Professional Caring Customer Service - I love placing online shoe orders with Zappos. Not only do they have a wide variety of excelllent products, but they are very professional and the customer service cannot be beat. My order was always shipped promptly and and as an extra bonus, Zappos even emailed me to let me know exactly when my order would arrive. In my book, that is nothing less than Professional Caring Customer Service!

My 4th pair! I had been coveting the off-white low-top chucks all summer and finally purchased them and absolutely love them. They became my 4th pair of chucks and definitely my favorite.

Classic style, classic comfort - You can never go wrong with a nice pair of Chucks! Same great style and function I remember from high school. In fact, I still wear a pair I bought in high school, some 15 years ago. As for Zappos, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences ordering through this website. The shipping is fast, the site easy to navigate, and returns (which were because I ordered the wrong size originally) simple and quick. Highly recommended!

Converse All Stars is the title. Okay so Converse look great, old school and such. But I have wide feet. So they kind of hurt and rubbed against my pinky toes, but I’m just going to wear them out. I ordered 6.5 which is half smaller than my normal shoe size, 7. they still had room in the back for like 3 fingers, but if I got them smaller, whoa how my toes would hurt. So yeah, there you go. Enjoy.

The classics never go out of style... These are the All Star you remember from the playground. They do take a little while to get comfy (in fairness, I bought them to work in and it's a rare shoe indeed that is comfy off the rack after a twelve hour day). My continuing problem with them is that they are slippery in the rain. I only mention it because I wish I'd known that before I was loading a truck in the rain at 3am, but live & learn, I guess. They're still some of the coolest kicks around, though-and what won't we give up to look good?

A+ for Zappos and Chuck Taylors - Size 14 Chuckies are impossible to find in retail stores but my son the rock star loves them. He says they're comfortable and they fit his style. Zappos service is above anything you come across these days and free shipping is like getting the shoes on sale!

Really comfortable, perfectly sized - I had previously tried on these shoes at a bricks-and-mortar shop, and thought they felt pretty good. But they didn't have the selection. Zappos had the exact half-size I wanted, they fit like a glove, and need no breaking in - they're already amoung the most comfortable shoes I've had. And I really like the look.

The classic back IN! The Converse Ox is a great shoe. I purchased them for a vacation and thought I would need to "break" them in so I wouldn't have blisters. It was a great surprise to find out that I was wrong...I didn't have to break them in! They are so comfortable!

Daughter Lovin' the Sneaks - My daughter loves these sneakers. Zappos was the only place I was able to find the "right" color. Availability and shipping were terrific! Will definitely order from Zappos the next time our family needs shoes.

a staple in any wardrobe - You gotta have a pair. Classic and still stylish. I wear an 8 1/2, I ordered an 8 and they're still slightly long. I wouldn't get a 7 1/2 though because they're pretty narrow. Truly a must have.

Brings me back to days of old - Classic casual shoe that is perfect for slappin' around the house, running errands, you name it. Looks great with shorts.

the standard - Converse are great - lightweight comfortable classics. The only weird thing about them is the sizing - I wear a women's 9 normally, and in converse wear a men's 6.5/womens 8.5. It's unfortunate that not all styles come in half-sizes!! I can even squeeze into a mens 6, although my toes start to get a little cramped width-wise (they still don't hit the end of the shoe, though). So, size down a half-size from the Zappos chart. Otherwise, they are great!!

a classic style - For those who know Converse, there is no surprise, you know what you buy. I do and have been wearing them for years.

Old school style - These shoes I use for going out on the weekends but I have to say their nice looking style makes a good shoe to wear.

My teenage daughter loves these shoes-this is her second pair like this.

never out of style - We searched all over for these shoes and found them at a great price on Zappos.com. My daughter has several pairs of these shoes in different colors and she loves them, although she says they don't offer support. They are for fun and fashion not for athletics.

Great shoes! My daughter loves these - they fit perfectly! This style of Converse tends to run a little big, so she ordered a 1/2 size smaller than her normal street shoe size.

Good Job - The only complaint that I would possibly have is that when showing the color of the shoe try to be more clear. What I mean is that on my second order I thought I was getting another pair of white shoes and when I got them they were beige, I am happy with them but they looked white on the website. I dont know how you could do this but that is my only suggestion. Good luck.

As always, the shoes are great! I've owned many pairs of Converse, most of which I've ordered from Zappos! It's always been super fast service and the shoes have always worked out perfectly!

Hurt my feet - The backs of the shoe are not comfy at all...no support either.....my feet starting hurting about an hour after having the shoes on.....limping.
