These shoes are comfortable and light. I have heel pain and with these shoes the pain is much less than with other shoes.

Comfortable! Make sure to wear thick socks on day 1 & 2, to ensure no bruising or blistered. Otherwise they felt perfect after 3 days.

The thing I like most about these shoes is that the insoles never wear away. With other shoes I usually need to add artificial insoles after a while, I don't have to with these. No arch support, but that is my preference. A+

I had originally ordered a different pair of shoes and did not like them and the exchange could not have been easier. Received the new pair quickly and I love them. Would definitely use Zappos again.

I wear these for my job as an airline pilot. The feel great for hours and last pretty well for the price. The are not security friendly though.

Two factors I consider as I need a dress shoe I can run in. 1. Rubber sole which will not slip. 2. Heel will not wear out and dig into the back of your foot. 3. Laces allow you to tie it up snug. 4. Easy to shine and maintain. However, it is not be as durable as full leather shoes with leather soles sewn to the upper. My last pair the glue separated and the front of the sole came away from the upper.

Great everyday work shoe. I have had Gordon's for years and was disappointed when the local stores stopped carrying Dockers. I was glad to find an old friend here. They wear like iron, look great and are comfortable. What else could anyone want except for them to bring back the brown shoes!

Wore this shoe for about 5 years until it finally cracked at the sole. I am here to buy the exact same thing again. Fits perfectly. Looks great and is affordable.

I use this shoe for work. On the downside, the laces fray before the shoes themselves wear out, and I put in my own store-bought insole because the one that comes with it doesn't give me enough support. But these shoes are otherwise inexpensive, reliable, and look pretty good with a variety of clothing styles and formality. Recommended for someone needing a good, dependable work shoe, as long as you don't mind shelling out for extra laces or possibly a different insole.

I bought these shoes online and would recommend these to anyone...the fit is true to size and these are really comfortable. Almost like wearing sneakers to the office!! Also I got to give Zappos a shout out for the product selection and descriptions. I will definitely use Zappos again for shoes and may look at other merchandise!

Great basic work shoe that holds up well. Looks good with casual or dressier clothes. Great that it comes in wide.

I bought these for my son, who has wide feet. He said they are very comfortable. We are happy with them. Ordering from Zappos is much better than going from shoe store to shoe store, to find a horrible selection for wide widths. Thank you.

Best shoes I have ever purchased. On my sixth pair. The collar does not wear down and start to dig into the back of your ankle like more expensive shoes. The sole is not leather and therefore does not slide. Can wear them as dress shoes yet still run in them on slippery surfaces.

This is my second pair of Gordons. My daily routine involves a lot of walking on sidewalk so I like that the outer sole is more durable than leather. They are stylish enough for work, comfortable and flexible, and a nice alternative to full leather dress shoes. The insole wore out on the last pair, but that was after about two years of regular use. They are a good value for the price.

Excellent professional shoe. Great support, slip resistant, crease resistant, and looks good. The biggest thing that I love about these shoes is the leather lining that does in fact help keep the feet cool. I ordered these shoes specifically because of the leather interior lining and no longer deal with sweaty/smelly feet. I looked all over department stores and the malls and had a hard time finding a relatively inexpensive leather lined shoe that could keep my feet cool. I just ordered my second pair from Zappos.com and I wish they lasted longer but I guess I can't complain too much. The pair lasted me just over a year. I used them 5 days a week for the past year working as a security officer in a high-rise building. Use included numerous patrols throughout the day. I used these shoes in all seasons (Cali summers are hot) and these shoes were especially great during the summer. I highly recommend these shoes, especially for the price.

An absolutely fabulous pair of shoes. I use these for everyday office wear and also with my classic suit collection. They last about a year since I wear them daily. I have a pair in brown and in black. They provide comfort and have room to fit an orthotic if needed. Additionally, they are available in wide formats so that you can have a perfect fit. I highly recommend these shoes.

I bought these for my 16-year-old son to wear to a wedding and he was pleased with them - said they're comfortable. He wears a size 15 so we can't find shoes in stores and Zappos has become our good friend! I love these shoes. I went through several pairs of other brands at the same price point, and none of those lasted more than a few months. These are in excellent shape after more than a year of wearing them five days a week. I suspect they will last several more years, and I am thinking of buying another pair now in case these aren't available when I finally need another pair. Keep in mind that they do take a bit to break in. In my case that was about 10 days. That's the price you pay for the quality construction.

This is a great shoe for light use. However, if your day involves a significant amount of walking, you're likely to get blisters.
