I know it is hard to believe but I have been wearing "The Duke" for over 30 years. I used to buy it a Florsheim stores - now it is so easy to buy it on the internet at the Florsheim site. I wear them at work and at leisure. I have the shoe in three colors and always have an extra pair of the black boots on hand new. They wear great, lasting long and are quite durable. Keep them coming as I will always need a new pair eventually. Many thanks for this excellent product.

Have purchased over 40 pairs of boots (Duke) - have never had a problem or complaint - never returned a pair for any reason.

I've worn this boot all my life. I'm 78 years old and an Attorney. Wear them for work, play, formal and informal occasions. Many positive comments over the years. Don't own any other footweaar except for athletic shoes.

Work and pleasure good fit stylish

The sizing is always true - never have to worry about mail ordering my shoes. Perfect fit right out of the box - never a break-in period.

I love these boots! My father has always told me about "Beatle Boots" from the 60's, and I've always wanted a pair. Now I have them, and everyone loves them. Please do not discontinue them, I'm buying more in the near future.

I bought the first pair in Sarasota in tan. I had so many compliment and they were so comfortable I bought another pair two months later in black. I could not find them again until 2 years ago at Pennys in Wellington. I bought a pair then and now I am going to order two more if I can't find them at Pennys tomorrow. Please never stop making these boots, they are everything anyone could want. Bless who ever makes them and whoever designed them, for me you don't ever need to make anymore shoes but these.

To my original Florsheim boots are size D. The new D boots were 1/2 inch small in width compared to my old Florsheim boots. I returned new boots and ordered size E they fit perfect

Just a great pair of boots -- from the quality of build and leather to style! Following others' reviews, I ordered half a size larger and they fit very well.

Your not gonna believe this, I bought my first boots last 1987 in Oxnard, Ca. shopping mall and I still using it, until my wife told me to buy a new one, which I order and recieved this month. My old one, I just put in the box and keep it.

My father has worn Florsheim's ever since I can remember. The online shopping experience, pricing, and discounts keep me returning to florsheim.com. The construction and craftsmanship is remarkable. Keep up the good work and thank you for maintaining my father's style.

I use them(purchased 2pair BLK/BRN) for dress/formal but these boots have such GREAT heel and Achilles support that it is actually healing my feet from years of wearing a sneaker type boot(painful Achilles from prolonged lack of support) and I will wear them everyday till my pain is completely gone.They do take a couple of days to "break in" but once the leather is softened ....WOOOHOOOO

CLASSY AND LIGHT, GOOD LEATHER, HOLDS A GREAT SHINE. THIN SOLE STAY OUT OF THE PAIN AND PUDDLES. GOOD FOR WEARING WITH SUITS OR JEANS OR SLACK PANTS. I HAVE BEEN WEARING THE BOOTS ON AND OFF SINCE THE 1970'S SQUARE TOES. I BOUGHT MY 23 YEAR OLD SON BLACK AND BROWN PAIR. TWO OF HIS FRIENDS ALSO WEAR THE BOOTS NOW. OLD GEEZERS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE COOL, BUT IT'S FUNNY THREE OF THE YOUNG MEN HAVE COPIED ME. (I'M 71 YEARS OLD.). JH.

Been wearing this boot style many years. They shine up like new with standard wax polish, but I clean and rub them occasionally with mink oil to keep leather supple and resistant to water, winter salt, etc. Have a pair that still looks great after 12 Chicago winters.

Daily wear to work or dress, dancing, dates, casual works well anywhere...

my father has worn these boots for as long as i can remember and i have taken it as my duty, my honor to keep him supplied with these boots. when i say these boots, i mean this style.[...]. i have grown to love the style, but more importantly i have grown to adore and respect the brand. kudos to florsheim.

I ordered the Duke Boots at different times, and obviously ordered one after the other but with a different color. I thoroughly like the boots although they could have a little more cushion inside. I purchased a Dr. Sholls insert for both boots and like the feel. The triple "E" width is perfect.

WIll buy again for sure

The Duke is the first pare of Florsheim boots I have ever owned and I must say I made a wise choicce. I have never had a boot that is perfect to me in every way to include style, comfort and quality. I wear them daily with slacks or jeans and for any occasion.
