I love these sandals! So comfortable and easy to clean. I recently wore these everyday on a vacation in Barcelona. My feet were happy and I felt stylish, too.

I bought these for walking around Hong Kong and Taiwan on some of my travels. These are so comfortable. The arch support is amazing and I did not have any back pain even after standing up They are also very durable and rugged. I did not experience any discomfort with the toe divider, but there was definitely a breaking in period with the sole. That only lasted maybe three wearings! Now they are perfect and I could not have asked for better travel sandals. I would recommend ordering half a size up. I wear a 9 or 9½ in shoes and I ordered a 40 (9½-10). They fit perfectly!

This is my first pair of Birks and I love them. I shunned this brand for decades because of the hippie association. Then my husband mentioned several times that he couldn't find anything as comfortable as his Birks so I thought I'd give it a try. They felt very strange at first but after they broke in they felt much better. I wore them shopping yesterday for many hours and they were great. That piece between the toe doesn't really bother me. I'm now sold on this brand and would like to get more! Also, this stone color is fantastic because it is so neutral and goes with everything such as earth tones and grays. Took the advice of other reviewers and went down one size and the fit is perfect. I normally wear a 6.5 and got the 36 size.

I have wanted a pair of Birkenstocjk shoes since I was in college 40 years ago, but they were too earthy for me to spend so much money. These are really cute and so comfy. Love them. I hope the company continues with adding some chic to it's line.

Very comfortable shoe! My feet got a bit sore when I first was breaking them in, but now they feel great!

I have been a Birkenstock lover and wearer for over 30 years, and this pair from Zappos is a sexy, comfortable addition to my collection! The service I have experienced with Zappos is exceptional and will continue to shop with them for a long, long time. They offer many styles that aren't available in retail at very reasonable prices. These are great shoes! If you know Birkenstock you know you cannot go wrong. This is one of the most leg flattering styles they make. I love the color. I had debated between the silver and the brown/gold. I am so happy with the brown/gold. They go with everything and looks great casual or a little more dressy. Do not debate, just buy and enjoy

I'm a 7 1/2 exactly. In other European sized shoes I get 38-39, but when I ordered 38, they were a size too big. I'm going to return them and try 37. And I was hoping to start breaking them in!

These shoes took about 3-4 weeks to really break in, but it was well worth the wait. I recommend them to anyone! The toe strap was uncomfortable at first, and the shoe felt a bit loose. They just take some getting used to walking in. After 2 months, the cork cracked on the side. I went to a Birkenstock store and they said this is normal and can be fixed. I also learned different size/width combos can be equally good fits, depending on what feels best. I need either a 40 regular or 41 narrow...both felt about the same. The 40 narrow foot bed was too small.

Love this new style. It did take a little getting use to the strap on the toe area. When my feet start to ache a little, I put these right on.

These are great shoes! This is my second pair of Gizehs and they are wonderful! My arch has fallen flat from an ankle sprain and these shoes give such great support that I can walk many miles and not be in pain! They are not the cutest shoes, but much better than many of the similar ones out there. I also have not experienced any type of irritation from the toe piece that some people have noted. Spend a few hours/days to break them in and you will love them!

This sandal is not only comfortable but also looks great in copper coin color, particularly if your feet are tanned in the summer. Lovely with skirts and short pants.

Got this shoe for trekking around the city in the hot summertime. Wanted comfort and style, something I could wear all day that would suffice for a nice restaurant in the evening. Thought I might have to break the shoe in, but it wasn't really necessary. I was forewarned by other reviews that the piece between the toes would take getting used to as it is thicker than average. It took me about two hours to adjust to it, at most. I stopped noticing it right away. I love this sandal.

This sandal is amazing! In the past I held off buying Birkenstocks due to their styling. But these are great. Most importantly, though, is the comfort and support they offer. I wear these all the time and they're fantastic even after many hours and miles of walking. What is most surprising is the compliments I always receive. When people hear they're Birkenstocks, they're always surprised because this sandal is not "frumpy" looking whatsoever. You will not be disappointed.

I am officially a Birkenstock convert. These were incredibly supportive during a ten day European vacation I just took where I was on my feet all day every day. I just wanted to reiterate others' advice around breaking them in. I found them very uncomfortable the first 2-3 days I wore them prior to the trip, painful even around my arches/mid-foot. But after those initial days, my feet adjusted and they felt great. So don't give up on them if they hurt at first, you're feet get accustomed to the support and are happy for it in the end!

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit comfortably. I love Birkenstocks! I was nervous about this style but they are great. They look good with almost everything and the color is great. I highly recommend these shoes!

This is a very comfortable and pretty sandal that can be work with just about anything but a formal occasion. Very supportive and comfortable after breaking in. At first, it was very uncomfortable and stiff but after break-in is great. Buy a full size smaller, though. Birkenstocks appear to run very large.

I love my Birkenstocks! I previously had a pair my mom had given me that were hers (we have the same feet), but they were not the cutest shoes on the planet. I am going to college in a week and I needed some comfortable sandals to walk in that were not hideous. I really loved my old Birkenstocks, but, frankly, I would not wear them outside my house. I found these on the Birkenstock website and thought they were pretty cute, but they were very expensive, so I came to Zappos, which always has lower prices. Previous reviews had said that these run a little large, so I ordered a size down and they fit perfectly. The color is a bit more metallic than it shows in the picture; they are more bronze than orange. You definitely have to wear them in a little bit before you seriously start wearing them. After I would wear them for a few hours to break them in, my feet would be sore, but it wasn't a problem. After I had them about a week and a half, I took them on vacation to Washington, D.C. I walked for miles in these and my feet did not hurt at all, they were so comfortable. I have since taken them camping and hiking, plus around town and shopping and I have had no problems. I love them and I will probably buy more in the future.

Love the look and style of these sandals. Birkenstocks run big in general, so I did have to return a size 9 in exchange for an 8. Still in the breaking-in process, but they are already very comfy and fit well to my feet.

Fabulous sandal that will be worn for years. Extremely comfortable given that I have a bunion and flat feet. The arch support is moderate without digging in to my foot. Regarding the sizing: I ordered a 39 (8-8.5) and they were easily a half size too big. I normally wear an 8 and even sometimes an 8.5 so was a little surprised. I'm sending them back for the 38 though.

I live in these all weekend. They are very comfortable and mold to your feet. These are my second pair.

Love 'em. I purchased for solid foot support but I get compliments on the style every time I wear them.

These shoes are extremely comfortable, fit snugly (I was initially worried about the sandals feeling too loose or slipping off my feet), and best of all, they're cute! I normally wear a 12.5 Wide, but I fit into the 11-11.5 Regular just fine.

Bought this sandals because I do a lot of walking in the city. I tend to use fancy and stylish cute sandals in the summer but wa looking more for comfort and needed to own a pair of the Gizeh. The first few weeks it took my feet time to mold into the sandals my feet was a bit in pain. I then realized that I needed to adjust the strap to fit my feet a little tighter. This make a whole world of a difference and after a few months they are really comfortable. My friends said that it will get more comfortable with the time. This is definitely an investment worth making. This is a pair a will have my entire lifetime as Birkenstock offer a replace of the rubber bottom for a fraction of the sandal's price (still looking for a location of where to get this done in the future).
