when I thought the shoes would get to me were completely off. I panicked due to the fact the shoes had already shipped. The trip 2 days away, and the shoes arriving the day after I left. I really contemplated calling and explaining the situation. Late that evening I decided to try my luck and see if there was anything that could be done. To my amazement (Janet) from Las Vegas, NV made everything happen, within minutes. We even had time to chat for a bit. You know you had phenomenal service when you remember a name 2 months down the road. Even though I offered to pay for overnight shipping, the shoes were rerouted and the overnight shipping was free. I love this company and how smart they're in choosing who represents them. I will definitely be a returning customer. The boots were 10/10 and a great fit. flawless condition. If you're not present to try on the boot, and you're familiar with any boot. I just bought the third pair of these. I think I have a pretty normal foot but I went with the wide version this time because I think they run a little narrow. But other than that these are fantastic. I'm pretty hard on my shoes and wear them pretty much every day but they hold up great. I also like the look of the black ones and the fact that I can wear them to the office. I'm a satisfied customer.

I bought these boots for my teenage son. He loved them! They are very trendy and he gets a lot of compliments on them. The boots are very durable and the teenagers love them!

First of all, Zappos customer service is incredible. Ordered the shoes in the afternoon and the shoes were on my doorstep the next day. The Timberland classic premium was purchased for my son at college, since there is a lot of snow and cold weather. The shoes are made well, fit well and quality is great. I have a similar pair purchased many years ago, when this boot was still made in the USA. They are now unfortunately made overseas, but I did not see any quality issues. I would highly recommend this boot for its reputation, quality and classic features. It's waterproof and truly does stay dry inside.

This is my second pair of these. They are the most comfortable, best looking boots around. They do run smaller. I'm normally a size 8 but I wear a 7 in Timberlands. Zappos didn't have my size but emailed me as soon as they got them in. Zappos is the way to go.

Great boot. Always feel safe walking in them during slushy, slippery snow weather in NYC.

Bought this as a present for my father and not only did it come incredibly quickly (two days later), but my father was also very pleased with the shoe itself. Great service and shipping, I will definitely be using Zappos again!

I brought these for my son for Christmas and he loved them. They had his size. A 16 and he said they are warm.

Got these for my husband for Xmas and he loves them. I did order them a half size smaller due to the reviews and they worked just fine.

Ordering was easy, and arrived without any drama. Boots are great, the only problem was that the boots do run large! I had heard this but decided to get the size 12 for my son anyway. Sure enough they were too large. Size 11 is perfect and he is a very happy camper! He wears them constantly!

I am a girl and I wanted to try them out. I did and they fit perfectly and surprisingly they make make outfit stand out great. I also order all my other shoes from you like my lagoon blue Uggs (which are now out of stock). Thank you, Zappos.

Are they worth almost this cost? YES, and here's why. 10 years ago I bought a pair of the Timberland Pro Series steel toe in brown as true work boots which I think ran me about about half this cost at the time. For casual wear I later bought a pair of Dr. Martens (first pair stolen after a year) then waited a couple years and bought a second pair, both around half the cost each. I'm an IT System Admin at a hospital so half the week I dress for meeting, then other half casual and comfortable for a lot of walking and moving around. I was originally looking at the much less expensive "Classic" design, though couldn't find it in my size (10 regular). This was really the best thing that could have happened! With reading other reviews on the comfort and quality advantages the Premium has over other I decided to dish out the extra money. Side note: I have worn my work boots through 2 laces and the original sole (easily replaced by a Dr. Scholls work/sport insole) and could find a readable size on the tag or anywhere else. To be sure I went to the mall and tried on the classic tan pair in this style to order the correct size. Suffice it to say these have been my favorite pair of boots ever purchased. Only narrowly beating my work boots since these are lighter w/out the steel toe (but these aren't being used for anything requiring that). The comfort is unmatched. Within 4 hours of wearing them they had formed to my feet and the quality, well, they seem indestructible. I love the Nubuck black as a classy and casual boot for in and out of work settings while also knowing I can wear them hunting or hiking if needed. I of course always spray them with Suede/Nubuck protector (3M Scotch Guard sells a can for cheap). I wouldn't trade these for any other boots. With the comfort, quality and lower profile than others such as D. Martens. I'll never buy any other boot -for work or play. And yes, I can seriously run in these!

My son wears a size 18 wide. We received that size and they were extra large. He even tried them on with the paper in them and still too big. Nice boot - will try a size 17 wide. Hope that works. He needs them for school.
