Size DOWN!!!! I'm a size 11 and these felt like a size 12. Still trying to determine if I like them or not. First ever pair of converse!!!

For some reason the red version does not seem to fit as well as the others. They almost seem to be a different brand?

I needed a pair of Pink Tennis shoes so these fit the bill. I wore Converse them as a yougster but never Pink (I'm a 69 year old guy). No support to speak of but the color worked very well for me.

I am a woman who normally wears a size 7. I ordered smaller with the advice of a friend and got the women's 6.5. I still had a quarter inch of space in the toe box and my feet looked like bananas. These run very large! Returning to see if a size 6 will do.

Overall, it is just an okay shoe. Runs narrow but long so stay with normal size. Lacks cushion support so I had to purchase some inserts or else they feel like you are walking on boards. I will not purchase again.

It feels like a half size too big. I would normally return it but moved abroad. Probably wouldn't by without trying on again.

What else can you say but "classic"? These shoes have been around for almost a century, and are still going strong! They go with almost every outfit (unless you're wearing a chicken suit), and are rather comfortable. If you need more support, try PF Flyers or Pro Keds. Also, I've found that Adidas socks are the best kind to wear with canvas sneakers like this, as other brands rub irritatingly against the shoe, which makes an annoying sound and tears the insides. Be sure to buy 1/2 size smaller than you usually would, as these run a little big.

Not a huge fan. I got these..and there is just something about them being all black that makes them very anti-Chuck-Taylor. I obviously saw they were all black when buying them and thought they would be kind of cool. They look weird in real life.

My best anywhere shoe. You know that favorite pair of shoes that seems to go with anything anywhere? Well, this is it and super comfortable too.

They are comfortable and look very neat with jeans or even a suit. I work in the school system and the kids think they are cool and yet they are neat enough to go into a meeting with parents.

The shoes seemed only slightly larger for their size. However, if you have feet that are wider than average, you may have to go up a half size. I had to go a half size up which made the toes a little too long, but otherwise it would have been too painfully narrow at the part of the shoe where the white toe meets the black canvas and also in the toe area. They don't have any support on the bottom, so after a full day of wearing them my feet were killing me. These shoes are definitely not for people who have any sort of foot problems or need extra support.

These shoes are adorable but I was saddened to find that the toe area feels very narrow. I do not have wide feet and I've never worn a wide shoe in my life but for some reason, my pinky toe gets squished in these and it's really painful to walk. They're not too small in size because the pair I originally bought were too big and I had to go down a half size so I know that's not the problem.

I'm not sure what I expected with these shoes, but I can say one thing: I've never felt that my foot was too wide for a shoe. For a guy, I have narrow feet, but these shoes still feel very cramped for me. I feel it both at my heel and at the outside at the end of my foot. The top reviews I've seen for these are all women. Maybe that's the difference I'm experiencing. Everyone seems to love them, but while I never write comments, I felt I had to speak up for any guys looking into these. If I find them cramped with my feet, I can't imagine them for a guy with a more averaged width foot. Oh, and I did get the half-size smaller in length. My toe is about 1" from the end of the shoe. Maybe I should have risked tripping over my feet and going for something exactly my size or larger.

Great looking shoe, but poorly constructed. One of the eyelets popped out after wearing the shoes once. Too bad because they look great.

The navy color is a lot lighter than they look in the picture. This makes the shoes match my jeans too much, so I am limited with what I can wear them with without it looking weird.

Great looking shoe, very little support. Shoe looks great, and I'm used to wearing this type of shoe but this one has hardly any arch support at all and I'm going to have to buy some insoles in order to wear these. I have very flat feet so I usually need at least a decent amount of arch in the sole and this one has none. It's exactly the look I wanted and seems pretty durable.

Overall, a comfortable shoe! I would agree what others have written about the shoe size (ordering even a full size lower). While my 7 1/2's fit (I take an 8), I probably would be better off in a 7. The only noticeable "looseness" or "play" is in the heel. But being they are canvas sneakers, there should be a little "give" in them.

Slippery when wet! Warning- the new Converse has a different (stiffer) type of rubber material in the center under the arch. I have worn Converse for years, so was not prepared for the extra slipperiness and fell on some stairs. If you have never owned Converse, this wont make a difference, but if are used to some grip under the arch be careful going downstairs in wet shoes!

Vain - I love this shoes I had them when I was in school and never took them off, unfortunately this shoes are only for show, not good for walking and they do run a little big so if you have skinny feet like mine make sure to order a half size smaller , however I like enough not to return them.

These shoes are stylish, of course, and look sporty and trendy, but they are very stiff and take a lot of wear to soften them out, and aren't that comfortable.

I don't like the sneakers at all, bought them for my daughter. She had high tops and I didn't want her to wear those with shorts all summer.

so far so good... since Chucks stopped being American-made I have noticed they don't last as long; so far these are holding up better than my other recent pairs though...

size problem - The first shoe that was sent to me looked worn.. I called your customer service phone number and was helped immediately (it probably was the best customer service call I've ever made). I was sent a new pair of sneakers but even though I wear a 15 in everything, these 15's didn't fit.
