Do not like them. Sole too thin. No support. Seems as if top is too heavy yet bottom has no support and it’s too thin.

These had clearly been worn. Torn at the top. Worn out insoles. Really disappointed. Returning.

What a disappointment!! I tried the coquettes, as well as these and I returned both. I bought these one year ago (they were stolen) and the quality of the slipper, just a year later, has gone downhill enormously! Thin material, thin sole and not nearly as comfortable. It runs small in size, as well. Not worth the money, buying for the name 'Ugg' only. Coquettes were made cheaply too. Come on Ugg, get back to your well-made slippers or you've lost a long time customer for good

Top coating over stitching started to come off on my first night wearing them!! Had to pick the rest off (and ruin my nails) just to make it look normal.

I owned the WOMEN'S COQUETTE with a thick sole. They were very warm (almost too warm at times and very comfortable). After about 6 years it was time to replace. My daughter bought the SCUFFETTE II for me this past Christmas 2016. The sole was much thinner than the Coquette to a point where I can feel the floor under my feet. Wearing them in the house most everyday, they are now worn out as much as the Coquette after 6 years. I am very disappointed. A slipper at this price point should last more than just a few months. Honestly, I am surprised to see no other negative reviews.

UGG, like so many other manufacturers, has completely cheapened their product. I have purchased these Scuffs for years, whenever a pair became too worn after many months. These here are only a couple of months old, and are already completely worn out. The footbed is completely worn and bits of the lining come off in clumps. What a shame.

I ordered the wrong product. Scuffette looks like Coquette. Scuffette has no arch support.

Your website promised "order in the next 1:04" and free overnight air shipping guaranteed by December 24. I ordered and got a confirmation it will ship in 7-10 days. I called, nobody to talk to. Waited an hour to chat with someone online. They said they "upgraded" it to "free overnight air shipping guaranteed by December 24." Never showed up until well into the new year. I am returning these and not purchasing from UGG again.

I had a pair of these slippers from a couple of years ago and these don't even compare. The sole has been reduced to practically nothing and it feels like you are walking directly on the floor. Not comfortable at all. And I'm a size 8, but when I kept walking my foot kept sliding out the back. Overall, not what I expect from Ugg.

My slippers cracked down the center leather strap after only 3 wears. Very strange that this has happened. I have always worn Ugg slippers and this is my 7th or 8th pair. This is the first time that this has happened. Now I have to send them back and wait for them to evaluate them. What a hassle. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for another pair of slippers. Hopefully they are not defective too! They were the Scuffette II in sand. Maybe stay away from this color.

I purchased these based on good reviews. I already have Tasman (Ugg) slippers which are the most comfy slippers ever. Unfortunately the Scuffette II does not live up to my expectations. The sole is too thin and my feet hurt after wearing on hard floors. They always want to pop off when I walk. If you want a comfy slipper don't buy this style.
I'd also recommend:

Terrible support; heel is lower than toe section causing a feeling of tipping back when standing. I had a pair of house slippers from Target for $14 that were better than these at this price!

Uggs customer service is a true nightmare. Exchanging this gift for the correct size took weeks and hours on hold. Very frustrating.

Comfortable, but the fur wore off the inside within a few weeks of wearing them. Expected much more from Uggs. Buy the sheepskin instead - they're comfy and long-wearing.

Surprisingly uncomfortable. Heel has no support/padding and feels like your foot is striking the floor hard.

This is my 4th pair of Ugg Scuff slippers. I've had them for 3 months and the shearling at the heel and outer part of the foot is totally worn away. I have a 6 year old pair I've kept that has less wear than these I wore for 3 months. I ordered the pair with the grey dyed shearling. I have no idea if that changes the durability of the wool or not. All my other pairs had the natural shearling.

These slippers look beautiful. But they feel cheaply made, with no cushy support like other UGGS. The sizing was right, I'm usually a nine and ordered the ten and could wear these with a thick sock. But they are still going back because the quality is just not worth the price tag.

These slippers are dangerously slippery and very very flat. It's a weird sensation to walk in them because the sole is so thin and so flat, making it almost painful. They look adorable but they are terrible. Must return them asap.

So clunky and fluffy - I was hoping the fluff would calm down so I could enjoy them like the pair I really wanted which was the bomber leather type of scuff (without all the fluff) they sell for men but that didn't happen. Who wants to see what all that fluff looks like after some wear? Gross. Returned them. Have been looking/waiting for years for Ugg to either make a bomber leather scuff for women or just make the one they have in smaller sizes!

I am disappointed. I bought these Ugg slippers, because my last pair lasted two years. I loved them! I have had this pair for three months, and the sheepskin lining is wearing away. For the price, this is absolutely unacceptable. I was such an Ugg fan before this pair of slippers.
