Very uncomfortable and painful

These are my favorite shoes!

The cork cracked within six months of wearing them. They look great and I LOVE the silver, but they just do not measure up to the Birk quality that I've experienced in the past.

I loved seeing women in Italy wearing this style Birkenstocks, but when they arrived, they fit fine, but there is a ridge that I found VERY uncomfortable at the base of my foot. For that reason, I had to return them.

We needed a size 35 European size. We got a 5-5.5 but, it was much longer that a 5. Love the shoes tho'.

I love love love Birkies. I have had many colors over the years. This particular one felt a little more narrow and therefore, uncomfortable.

Returning because they were visibly used. I can’t wear sandals that are already branded with someone’s oily toes. So gross.

I have an exact pair of these and love them -- I wanted a new pair and ordered the same size (identical). When they came I could immediately see they were MUCH narrower than a regular size. I compared them to the ones I own and they were much narrower. I was very disappointed I had to return them.

So very comfortable & great to throw on with anything! I have two other pairs in other colors. Great for your feet!!!

The hard plastic strap between my toes was awful. I think they are cute and wish that wasn’t so uncomfortable. Maybe this part would break in after a while, but I’m not willing to go through the pain.

My first pair of Birks. Very comfortable. The style is really cute. Love the color. I get lots of compliements.

My third pair of this style of Birkenstocks and generally love them but the synthetic top cracked after a year of wear. I do wear them a lot in the summer but this is not a change and my others never cracked. I don't think I'll buy the Birko-Flor version again after this. I can't find any repair info on the Birkenstock website.

Great shoe if you don’t have small toes. The plastic under the cork footbed extending under the toes was too high and firm. Hurt when wearing. Love my other Birkenstocks.

Was very disappointed to find that the upper strap on my Birks has split/cracked after 14 months of occasional wear. Even more disappointed that it is two months past a possible return date. I own the exact same shoe from 2018 and there is no sign of splitting/cracking. Zappos is free of responsibility after 365 days and Birkenstock offers no remedy.

Usually I buy size 37. I don’t know what happened. I must have ordered the US size I just realized that is the reason I don’t wear these. Can it be returned?

I love these sandals, but did not like the color of these. The description said they were a “graceful pearl white” but in reality, they were more of a very pale goldish color. So I returned them for white ones.

Highly recommend my new Birkenstock Gizeh sandals - they offer excellent arch support, are comfortable to use all day and are pretty cute (yes even for Birks). The Cream pearlized color goes with alot of different outfit combinations and they are reasonably priced.

These are gorgeous! I had the Silver Birko-Flor Gizeh sandals before which I also loved but the color of these are even better. I just love them and always enjoy Birkenstock

I loved these shoes but knew I could never wear them as the plastic toe separator was so uncomfortable! I tried because the color was so awesome. I wore them around the house to try and get used to them.

I liked these sandals BUT I usually get size seven in thong/sandals. When I selected US 7 - 7.5, I received Euro size 38. The center piece between my toes did not fit at the base of toes, instead - halfway to the end of my toes…super uncomfortable! I have recently been buying Mephisto in Euro 37, and it’s working for me. I think by getting the 38, the strategically center piece was too close to the toe of a too big shoe for me. The charts seem to vary from brand to brand. In this shoe, think 37 might’ve worked…

Uncomfortable where toe bands are located. They are stiff and dig into my toes. Do not feel like they will ever be flexible enough to be comfortable Also the material is certainly less dense and sturdy from my other Birkenstock sandals.

The fit was perfect but they were really uncomfortable…I really wanted them to work. I loved the style!

Too large. I wear a 8-8.5 and was advised to order a size 39, though I normally wear a 38. As well the toe separators are stiff and dig into my toes. The material seems to be thinner and less flexible. I’m returning them.

I absolutely love and live in these shoes all summer long.
