Expectations High...Expectations Met! I am a pathologist in a 900-bed hospital. LOTS of walking and standing. Also suffer daily with plantar fasciitis (heel spurs). I had worn Birks years ago and knew of their great comfort, but questioned whether they would help my current foot pain. YES! Grade-A comfort. Also, as someone who was concerned about fit...I wear a size 9 mens shoe...ordered a 42 as recommended by Birkenstock and the fit is completely accurate. I suppose for someone who is not familiar with how Birkenstocks fit, them may seem a bit large, but if you 'down-size' you are completely missing the point of this well-designed, orthopedically sound footwear. Zappos service was excellent, also.

SUPER BIRKI lives up to its name - I am a culinary student who also works full time. This being my 1st pair of clogs, I could not be more pleased with them. A few of my classmates recommended Birkis to me, and I looked around and finally decided to go with what they told me, and boy am I glad. Great shoe!!!

Excellent choice for people on their feet all day in situations where the floors may be slippery/yucky or even if the floors are normal! The clog is very comfortable and gives great support, for foot and lower back. I like the fact that you can keep the outer part and replace the inner supportive sole as needed. Also they are a snap to wash off. Some other reviewers have said the clog has cracked after about a year...hope that doesn't happen to mine but I probably would just buy them again anyway! Very highly recommended!

Great shoes - I'm a professional chef and I'm on my feet for long periods of time. These shoes are awesome. I Love the comfort and support they give me Many of my coworkers are now wearing them. Only one problem. Most of the pairs I have owned have cracked after about a year of use. But I guess a good thing can't last forever; Wish it could. I still buy them and wear them out until they crack.

Chef shoes - As a chef in a busy restaurant, my son needs shoes that are comfortable, allow you to be on your feet for many hours, and ones that won't slide when walking in grease etc. He had bought some other shoes but likes the Birk's the best because of comfort and they make it safer for him.

Great kitchen clog - I work in a kitchen and this has been a great clog for the cooking environment. Comfortable for being on your feet for more than 8 hours and good traction on the slick floors of a kitchen.

comfortable work shoe - I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone who is on their feet for the majority of the day. I wear my super birkis to work daily and have really enjoyed them.

Great work shoes - I love my super Birkis! This is the fourth pair I have bought and they are great. I work as a hospital nurse and my feet never hurt. Some people might think the shoe is not so stylish but I think they are cute and different. The white ones tend to discolor easily so I have switched to navy and I am perfectly happy with them.

These were much larger than I expected. I usually wear a size 40 (sometimes 39), but my feet were simply swimming in them.

Love these shoes wish they came in nice colors. They are firm and squeaky but would buy again

I understand Birkenstock like a roomier fit, esp in the toe (Im a solid size 7 and these were the 7-7.5 size)- but I need these for dog walking in the wet grass and they would be way too floppy and loose. These are SO adorable Im hoping the size range down will work for me!

I bought these shoes for gardening and they'll do just fine for that. My go-to shoes are almost always Birkenstock for the comfort they offer for my 10.5WW feet. I bought a 42 in these and the fit is tight mostly on the top of the instep, since these are some sort of plastic, I doubt they will loosen up much. If I wear these without socks, they will be just fine for gardening.

I love the style of these shoes. I love the material and the insoles are amazing. I took off a star because they are so wide my feet swim in them. It makes my toes slide into the front of the shoe and the shoe actually flipped off my foot just taking a couple of steps. Birkenstock please make this style for women instead of unisex. Unless you have wide feet this will not work for you. Sadly had to return them.

I bought these to be my colder weather house shoes & they will work perfect for that. I have plantar fasciitis & size 10 wide feet, plus osteoarthritis in my feet & ankles. So pretty much my feet hurt if I’m not wearing shoes with good arch support & my ankles hurt if I’m not careful, hence Birkenstock house shoes. These fit like a glove plus with a little extra room for socks. Only issue is my shorter toes hit the interior high rim of the insole which can be annoying but the insole I hope will give to the shape of my toes eventually. These are more comfortable than my EVA foam Birkenstock sandals I wear for hotter weather house shoes. These have a better insole than the sandals & I feel less foot fatigue as well. Happy overall but need more colors in this line.

The fit of the shoes is very roomy. I wear them with heavy socks to keep from losing them as I walk around. I'm not sure a size smaller would work, though. Having said that, they are good looking shoes for being basically plastic. I live in Washington State where they are very practical in the rainy seasons. They came in a plain brown box with a note saying the original box was destroyed in transit. I'm going to assume they are not counterfeit. If you need a comfortable waterproof shoe, I can recommend these.

These shoes are for people with perfect feet, meaning big toe to little toe follow a slanting order. My second toe is longer that the big toe, so therefore these were not a good fit for me. I ordered a larger size and that did not work either.

The top of my arch is a tad too tall for these shoes. Tried one size up, still a problem. I don’t think this material will stretch, so returning.

I like the look and style haven’t had it long enough to review overall. The fit is fine and with all Birkenstock a little bit of breaking in is needed.

I work in a hospital so I got these bc they'd be easy to clean. I like them but im not wearing them at the hospital bc I won't be able to run to a patients room. I wish they had a strap on the back. Still super comfy for my flat feet

The shoes are comfy. I am able to wear them for a full 12 hr shift without any issues. I did order these in a size up from what I usually wear to accommodate socks.

I don't feel these run true to Birkenstock sizing. I wear a 40 in the sandals and due to having a wide foot I size up to a 41 in the boston. I ordered this in a 41 but the foot bed in them was too narrow and my 4th toe would rub on the raised edges. I then ordered a 42 which are much better width wise but a little too long. I did keep the 42s as I want them for taking the dog out in the wet grass etc without having to wear a heavy rubber boot. They will work well for my intended use and also for garden work since they can be easily hosed off.

These clogs are definitely NOT true to size. I normally wear a 43, but in these clogs I needed a 41.

Styling and quality fine for my purpose (gardening). However, I had to return them. Much too big and wide for me (and I own other Birkenstocks). For reference, Dansko Kane fits me perfectly.

These replaced a pair of Birkis that I have worn when gardening for about 15 years. While other garden shoes are cuter these have the perfect arch support for my plantar fasciitis! They are a real work horse for doing gardening!

Just a tad small. wouldn't have mattered but the shoe has a definite pattern with raised areas so if your foot isn't perfect to those patterns, feels weird.
