The only shoes you really need! I was looking for a non-leather, non-vinyl shoe that I could use while working-- which for me, consists of hard manual labour. They are excellent for this type of work, as they have sturdy soles, and uppers, and the toes will not rip out like many casual shoes that I have worn during hard labour. However, one must be careful fo the size they buy-- order a half of a size less than what you wear, and if you're going to wear them everyday as I do, a good pair of insoles make them fit better, and give better support. I highly recommened waterproofing them, despite the converse holes that let deep water in. Because without waterproofing, you can't step in a puddle an inch deep without being swamped.

Versatile and stylish - You can't really go wrong with converse, they look good on everyone and go with anything. Unfortunately they are not too comfortable or long lasting and I have to get shoe inserts.

Converse - Only the Best! I've been a Converse fan for over 35 years and have never found a shoe with a better fit, comfort, or appearance. I own quite a few pairs of them in all colors of the rainbow and even wear them to work! While the quality of the shoe is not quite what it once was when made in the USA, nonetheless it is still excellent and hasn't stopped me from buying them.

My favorite sneakers - Basically these sneakers bring back a unique style that is retro and classic. No matter what kind of Converse you decide to purchase, you're making a good desision.

My son loves this shoe- My 11-year-old son had to have a pair of these. The stores did not carry his size... we ordered and had the shoes within 3 days! He is so happy.

Well pleased- Been wearing CT's for a lot of years, still love em'! Of course they are much thinner canvas than they used to be, but that is true with everything you buy anymore. Wish they would put an arch support in these shoes. If you have arch or foot problems, I wouldn't advise them for you. Zappos is the best there is! They most always upgrade the shipping for free! They are unbelievably fast getting your order delivered to you!

Good shoe- These are great shoes. I have a pair, two-years-old, that needed to be retired, so I bought my second pair. Looking forward to another happy two years with the new pair.

CONFORT & STYLE/ALL IN ONE- Thank you for the friendly customer service, fast turn around time for delivery. The shoes are very comfortable and even though they where a popular style when I was in high school back in the 1980's, I see they have not lost their popular status in the USA.

Can't go wrong wtih Converse- These are great shoes- they just rock. They go with pants and I can ride my bike in them too. And black goes with everything (although I have them in other colors...). The ankle high ones are good too. As for the great service and shipping, well what can I say? I will order from Zappos again.

Why These Converse's Rock... These shoes look good and feel good too, if you have the right size. Don't get Converse that are too big thinking you'll grow into them, get the right size, because if you do, it will result in a blister on your heel. I know from experience. But they are really great shoes to own.

Pain and style- Hard to slip on and off because of the rough canvas. Stylish, but no comfort or heel support. Bad arch support as well. A good looking shoe, so it's worth it.

My Old School Kicks- These shoes are as comfortable as they were back in the days. If you have wide feet make sure you order half an inch bigger because they are narrow shoes.

My 12-year-old daughter loves this shoe... we purchased it in 'pink' (of course!) and she is the envy of her little friends. We did return it as the shoe ran short, and Zappos promptly and easily sent us a larger size. I suggest to order the shoe 1 size larger.

It's your old school chuck taylor at its best! It's your old school chuck taylor at its best. The converse you wore when you were kids. I brought them for my 18yr son who's away and college and although he normally wears a 10 1/2 I knew Converse ran 1/2 size bigger so I brought him a size 10 instead. Perfect fit. They run 1/2 size larger. I absolutely LOVE Zappos wonderful, expedient service! Great job Zappos!

I bought this shoe for my 21 year old grand-daughter. She went online and sent me the one she wanted. Since I live in Connecticut, and she is in California, we use your company for shoes most of the time. She said the shoe fit perfectly, and was just what she wanted. Aesthetically pleasing... Not the most comfortable shoe in the world, but anyone who has worn Converse before should know this already. Looks great. Exactly what I was looking for, but wears easily on the inside. Not a good walking shoe.

Great Fun But Ouch- Good old Converse tubbies. Wonderful style, like a foot-worn time travel platform. Great look. Vibrant color, well made. Same as ever though, no arch support and when you are 62 and your foot is wider than when you were 17, there's problems with long-term wear.

Classic. These were my first pair of chucks in a long time and they're amazing! Of course they're incredibly stylish (I got them in that awesome canvas white), but they're pretty comfortable as well. My only complaint is how large their sizes were, I had to return a pair of 10's (I’m usually an 11) for a pair of 9.5's, but Zappos service is incredible, so no biggie, just remember to order down a full size and a half.

Great classic shoe - Definitely a classic shoe that everyone should own!!!

Look great, almost feel great. This shoe looks great and I love the red color. The only complaint I had was that, while it is wide enough every where else, the base of the toes feels a little snug and there's little arch support. Otherwise, a great shoe.

Converse all-star low tops - This is a classic shoe. The arches are not the greatest. Other than that, I love them.
