Feels very heavy and looks Clunky, I didn’t care for the weight of it.

It felt creepy. my foot slip forward so my toes we against the front. Too long?

The soles are very hard and slippery. I planned to use them outdoors, but that were even slippery on hardwood floors indoors.

I am a line cook. I used to wear Crocs for work. Never had any issues with them, but figured the SUper Birkis would be a step up in support... while this may be true, these shoes caused me immense pain in my ankles and knees, and overall fatigue was much higher than my old Crocs. I gave these shoes 6-8 weeks to see if it was me who just needed to get used to them... I suffered 8 weeks too long before the pain became unmanageable for my 9-10 hour shifts. By the end of my work week, I was as emotionally stable as a new born baby because the tiredness and soreness and pain radiating through my body was distorting my rationale. Any cooks, dishies, chefs out there- do yourself a favor and stick with the ol' trusty shoes that never caused you any pain or problems. The sole of these shoes is incredibly HARD. Little to no cushioning. For 10 hour days, this became unbearable for me. My ankles have never hurt so bad... so many days spent limping around the morning after wearing these, and being stuck on the couch because walking was too painful after a shift in these. I've reordered my old Crocs style, and cant wait to be out of this misery!!! Pros: -cuter than crocs -cute colors -better tread, food doesnt get stuck as easily and is more easily washed out -great non-slip Cons: -no heel strap, takes active toes to keep on while walking (do NOT attempt to run in these) -big toe nail pain during break-in period from trying to get used to holding them on my foot while walking -personally, so, so painful. I'm only 25, and these make me feel like I've spent 75 years on the railroad

Disappointing experience with this clog. I'm a big fan of Birkenstocks and have multiple styles of their sandals, clogs and shoes. Thought these would be good for working in damp and wet but don't want to wear boots. Problem is they just aren't that comfortable. The material is durable but very unforgiving on the feet, it's a very hard plastic or rubber which offers very little give or cushioning. It's very unforgiving on the toes and forget it if you have the slightest bunion. The removable cork footbed is nice but doesn't make up for the general lack of comfort in this clog.

These shoes felt more like a boot than a shoe. They were stiff to walk in and are very roomy. The innersole had no support,( that's why I buy a Birkenstock shoe). They would be perfect for walking in the wet conditions in the winter, but not for walking around generally.

Birki's Super-Birki review - Love the shoe and the comfort but the shoe makes your foot sweat a lot, did not like that part.

Not that great - These shoes are only good if you walk around all day. I work in the operating room and stand for hours at a time. They provide little comfort.

Very uncomfortable. No real arch support. Description said it was fleece lined but there is no fleece lining in this shoe. Disappointed with this shoe.

i love Birkenstock shoes and have several pairs. I got this pair to replace my old and worn out Italian garden clogs. In the beginning they felt ok but to wide, I thought with a thick pair of socks it would work. Over time my top of my second and third toes got rubbed raw and the inside sole has a big bump on the wrong place it hits somehow nerve behind my big toe and my toe began to hurt badly. I can not wear this Birkyi anymore so it was a waste of money. I would not recommend this shoe .

I am a chef who finally gave in and ordered these clogs to relieve pain in my feet. I have high arches. I have worn these shoes daily, slowly increasing the duration every day. But they are so uncomfortable, I just can’t stand it. And since I’ve worn them, I can’t return them. I’ve always loved Ecco’s and will be buying another pair of those. I’m most definitely NOT a clog convert.

I dont like the fit. I wear Birkenstocks all the time, but these shoes didn't feel right.

Way too wide and, if your second toe is longer than your big toe, it will hit the front of the shoe…wrong shape for such feet.

Shoe was simply huge! Maybe I was sent a man´s size when I thought I was ordering a woman´s.

Zappos site called it a 10-10 1/2, but the box clearly stated 10. I'm a 10 1/2 and the show was WAY too small.

I have been a big fan of Birkenstock sandals. I purchased Super Birki for the first time for my work in kitchen. When I tried them, I was surprised how stiff the material is and they were very uncomfortable for my feet. The insoles were bugging me on my toes. They were true to size but I felt my toes were touching something all the time. I had to return them.

Runs too wide and long. Need narrows

I am sending these back for exchange or refund. Clearly they are defective. You will be able to see how the soles have completely disintegrated after 2 months. My last pair lasted 25 years! I only use them for light gardening. I loved my old pair so much I am willing to try an exchange to see if the problem is only this pair. If they are also defective, I would like a refund.

I purchased these after seeing the plentiful stellar reviews, and after having found comfort and good quality in Birkenstocks in the past. I honestly have no clue how 200 of you think these shoes are comfortable, because they have absolutely no cushioning or shock absorption. I feel as though I am walking around with two bricks as shoes; they are hard and unforgiving. After an 8 hour day at work as an RN, my heels are throbbing horribly and I can't walk comfortably (and I am 31 years old). They also don't have any ventilation so your feet get sweaty pretty qucikly. Sorry Birks, these shoes just don't work for me. I have a pair of Birkenstock clogs with the normal cork sole and suede upper that are very comfortable and supportive. Guess I'll have to stick with them.

I have had 6 pairs of Super-Birki. None have fit as poorly as the new pair I am returning. The insole was too short by 3/4 inch. The arch was too high. My feet slipped out the back. I checked all the numbers with my current Super-Birkis and they were identical. What has happened to Birki's?

Very stiff plastic feel to the shoe and very uncomfortable. Hard inner sole. Can't imagine how these could be good for your feet, particularly if you're standing all day as most chefs do.

I can't believe how many people like these - I wore these for my 12 hour shift at the hospital and it was awful. The floor is comfier than these shoes. My feet actually swelled up and the next day I could barely fit these into my well-worn casual clogs. So painful. My feet felt bruised. To put the truth out there, the insole is a piece of cardboard with a foot imprint on it. Not my idea of support. That is how the shoe is constructed: plastic shell + cardboard insert. Now you can decide if you want to buy these fully informed.

First I ordered a size larger than my usual, because of the reviews. So anyways they were returned for my usual size 38 and they are a perfect size 38. These Birki’s are very comfortable.. not only for my feet, but my back as well.
