I bought these for my son for Christmas. I wish I'd known years ago he would Chuck Taylors! They are "roomy" even though I ordered his size, but that gave him the room he needed to put "inserts" into the shoe, as they are a bit lackluster when it comes to arch support. He loves them, wears them all the time.

These are iconic sneakers and they belong in the MOMA design collection. Wear them for the cool look. Don't wear them for sports or recreation because compared to today's high-tech athletic shoes, these give zero support or cushioning. It almost feels like you're walking barefoot.

When I found out that what I normally wear, Converse Jack Purcells, have changed for the worse, I decided to order these classic Converse. They are a little less comfortable than the Purcells; I am going to have to buy some insoles because the ones in these are thin and I can feel everything. They fit fine (I wear a women's 12/men's 10, ordered a women's 12/men's 10). They look great, too. I am quite satisfied. There is no arch support, but you wouldn't be buying Converse if that was what you wanted.

I originally ordered an 8.5 without knowing that Converse tends to run a bit large, so I exchanged it for an 8, which has a little bit of extra toe room, but not too roomy where it's uncomfortable or where I end up tripping over my feet. I love my Converse and they're really comfortable, despite only having moderate arch support. I would say that the big downside of Converse is that the rubber on the bottom that attaches to the canvas cracks and peels off kind of easily. I've had my Converse shoes for about 8 months and I've already had a small piece of rubber break off. Other than that, Converse are a classic and they go great with anything!

These are the classic Chuck Taylor's that everyone knows. Zappos was cheaper than buying direct from Converse.

Converse are comfy and true to size. The first pair I received had the wrong size in the box and Zappos customer service was awesome! Really worth ordering from this site whenever possible.

Same old Cons that I remember from the '80s. Not made very well, but comfy out of the box with classic style. They are priced right though, and look great. I normally wear a M12, but was swimming in that size in these shoes. The M11 fit perfectly.

These shoes have no support making them terrible to walk in or do any other activity otherwise. However, they look pretty rad. I have to wear inserts in them because I'm old. They run about 1/2-1 size bigger than most shoes.

These shoes have probably been around longer than most of the people who reviewed them. Saying that, this shoes' style has stood the test of time. I've never owned a pair, so this review is compared to every other pair of shoes I've owned since my foot stopped growing. Worse con: the shoe runs about 1 size large. I had to return the first pair for a full size smaller. Lucky for that Zappos return policy. :) The second con is that there is no arch support what so ever. I'm used to Vans, so I put in a Dr. Scholls insert to compensate. Now its time to get them broken in and scuffed up to get that look everyone likes.

Ordered these to surprise my daughter...arrived really quickly and she loved them! Perfect fit...and if there was a problem, I know I could ship them back for free!

I love these shoes; I have them in many different colors. These are the only sneakers narrow enough for my feet, so if you have wide feet they are not for you. They run slightly long. I only wish the sole would last a little longer.

Great shoe for the style. This shoe runs about 2 sizes too big for me. So I suggest you go down. I normally take a 12 and these shoes fit perfect at 10.5.

Great style, but runs at least a half size big. If you buy a pair, put a padded insole in it for support and you're good to go.

Ordered for my husband. Sizing 1/2 size too big. Sent back without any problems. Price was refunded to credit card just as advertised. Reordered smaller size and my husband loved them! About as easy as can be!

I usually wear a 9 but ordered an 8 based on reviews. They fit perfectly and are comfortable from the get go. Can wear them all day with no irritation anywhere. Having said that, they are what they are Converse sneakers. Cute but not as comfortable as a good pair of runners with proper cushioning and arch support.

These shoes smelled funny when I got them. Not like normal chucks. Also, they were a bit bigger than I expected, I'm going to return them.

A pretty okay shoe. Cleans up pretty decently, looks good and the only complaint I have is that the shoe itself doesn't offer much support, so you may want to take that into consideration if you spend a lot of time walking around.

They are very much like the last pair I purchased two years ago, but I sense a touch more arch support. I buy these for the style more than the comfort.

I love this shoe! Very cute and comfortable! Easy to pull on and run out the door! They do run big so I would suggest to buy in a smaller size.
