These are typical Chucks like any other. They're narrow keep this in mind. If buying for a female, remember they are marked in mens sizing. I ordered these for my boyfriend and he's a typical us mens 10 we had to order him a 9 in Chuck Taylors, he did try the 10 and they were too large. Typically I'm a 6 1/2 us womens; I have to order a size 4. The white is kind of off and doesn't match the other whites of the shoe...kind of weird.

These are quite comfortable shoes. They feel like they're made of sturdy materials and so far they work as expected. I bought these to wear when I’m doing squats, deadlifts etc. because I had read that these were as close to going barefoot as you can get at an affordable price. They do feel really good while lifting and I imagine might be a great casual walking shoe as well. They do not irritate my Achilles bursitis at all! My only complaint at this time is that they look and feel what I imagine clown shoes would look and feel like if I were wearing them and would take some getting used to if I wore them to run/jog. Everyone says to order them a half size small but it seems as though they don’t make 13 1/2 so I went ahead with a 14 since I have read they run narrow. I normally wear a 14 to a 14 1/2 4E in athletic shoes. These extend quite a bit past my toes and but I’m going to hang onto them (strictly for lifting) anyway. I do plan to order a size 13 and see how they fit. I’m afraid they will be too narrow even if they are long enough but it won't hurt to try. As a kid, teen and young man I never cared for the style and look of Converse shoes on others. As a 47-year-old man who has just purchased his first pair of Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars I can’t understand what I didn’t like about them as a kid.

Great classic shoes. I am a street size 8.5 and had to get these in a 7.5. I also have wide feet and these accommodate me perfectly. I had to order a few different sizes to get the right fit. Love them!

Classic Chucks! These are a great shoe, bought them in black monochrome. Timeless, clean, smooth style. As always with Chucks and Zappos, very satisfied!

Love these classic Chuck Taylors! The fit is good. Only drawback is there is no support so inserts are essential. Wish the inner sole was removable but the shoe still fits w/inserts on top of the inner sole.

This product lost two grommets the second day of wearing them (almost 3 as one is bent out). One on the laces and another in the side vent hole. We have never seen this before with converse shoes.

They’re super comfortable

I can't believe it took me so long to try a pair of these. Easily the most comfortable shoes I own, casual and yet a lot more stylish than the average athletic sneaker. I wear arch support insoles (which fit just fine), so that probably helps the comfort level, but I can walk around all day in these and still hit the stage in them for a night of improv comedy.

I bought these shoes for my 11yr old had been to other shoes stores and not found her size. She loves these Converse chucks.

Love it, I walk a lot and when I get home, my feet are not tired... Like most of the snickers I've owned. Also, I love how they look with jeans, but I must say if you need to have the arch support these shoes won't provide it.

Zappos is amazing! I love you guys! The shoes are great also. They are my son's favorite. He won't wear anything else. They fit perfect and were shipped quickly.

Always a quality product, my kids and I have gone through many of these and have always loved them.

I bought them for my teenage daughter. She loves them and recieved many compliments. She did feel that she needs an insole for better support.
