These were not Converse Chuck Taylors. They are Converse all stars, but not Chuck Taylors. The sole is lightly less in depth, and the look is slightly different.

I don't why, but all the sneakers I've ordered have run way too large. At least two sizes. My foot hasn't gotten any smaller and I've been a steady 8.5 or 9 for years. These Converse were no different. I just want a basic white sneaker and Converse usually fit perfectly; I have two other pairs. I ordered these in 8.5 so I guess I'll go for a size 8!

I love the classic style of these sneakers and really wanted to love them, but on my first wearing - without socks - they gave me bloody sores on the backs of my ankles. I was hoping to be able to wear them without socks, but definitely not! Since I've worn them and cannot now return them, I will try them with ankle socks. Here's hoping they won't be a total waste of money. Also, I usually wear an 8 and needed the 7.5, so definitely order a half size down.

I'm a size 7. This shoe is a full size larger. The style is nice, but the back and forth changing sizes is quite a hassle.

The sneaker felt large. There is a seam inside that goes over the big toe and is very uncomfortable. Disappointing because the style and color choices are great. Will be returning these.

Been wearing chucks forever. This pair in particular is much lighter (which I don't like), and the sizing feels narrower. They work, but it seems they're making the rubber materials more cheaply these days. ¯\_(?)_/¯

No cushion

I need more cushion and these have none.

Bought a few colors, this one was much smaller than the other colors of the same size. Decided to return after I just couldn’t take the tightness.

I bought these for my daughter. She lives in them. I also noticed that Converse are not able to survive normal wear and tear from a 12 year old any more. I feel like the last two pairs I purchased are falling apart faster than previous Converse both she and I have ever had (and I've been wearing them since her age). I ordered these in December. Here it is early March and they are falling apart! They primarily start to gap and tear at the sole seam right where your toes bend the canvas. Please look into better glue/stitching Converse! If it were not for this, I would have given them 5 stars.

The fit and comfort were great and my daughter loved them. I would have kept them, but we had them for less than two months and the sole on one of them started to come off. She had other shoes that she wore so these weren't even worn every day. They should've lasted longer than two months.

Good shoes, they run a little big, not a lot, maybe half size or less. Fast shipping, excellent.

These are much bigger than older converse. I'm going to try a half size lower than my old pair.

I adored the look of these shoes, but unfortunately they were not comfortable at all. They were way too narrow through the toes but the heel was so wide I was almost able to step out of them. I really wanted them to work, but they just did not. Unfortunately had to return them.

These run big!

really wanted these, they're so cool but i found them uncomfortable, even with putting in my own arch support & comfort insole. they also didn't rise high enough for me in the back so i felt i was walking out of them. guess i'm too sensitive.

ive had these exact shoes many times before but this time the ‘charcoal grey’ color was not grey at all. it was more of a brown. ugly and not expected based on the pictures.

I’ve always loved the style of Converse, and I was so thrilled to get these in pink. But the second I put them on, I knew they’d be going back. The thread in the tongue as well as the heel was so stiff it was painful. Sad to see this iconic American shoe is made in India. If your skin on your feet is like leather, you might find these comfortable, but I only made it five feet from my couch to a chair where I took them off they were so incredibly uncomfortable because of the stiff thread.

I’ve been buying Chucks since the 70’s and the fit has changed in the last year. I just bought another 3 pairs, in the same size (14 because I measure a size 14.5) that I’ve worn for nearly two decades, and they don’t fit the same. My pinky toe is now crammed into the angled part of the shoe. My old chucks are fine. New ones all fit differently. I noticed that the 70’s reissue version was REALLY bad in this regard and I had to return it. The others I kept and am just suffering. So bummed about this. Not looking forward to going up to a size 15 but hoping that will solve the problem next year when I do this again.

Ive purchases b4. I do wear leg orthotics and old ones used to fit. These were narrow near the lower toe area Also, I wanted these as they had 5 eyes on ea side. These had 6.

Love these shoes! They can go with any outfit, I am ready to get some more colors!

Sizing is large

This is a very nice style and color, but was too wide in the heel, and a little uncomfortable at the base of the big toe, so I had to return.
