I finally purchased my first pair of the classic Chuck Taylor All Star and I'm so happy I did. They look amazing! So stylish. I wear them with everything now. Normally I wear a size 13 and based on other people's reviews I ordered a size 12 (since they don't do half sizes for 12 or 13) and I'm glad I did. It's still a little roomy and an 11.5 could probably fit too, but I'm happy with the 12.

Love these shoes! So comfy, I practically live in them and wear them to work every day :)

Need a classic? This is it. The gray is not too light and not too dark. Pairs perfectly with jeans, shorts, leggings, whatever. Some people may not like how there is not much arch support, but I don't mind it. I can be on my feet all day and not have an issue. I normally wear a women's 8.5-9, so I got these in a men's 6.5/women's 8.5 and they fit perfect! The tread is nice and not overly aggressive. I am in love with how easy they are to clean too, even though they don't show dirt bad. You won't regret purchasing a pair of timeless Chuck Taylor's!

These were for a gift for a first time chuck taylor wearer. He liked them a lot. I don't recall how I did it for him, but I typically order a half size lower than my normal size on these. But I think I've also had the normal size I'd wear and they both work really. I wouldn't say they're the most comfortable shoes on the planet but it's a classic look that never gets old. Shorts, pants, whatever.

Converses are my go to sneakers. They go well with all my casual outfits and are extremely easy to break in. I never have a problem finding a color that I absolutely love. These shoes are also very comfy even without breaking them in. I own a bunch of these and I'll always go back to these

Bought a pair of pink Chucks for a breast cancer awareness movement my brother and I started and boy do they get the comments when I'm wearing dress pants and pink shoes. But it's working! First pair of Converse All Stars and have to say I find them surprisingly comfortable. Even wearing them every day here in October (breast cancer awareness month) I'm not rushing to take them off at the end of the day. So far quality has been great, style is awesome and overall enjoy them very much. Zappos customer service was GREAT to deal with, they're resolving an issue I had has earned a long time customer. Already bought another 3 pairs of shoes from the site.

LOVE these shoes! They are very comfortable and stylish. I ordered the charcoal gray color and have gotten numerous compliments on them. I use a custom orthotic insole and they fit perfectly in these shoes. Very happy with my purchase.

Converse are the one brand that I never have to worry about sizing with. I've worn them for years and order the same size and they always fit perfectly. Plus, they never seem to computer of style!

Very cute sneakers but I did need to size down a full size. I went with the pink color and i am very pleased.

These shoes are exactly what you would expect. Classic style and fit. Make sure you wear them in the appropriate weather or they will lose their color quickly

Love this shoe! I followed the suggestion to order a half size smaller than normal, and they were perfect. I ordered a pair for my dad, my husband and my 4 year old - everyone LOVES them!!! It's such a classic shoe and it's clear that quality is not overlooked. I will buy these again and again.

I normally wear a 9.5, and purchased a 9. The sizing recommendation was accurate based on reviews and the Zappos recommendation. They fit great! I wear them constantly, they are super comfortable.

Such a classic shoe! This is not my first pair from Zappos and certainly will not be my last. They fit true to size and also do well with shoe inserts for extra arch support if that is something you need.

Not a whole lot of unexpected with this shoe, pretty much the look and feel is exactly what you would expect from Chuck Taylors. However, I agree with other reviews and the sizing. I usually wear an 8.5 and purchased an 8 (based on other reviews); had to return those and get the 7.5. I think I really fit right in the middle of the two, so the decision was to wear really thin socks and get the 7.5. Enjoy!

These shoes are great! But the size is a size or half larger. I got a size 9, but a 8 or 8.5 would be perfect.

I love these shoes. I wear them pretty much year-round (unless there is tons of snow) and they're extremely comfortable all day long. I think I go through a pair about once a year because I wear them almost every single day. They don't wear out easily, but eventually get dirty/scuffed enough that I decide it's probably time for a shiny new pair. I think they are mostly true to size? I wear a 7.5 in a lot of other shoes but get these in 7 because I wear them with thin socks (or no socks), so if you wear thicker socks, go up a size.
