Converse All Stars - I've been wearing Converse All Stars since about 1972. There was a period of time though when I couldn't seem to find them in local stores and thought they were gone forever. I still had several pairs in various states of decay and continued to wear them. I still have two of those pairs from the 80's but like some of my jeans are not fit for wearing in public though I actually still wear them at home. I was so happy to find them again. Zappos made it possible to get the white ones that I always wore. I like your service too. The thing about Converse that I have always found to be true though is that two pairs of the same size do not always fit exactly the same. I used to have several pairs of the same size brought to me to try and I'd get the pair that felt the best. These shoes have always felt very comfortable to me which is why I still wear them to this day. The moderate arch support never bothered me either though my foot has a high arch. I guess the flexibility of this shoe and the fact that I use them as a casual all purpose shoe and not a high performance shoe makes them work just fine. They feel more like my bedroom slippers. I have obviously always liked the styling as well. Now they are kind of nostalgic. My daughters high school friends look at my Con's, then look down at theirs and smile as if the know in some intangible way that I just may have actually been wearing them before they were born. Obviously they would be right. And now my feet are happily sporting a brand new pair from Zappos and I am very happy. That’s my story and thank you for helping my feet find happiness once again. Overall I like the shoe and wear it all the time; but I recommend the low-tops because the part at the ankle on the high-top can sometimes really irritate your skin, and they're not really for the summer heat (and they look bad with every thing other than pants).

Chucks: Rock solid - I've been wearing Size 13 Chuck Taylors since I was a teenager, and I'm now, God help me, a middle-aged man. I buy a fresh pair every spring and by late fall I've just about worn them out. Chucks do tend to run a little large, but I have long made a practice of wearing them with insoles (now, gel insoles) to add a little more arch support. With an insole in the shoe, a Size 13 Chuck is pretty much a true Size 13.

Can't go wrong! These have been great shoes for 50 years. I wear a size 7 in girls shoes, the size 5 fits great. I wear them with Superfeet arch supports.

Excellent shoes - I got these shoes for my husband for his birthday and he was so happy with them. They're just like the ones he wore in high school basketball in the 70's - comfortable and cool.

I am digging this shoe! I *love* this shoe! I am a woman with rather wide feet, and a bit of a bunion problem, so anything remotely toe-squishing can only be worn occasionally. Alas, my foot is too small for most men's shoes, but these shoes are da bomb. I put in some good insoles with real arch support, and I am one happy camper! (Plus, gotta admit, as a 36-year-old professional, these shoes make me feel like a total JD, so they get bonus points for that, too.) I've already bought more Converse shoes because of these, and, well, also because Zappos is doing an amazing job for me!

White high top cons - As always Zappos customer service was awesome! I’ve been ordering from Zappos for 3 years and the customer service just keeps getting better!! The shoes are a little weird to look at, at first. The bottom of the shoe is optical white and the canvas part is off-white. That’s the only complaint I have of this shoe.

Converse lover - Awesome shoes!

Happy Daughter! My daughter lives outside Madrid, Spain and she was having a hard time finding a half size in Converse All Star Core HI. I called Zappos and they were very helpful (wish I could remember who I spoke with) in determining what size my daughter needed. We visited her in Madrid recently and she immediately put on the high tops/her birthday present and wore them for the remainder of the trip. She was very happy with the gift. I was able to place my order and have them shipped in time to take them with us on the trip. Thanks again!

What can you say? A classic... I always have a few pairs of Converse All-Stars in numerous colors at any given time. They're comfortable and never out of style. You can't go wrong with these. Only thing is, they do tend to run slightly large compared to many of my other shoes, so you may want to order a 1/2 size smaller depending on your preference.

A True Classic! I love Chuck Taylor's! I have several pair. I have purchased the old, black canvas Hi-Tops once again. I always have to put some insoles in my Chuck's because they do not have the comfort that a lot of other shoes have. Funny I never noticed that when I wore these as a kid. The also run a little large. I typically wear a size 13. However, I wear 12's in Chuck's. In other words, buy a half-to-whole size smaller. Great price and quick shipping. Zappos Rules!!!

Old School - Or if you are as old as me they're just school. I just started working out again and the chicks dig them at the gym. Plus they are good for weight lifting because they keep your feet flat. So buy them already

Converse Canvas High Tops - Converse Canvas High Tops would never have remained in popularity for so long if they weren't great.

Awesome - If you order a size smaller, they fit great. My hubby is very pleased with his purchase. And the black on blacks are stylin. Next up is baby blues, which I’m gonna rock like Snoop Dogg.

Old Skool - Great sneakers, very simple. What Zappos says is true about the sizing. Get one half size smaller and they'll fit well. Basically, no support but still really comfortable. If needed, one can put an insert in the shoe for comfort or support. Shipping is on time and Zappos is great!

Old School - What can I say? You just can't beat old school. When every one is screaming for attention in ridiculous high tech shoes it's good to get back to where we came from. Don't get me wrong, the technical aspects of a good shoe such as stability on a running shoe are great, but when it comes to old Levi's and a worn blue tee shirt, there is nothing like a pair of navy Chuck Taylor Converse to tell the world you didn't sell out. They're the real deal.

They're a classic! What more can I say??? If you've ever owned a pair of converse, then you know the ddrill. They are comfy, stylish, and go with just about everything. I wear an 8 in sneakers and an 8 1/2 to 9 in heels. The size 8 converse are a perfect fit!

Great shoe - It is difficult to find shoes that fit and are fun in such a large size. But Zappos had just what we wanted. Shoe is perfect to size.

Red converse - This was a birthday present for my 12 year old son. He has green converse shoes, blue ones and all he wanted was red ones. We could find every color but red locally, so were very excited to get them. It made his day!!

Great style - These shoes are awesome they are comfortable and look great. They are what I've been looking for, for a while and this is the only place I have found them. I am grateful for such a plethora of selection found on zappos.com.

Old school - A classic. Not the most comfortable shoes for long walks, but they look killer.
