The perfect shopping experience! I ordered the Converse shoe for my daughter's birthday gift and she was overjoyed with the color and the fit! I was surprised that they were offered in half sizes, I've never seen that in a department store. Even more amazing was that I was a bit late in getting the shoes ordered, but I ordered them on a Tues. afternoon and they were on my front porch Wed. How can anyone get better service than that? This isn't the 1st time I've shopped at Zappos.com and it certainly won't be the last! Each time it has been quality across the board! Thanks Zappos for helping us give our girl a Happy Birthday!

Love these shoes - I didn't think these would be comfortable by looking at them. So I went to the store first to try them on. They were better than I expected. And durable. I walk through gravel and dirt a lot. The store's price was about 12 bucks more than Zappos. This is my new favorite site. You can't beat shipping and I literally placed my order at about 2 AM and received my order NEXT DAY at around 11am. You really can't beat that!

cool red converse - The Converse sneakers were for my 16 year old daughter. She loves them! The fit was perfect, and the red was very red!!

This shoe is so classic. Such a good shoe. I usually wear a size 9/12, but because of the distinct shape of the Converse All Star, a 9 fit me perfectly. And it's one of those shoes that feels and looks better with the eventual wear and tear. I bought in both brown and hot pink, and they pretty much go with anything.

We love Converse - My daughter has these shoes in purple, blue, green, black and red. Her pink were so over worn, we just replaced them.

Great service from zappos - I've been wearing Converse sneakers for years and Zappos hands down is the best place to get them. I had purchased these sneakers from countless stores as well as a couple of other online stores...I recently decided to try Zappos and I wish I had gone with them a long time ago. The shipping is better than advertised...I placed my order on about 3:30 Thursday afternoon and had my sneakers on my feet at 4 pm Friday, several hours past the deadline for overnight shipping and they still got my shoes to me overnight. You can bet that I'll get my next pair of chucks from Zappos when this pair wears out.

Good shoe - Good shoe. Only minor flaw is that it gets pretty uncomfortable after awhile...but I guess if you want comfort you would probably be looking at New Balances. They look really awesome, though; I’m still getting compliments after a month of wearing them.

I bought these for my son... and he absolutely loves them. He could hardly take his eyes off of his feet the first time he wore them. His foot is growing at an alarming rate (12 years old and in a men's size 12!) and I appreciate being able to find a moderately priced shoe that pleases him with its looks and comfort. Kid shoes for an adult - The description for the shoes said to order a half size smaller than normal size, since Zappos did not offer half sizes I ordered my normal size. I probably could have ordered a full size smaller and been ok. Overall I am satisfied with the shoes. I like the looks and feel. Even though they are a bit large it is ok since I do not wear them for walking any great distance rather they are worn for casual times. They bring me back to a time when as a kid you got a new pair of Flyers, Keds, or Converses at the beginning of summer and they had to last until school started in the fall. Sometimes they were held together by tape. That’s why the title or maybe it should be adult shoes for the adult that is a kid at heart, never really growing up!

Converse saved me from shopping horrors! Converse is a well made shoe, and comes in many colors. It's great for someone who has narrow feet and also for someone who doesn't want an arch, like most other tennis shoes have. The high & low top choice gives it more versatility. Most importantly, they come in large 1/2 sizes. Putting all these things together, Converse is the best deal around for someone who wears an 11-1/2, very narrow shoe! Our family has worn them for years!

An all time classic that has been around for years! What a classic shoe. I've had four pairs, all awesome from day one! They have that old style movie star look to them; I hardly ever see a movie without some actor wearing them. They have come a long way since Chuck Taylor himself wore them on the basketball court. I wear mine as much as I can in the summer because winter around here is not the time to wear these; unless you want to have your feet feeling like someone froze two ice blocks on your feet! I hate it when people come up and say they look like clown shoes, for one thing clown shoes are purposely longer and made out of wood, not canvas and rubber! Long live the All-Star!

Half sizes/Full comfort - Zappos is the only store that stocked half sizes for Converse. Since this shoe tends to run a half size larger, I took that into account when I ordered. The result is a perfect fit! I plan to buy more like this since I'm required to wear black shoes for work.

The classic and funky sneaker - I don't think anybody buys these sneakers for any other reason, but their looks. The bright colors and their timeless classic look go with about anything you can wear giving the whole ensemble a classic funky look. But, as far as fit, they seem to run one size large. I normally wear men's size 13 and the size 12 fit perfectly. The only improvement I would suggest for the shoe would be to improve the arch support. The one in the shoe is so shallow it is almost nonexistent. As it is, I only wear them for looks, but with a good arch support I would wear them all the time.

Best shoes ever!!! I've been wearing Chucks since I was 13 years old. I'm even wearing them at my wedding. Obviously they’re not the most comfortable shoes you can wear, but that's because they have never changed. They're the most unique shoe out there. Everybody recognizes the Chucks. I ordered my shoes on a Thursday night and got them the next day.

Cool Shoes - Converse Hi tops are the ultimate in cool. My kids both wear them and love them for comfort and looks. They last and look good even when they start to wear out.

One of the best possible Chucks - solid black! True to Converse sizing. I buy these regularly for work and Zappos never fails.

Converse All Star, all 5 stars - This is the only shoe that my 18 year old has worn since he was 13, so we're very comfortable with it. For the money, you can't beat it. This shoe is 1/2 size larger than most, so you end up taking a 1/2 size smaller in it.

Fit - I bought these for my daughter who is 10. She is tall for her age. These run a little small through the toes.

Chucks - what's there to say?? I bought a pair two years ago and one hole wore through on the side. I was wearing them at least twice a week so it is expected. Got mucho compliments (even though I'm over 50). As noted, get a half size smaller than your normal size.

This is all I wear in the summer... I have several pairs (different colors) and mostly wear them w/a pair of shorts. The only thing is that the shoes come w/these EXTRA long laces, which I usually change. But, I was surprised at how quickly I got them from Zappos. Now I know if I want a different color, I'll look for it here...

My son, twenty-six, is a Converse wearer for life, at least so far. He was happy when he opened his new pair, laced them up and put them on immediately. There was a joke about the smell of new shoes, but that goes away.

I've been wearing this sneaker for over 40 years and have always been happy with it.

An Unbeatable Classic - Nothing beats the old Chuck Taylor All-Stars. As a person who can see right through phrases like "a new twist on an old classic," I appreciate things that are genuinely classic like the Chuck Taylor hi-top. Still unchanged, because it's perfect.
