These shoes with black rubber are perfect (and make vegans like myself happy). If you have a high arch, you might add an insert. David Bowie wore them in concert recently. What more can I say?

This was my first pair of Converse and my first time ordering from Zappos too! I am so happy with both of them. The reason I gave the look only 4 stars was because I thought the color was lighter (it is hot pink!) and it makes my size 7 foot look big. Other than that, I really love them!

Extremely satisfied - I love my Converse All Stars and needed to replace them but wasn't having any luck finding them. Zappos to the rescue! Not only did they deliver my shoes promptly but they shipped them for free! Regarding the sizing - it's my experience that you should order a half size down (at least for the women's sizes).

Great Shoes! The only negative I have about them is that there is hardly any cushion in the sole, making it rather uncomfortable.

I've worn chucks since 3rd grade. I love em. Zappos got them to me the next day. I think that this shoe feels only a half size smaller, but if you like a tight fit, than order one size smaller than your usual. I actually prefer an insert of some kind with my chucks: improved comfort. Sweet.

The shoes are incredibly flattering and trendy! Although it takes a day or two to wear them in, the shoes are a perfect fit. I had to buy a size smaller than my usual size for they make these kind of large. I am usually a size 8 and purchased a 7, which were perfect! I strongly recommend these shoes to everyone!

They feel like slippers. I am extremely delighted. I did not have Converse when I was young but I finally got myself a pair. I am so happy with them. They are as comfortable as slippers. I love the classic look of this shoe, especially the full set of white lacing that goes all the way down to the toes. Put them on and it's like walking barefoot, which is a plus if your feet are in good shape, and a bit of a minus if you need more support and cushioning. Be sure to follow the recommendation from Zappos to order them one-half size smaller than your normal size and they should fit perfect.

The all-star is a timeless classic. Supreme comfort, durability and style. The only thing wrong with all-stars is that they do not keep water out; they are definitely not a rainy-day shoe. Overall, all-stars are my shoe of choice. I recommend them to anyone looking for an extremely comfortable, casual shoe that will go with anything.
