Wore these out of the box and these felt great. Felt great at work the 1st day wearing them throughout my shift but my next shift they started to hurt my arch’s and my knees. Came home that day feet and knees were hurting all night and the next day.

No support, but easy to remove stock insoles to replace. They are steel toed and are heavy in weight.

The size was just a bit too big but tightly laced helped hold my foot in place. Felt super comfortable standing in, the discomfort came after continued movement and walking. The leather around the ankle rubs and causes severe discomfort with activity. Gave me a limp after a couple days of work.

Problem with my feet is they are wide EEE and even that is narrow and could only order EE width. So to compensate I ordered up 1/2 size. As new boots they feel tight at the ball of my foot and extra length in the toe area not sure my toes are even under the steel toe area. Keep in mind these are new and stiff. I stretch all my boots in width with time. As for the boot in general, good heavy leather, thick soles, solid logging boots. So I am going to wear them in a warehouse/ truck repair shop and see how they are after broken in a little. If your feet are more normal than mine they should fit true to size and be a good long wearing boot.

hi there! 1.5 months of walking around the city, and the sole began to crack + began to spill from the toe. After moving to China, the quality was completely different.

In the video I watched on this item, 'Dylan' bragged about "strong hardware for the eye stays". Well he's right. In fact, the double-riveted hooks on the top are so strong, they dig into my leg if I don't wear high socks. That's a bummer because I don't like to wear high socks with my boots, but it's the price I have to pay to get a boot here on Zappos that's wide enough for me. I ordered a 'EE-Wide' and it feels good.

These were super gorgeous and that’s why I picked them but they are huge and aren’t comfortable at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re gonna be doing a lot of moving.

Not made for movement. Walked 8 miles and each mile got worse. If you have to move a lot when you work, don't pick these.

They took a while to break in. I returned them because they caused me pain on my right foot just above the ankle. Also the rivets on the right boot were crooked and one fell off.

I received blisters on my heels and on the sides of my big toes (still have the bruise mark on my right toe). Tight at the front and loose in the back. Only bright side was the slip resistance helped me get through the snow. Do not recommend.

I'm not sure what happened with the CAT boot. The sole is made from a different material than previous boots. I have purchased this exact model for about 8 years. This new model had a squeaky sole. There is some kind of protrusion at the heel that makes it difficult to put on as well. NOT the same boot as 2 years ago.

Bought these for landscape construction work. At first I liked them, but after awhile their heavy, bulkiness wore me out. They don't fit my feet right either, and my feet get sore after a couple hours of wearing them. No real arch support. I bought inserts to help, but after a year of avoiding these and wearing my hiking boots instead, I'm back here on zappos looking for a better pair of work boots.

The left boot was extremely uncomfortable and seemed heavier than right. The overall design wasn't simetric with the right boot and caused me too have a swollen bunyion . The left fit well but the right felt like brick.
