I am loving these sandals. I\'ve been looking for good sandals that I can walk in without getting blisters. These sandals look good, are comfortable, and do not destroy my feet! I was unsure of the Birko-Flor at first because I have always purchased Birks in leather in the past, but I am very happy with the look and feel of the material (everyone assumes it\'s leather anyway). I would definitely purchase another pair of Birks in Birko-Flor - leather is nice, but maybe not worth the extra cost.

I love this shoe! After a nasty bout with plantar fasciitis last summer I thought I would never wear a thong again. These are very comfortable and the arch support is excellent. They were my first Birkenstock shoes and sizing was tricky. I typically wear between a 7 1/2 and 8 so I ordered the 39 which turned out to be too big. I ended up with the 38's which are perfect. I hope to wear them forever!

Great shoe! Very comfy once you get use to the nice arch support. Try to order one size smaller then you usually do because the size do not run true to what is written. Otherwise great service! I couldn't bare parting with them again so my shoe is one size too big.

We love Zappos where shopping is extremely easy. I am pleased with the Birkenstock shoes that I have purchased; however, I think Birkies are running a tiny bit larger than in the past. We really enjoy the free shipping and return. Will continue to shop at Zappos.

They fit well, feel good, and look good. Just what I expected and wanted. My only glitch was that I wear a 9 in American shoes and wasn\'t sure which size to get - the 8 - 8.5 or the 9 - 9.5. The smaller size was the better fit.

You either are a Birkenstock kind of woman or you aren't. I guess I'm not, because I felt in these sandals like I've felt in all other shoes of this brand: like a big plodding Frankenstein's monster. Good shoes if you like Birks - they just might not be your style. Oh, and the "golden brown" is literally metallic gold.

I bought these for my mother for her birthday and she loves them. She does a lot of walking and says they are very comfortable and supportive. They run a bit large and the toe piece takes a bit of getting used to, but after a few wears they are great.

I love Birkenstocks for the foot support and this style is by far one of the cuter ones. I wear mine all the time and usually get them resoled once before needed to retire them for a new pair.

These sandals are sturdy, comfortable and not bad looking either. I wanted something easy to slip on and off but more supportive than a flip flop, and these fill the bill.

As with most Birkenstock shoes it does rub the first day and give you a mini blister on the arch, but then the footpad wears in by the second to that typical Birkenstock comfort zone. The only minor thing I don't like is that the top toe thing pinches slightly, or at least doesn't seem as flexible. Overall, I'm happy. Also, I had to order down a size.

I've never bought a pair of Birks before because I thought they were "ugly - cute." I really like these. They look good and feel good. Probably the best sandals I've bought other than some Donald Pliner's I've had for years.

Wow! That's the word that sums up how excited and delighted I am with my Gizeh sandals. Not only do they have an early yet elegant style but can I dress them up or dress them down. But even better, they are comfortable! In fact they are the only thong style I can wear. All others thongs and flip flops either don't offer enough arch support, slide off my foot when walking and give me blisters where the plastic thong bit goes.I was surprised to discover that these are designed so well, that the plastic bit doesn't actually touch my toes at all! My toes simply clutch the areas around it! I suffer from severe plantar fasciitis in both feet. The high arch and the heel cup that Birkenstock offers, combined with how well my feet stay in and hug the sandal have offered me days of comfort. I highly recommend them!

I chose these as my summer travel shoe, hoping for something supportive, comfortable, and still feminine and stylish. I was not disappointed. They seem less heavy and bulky than the Arizona style I purchased several years ago. I was initially concerned that the peg between the first and second toe could rub or cause discomfort, but I don\'t even notice it. Highly recommend!

I love these shoes. I work in a laid-back non-profit and I have worn this shoes everyday since I received them. They are so comfortable and look good with sundresses, skirts, shorts, and jeans. I live in Florida and I hope to wear this as much as possible throughout the year. Now, I just need different colors!

I love these sandals! They are very comfortable, no break in time required. I'm considering a second pair in brown.

I couldn't believe how big these were. I usually wear a size 7 but remembered being a size 37 (6 to 6.5) in Birkenstock shoes in high school so I ordered a 37. I don't know if it was a mistake but they were gigantic, at least two sizes too big, with room in the front and back. I had to send them back and decided not to exchange.

I love these shoes! They feel great and I wear them almost every day. I'm on my feet all day and the support from the shoes is just what I needed. This was my first pair of Birkenstock shoes, but it won't be my last.

I bought these Birkenstocks as I have been having trouble with bunions. These are so comfy and have excellent support. The white patent leather also dresses outfits up or down. Happy with purchase. Runs true to size; I'm an 8.5 and ordered 39. I do have a semi wide foot, though.

The shoes are great, I love them! At first, the sole of the shoe took some getting used to but now, they are just so comfortable.

All I can say is Zappos has lighting speed in shipping, I was very impressed. I love this shoe. Some people may think it's not fashion forward, but it looks very chic when you pair with the right outfit. Love Birkenstock!

These are the best sandals that I have ever owned. I have other pairs of Birks, but these are the most versatile. You can wear them with skirts, dresses, pants and shorts. Easily the best Birkenstocks I have in my closet. And unlike so many other shoes, you can wear them comfortably all day!

Don't fear when you first get them and they kill your feet its all about breaking them in. These shoes are great and have great arch support and I recommend them to everyone.
