Initially pkg arrived containing incorrect item. I phoned Timberland rep immediately and he made certain I would receive the correct boots in time for grandson's birthday....sending parcel to me via overnite mail. Very pleased with their response.

I bought this as a gift for my husband just because. He ended up not liking the ones I chose to surprise him with Bc he prefers a flat toe shoe instead of ridged. I was very happy I was able to send the shoes back no problem and get the ones he liked better!
