Had to return the original size I purchased because they were a little too big and ordered 1/2 smaller. One of the few brands that offer wide width and are still cute!

I'm always looking for AA narrow shoes. Ideally I would like arch support, but I realize that Keds were originally made for kids who don't actually need arch support. That said, I really like this shoe. The insole is glued in so removing it to place in your own support arch really isn't an option. However it works well with heel inserts that have some arch support. Truly the narrow is really too narrow to put in a full length insole anyway. It's a comfortable shoe although I did have some rubbing on the back of my ankle in the one shoe, I think it will ease out as the shoe is worn. I bought the shoe really to wear around the house. It's not a shoe that will give you good arch support for a lot of walking. It is great though that it actually comes in narrow sizes.

I liked the shoes but had to return them because they were at least one size too large for me.

fit was much better than canvas style. will look cute with rolled up jeans or casual outfit.

I have Plantar's Fasciitis and a wide foot so I ordered extra wide which was perfect. I listened to other reviews that said to order a size down and I should have stuck with my normal size. Also, if you want to replace the insert with an orthotic insert, it pushes your heel up higher and the back becomes too low so you'll step out of it and it rubs each step. That's the reason I had to return them.

Wanted to love these but they seem a bit wide and I'm afraid the leather will stretch even more. Sad to return them!

Cute slip on ... seemed narrow across toe area but wide at arch. Not good for bunions. So disappointed wanted to love them...thanks Zappos for excellent customer service and free returns

Bought this shoe for my daughter who wears an 11.5. I ordered an 11 but needed to exchange for a 10. You gotta love Zappos for immediately sending out the smaller size without charge, giving me time to return the original. The support with this shoe isn't great but with an added support insert, all is good.

Nice looking, comfortable, well made. Way too big though at 8.5 which is my never-changing size -- even wearing no-show low socks.

I like having a quick slip-on type shoe that looks nice for wearing around the house or out for a quick errand. However, I wouldn't recommend these for a lot of walking--no arch support. I've had many pairs of these Keds over the years, but much prefer a shoe Keds doesn't make anymore that had a zipper up the front. The zippered Keds fit more snuggly and had a "softer" interior--(I still have an old pair that I can't throw away.) Keds has a zippered shoe they now sell, but it is very stiff and doesn't fit well and it's not like their original.

This is a classic slip-on sneaker. The leather will probably hold up longer than plain canvas. If you are on the fence about width, definitely go with the narrow. I had to return because they kept slipping off. I also did not repurchase just because these did not offer a lot of support.

Inconsistent sizing. I bought two pairs - white and black. The white fit perfectly. The black was so large that I walked out of the back of the shoe and the toe area was an inch too big. I reordered the black, and the second pair was just as big.

Zappos really delivers my order as promised the next day, depending on the time of day you order of course. Their return policy is the best I've experienced with any on line service.

The size on the box is 10S but the shoes are just 10, not narrow. They are too wide for me. If you have a narrow I would like an exchange. If not, I would like to return them and I will search further for a narrow shoe. Thanks!

I buy a pair of these every summer. They are comfortable and look cute with jeans or capris. Perfect for traveling because the are slip-ons. Order a half size smaller than you usually wear.

Comfortable, knock around shoes. Not real narrow- a true "A". Not much support but I didn't expect it them to with this style. Good quality leather construction.

Comfort Shoe - I've worn this shoe for years - it's the only one like it that comes in an "S" which is as close to my A4 foot as I can get - I add a pad or two. I really enjoy its comfort in very casual occasions and love Zappos shipping and speed.

One of these shoes is big and the other is small.

Foot bed is not removable and the only way I could ever wear these shoes is to be able to put my orthopedic footbed in them. This would be impossible so I need to return the shoes.

Returning the shoe because it is too large on my foot. Nice looking but need next size down.

The material is great, it's just the design. Very dorky looking is all I can say.

I love the look. Was disappointed in the fit. Rubbed my heels and tight in the toe box. Of course, this was only after one thirty minute wear. Will protect my heels with bandages and wear them til they fit better. Love the leather and it will stretch. Or else.

These were too wide and too long for me. My OLD size was 12 AA (Ladies'). I need a 12.5 AA, I think. Or maybe a 12 B. In my size, whatever it is now, there is little choice. Apparently toes start growing in ones 50's. I ordered 3 or 4 sizes of various shoes. I ordered these Keds in 13 AA, which I was amazed to find. Of course, they were too long. Not sure why they're too wide. Inserts changed the fit but did not help matters.

Classic style The leather makes it stiffer than the canvas which I prefer I hope they break it n to be comfortable

I had high hopes for this pair since I ordered the "narrow" size for my long, skinny feet. And I always had a hard time looking for slip-on shoes that fits me well. Unfortunately, these were too wide for my narrow feet. They're going back.
