I love the way they look and the way they feel! The arch gives me the added support my feet need and still looks stylish, not at all clunky, the silver goes with everything and I have gotten a lot of compliments. Between the toe took a little adjusting and felt a little thick at first. I also have a pair of navy blue Birkenstocks in a different style. I am a true Birkenstock fan! They are so comfortable!

Love these Birkenstocks - great price on them. Beautiful color for spring and summer. Got them next day. Went down a size and they fit great.

I have worn the traditional Birkenstock styles for a number of years and love the value. This year I decided to try some of the newer styles. I bought this one and have loved them. They are very comfortable and are holding up well. I would recommend that you try them.

The hard plastic thong is unbelievably uncomfortable. I literally could not walk two steps in these without pain. What on earth was Birk. thinking?

Love these! Looking good and comfortable as always. Was not sure I would like the faux leather upper but its soft and the slight shimmer looks great.

Bring bandages with you the first couple times you were them. No major blisters, but your feet have to get used to them. Same great quality and consistency of Birkenstock. Cute Sandal!

Love the way they look, but they do not conform to your feet, your feet need to develop the necessary calluses to wear them comfortably. I've been wearing mine for 2 months and between the toes is the most uncomfortable. I would not recommend them for walking, only for style. I have no problem wearing other thong sandals, but I would not buy another pair of these.

Got my first pair of these when I was pregnant with my daughter. They lasted me over two and a half years of constant use. Just bought another pair. I have bunions and there is just nothing more comfortable.

Total Birkenstock comfort, at long last styling! Getting rave reviews from all my friends on the style and most especially on the fabulous baby blue patent leather. Somebody at Birkenstock went to marketing class. :)

I had the same silver pair of Birks for several years. I wanted to get another pair, but different color. This dark metallic grey is more beautiful than the picture and matches my LV bag? Yes, I wear Birks and carry a LV bag as a New Yorker. This Birk is a great walking sandal. If you want a stylish pair of Birks, these are one to consider!

I usually wear a 7 1/2 (which coordinated to a European 38) but I ended up needing the 37. This shoe is amazingly comfortable, there is so much support I can walk in these all day. I just ordered a second pair in another color for summer.

I loved them right out of the box! I'm glad I didn't order a size smaller as some folks had suggested. I'm six feet tall with size 11 feet, and the size 42 is perfect. I've been wearing some Earth thongs recently, so the plastic piece between the toes doesn't bother me at all. If you're new to Birkenstocks I strongly suggest wearing them around the house for a while to get used to them. A long walk in brand new Birks probably isn't the best idea. Once they're broken in, though, they're the most comfortable shoes out there. I said to my husband, "Now I remember why I used to love Birkenstocks!" These are especially cute. I'm VERY happy with them!

I LOVE these shoes. They are so comfortable! It took me about a week of light wear to break them in. At first, they actually hurt my feet a lot. They rubbed in weird places and my feet felt sore after I wore them. I almost didn't believe in the Birkenstock way, until suddenly they became the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn. It's hard for me to decide to wear other sandals now because they just aren't as comfortable! I got them in titanium and I'm so happy I did. They go with everything and are cute and stylish. I'm 23- Birkenstocks aren't just for older people! The Gizeh style is awesome. Easy to slip on and off but not at all like a regular flip flop. They don't make the flip flop sound and you don't have to hold on with your feet when you walk. The strap over the arch is far back enough that it holds the shoe securely on your foot. I originally ordered the Cairo style, but didn't like the ankle strap, so I exchanged them for the Gizeh, and I'm so happy I did! Seriously considering buying another pair in a different color! Sizing note- I usually wear a 9.5 in woman's shoes, but I have these in a 39, which is smaller on their conversion chart.

I cannot rave about these sandals enough. They are the most comfortable, versatile, and well built sandals I've ever owned. I want more colors but don't know if I can adequately justify multiple birks in one wardrobe. I will buy a new pair as soon as these expire but I hope that won't be for a long time. My only advice is that they get even more comfortable with wear so make sure you give yourself time to break them in. I ordered up but think I could have easily ordered down in the European sizing.

This is my third pair of the Birkenstock Giza sandals. They are so comfortable and the colors are true to the picture as far as the ones I've bought. One thing to keep in mind with all Birkenstocks is to never leave them next to anything hot or in a hot car (etc) because the black bottom will shrink and pull away from the cork bed. Just something to keep in mind if you live in a very warm climate, otherwise I love these sandals and they are cute and comfortable for walking long distances.

I LOVE Birkenstocks but I didn't love the plastic thong/toe post in this pair. I was determined to accomodate my feet to the shoes. So, after a couple weeks of wearing them - my feet are totally fine and back to loving my shoes. So, I still give these shoes a very high rating, just taking off a star for comfort purposes.

I absolutely love the look. However, the between the toes divider is made of plastic and thick...probably cheap plastic. I needed to take these shoes to my shoe repair store and spend some money to have them replace the toe divider with a leather and very comfortable toe divider. So I would not suggest purchasing these until you are able to actually try them on and feel comfortable.

This is my second pair of Gizehs. I love them! So comfortable and they don't take long to break in. They look good with a pair of jeans and a cute top! I definitely recommend these if you are looking for something cute as well as comfortable.

I love these shoes! I wear a size 9-91/2. Most of my shoes are a size 9. I ordered the size 40 and based on the reviews thought they might be too big but they fit perfectly. I do have high arches and wide feet(though I seldom actually get a wide shoe size) so that's why I decided to get the 40 instead of the 39. The thong between the toe is bothering me and making my foot swell a little but it's only day one. This always happens to me in the beginning of the flip flop season anyway and goes away after a week or so. The foot bed is very comfy so far and I hear it will get better. When I first put them on I was tripping and had a hard time walking in them. My husband who just bought some Birks, said that it is normal because of the way the bed supports the toes, which is different from other types of shoes. After an hour or so I got used to it and stopped tripping all over. I am trying to find some shoes that will be good for 16 days in Italy this fall with a lot walking. I hope these will work for that, time will tell!

Love. I used to wear Birkenstocks and I had forgotten how comfortable the foot bed is. I wear a 7 and ordered a 38 (based on the size chart). Had to return them for a 37, which is perfect. The red leather required no breaking in and they look great!

I have 5 pair of Birkenstocks and for some reason this pair does not feel like it has any support at all. I swear by the brand, but after trying to wear them for 5 hours, I had to take them off. My feet started burning and aching badly. I don't know what is wrong with them. Sorry for the bad review on this pair of Birkenstocks.

I do not need to rave about the quality of Birkenstock, or the service of Zappos. It's already been said. What I want to add to the great reviews here is a piece of information that I read in some reviews before that we should order one size up as it runs small. Absolute NOT true. Another point is that the thong in the middle does feel a little uncomfortable, but I believe it will get better once the sandal is broken in.

I love this shoe! For those of you that cannot walk around in flip flops all day because they don't provide enough support - this shoe is your answer. They are cute and provide enough support to walk all day. They are also great for those of you that have a wide foot.

Absolutely love these shoes, I can't say enough good things about them. I hesitated ordering after reading a few reviews that complained about the piece that goes between your toes, but gave in and ordered. I haven't had any problems, they have been very comfortable since the first time I wore them. In fact I will be ordering them in at least one more color once I save up my pennies! lol
