I'm a lifetime UGGY but these definitely didn't feel like my usual UGGs. Within a week it felt as if I were walking on the bare floor. No cushion, not fluffy and absolutely no support.

I ordered the chestnut size 6 scuffette slippers and you sent me children's size 2 Tasman slip-ons in the color black so don't know how that can be confused and when you're doing a review why don't you ask the right questions for the review there's no problem with your product there's problems with the people picking the orders

This product would have been used as slippers, but when I saw how faded the color appeared, I was dissatisfied. The color just didn't seem rich. I am shocked at UGGS for presenting something like this on the market to consumers.

I really loved the light, creamy beige color of the goat as pictured in the photo . But after buying two pairs, they both arrived in what I would call a light gray color, nothing like the photo.

Within an hour if wearing them, they made my heel hurt because the back is like a cheap flip flop with zero cushion or fluff. Not worth the price tag.

My daughter purchased these for me as a Christmas gift and I loved them immensely then this summer I noticed the rubber soles were curled in on one foot then a few weeks later.. they both were I wanted to have them replaced but didn't know what the process would entail this is my 3rd pair of Ugg slippers and this never happened before.. so sad!

The GOAT color looks nothing like the product images. It is a dark grey color, which is not at all similar to the photographs.

Took forever to receive probably won't last long cost Way too much!

I recently got gifted these slippers and wanted to love them but they're just not comfortable. I only wore them around my house and It feels like I'm walking on rocks. They only feel mildly comfortable on carpet. For the price I expected a higher quality house slipper.

I bought this pair of UGGS to replace an old pair that I've had for at least three years. I love the ones that I have worn out and wanted to buy another pair. These, however, are soooo inferior The materials seem cheap. I purchased the same size I always buy, but these fell short, They don't feel like UGGs at all. Not worth the moneyI returned them right away.

Only had them for 2 weeks and the heal was already wearing. They only offered a 10% discount

I purchased these one month ago and they were the perfect slipper. Fast forward one month, the fur is completely rubbed off inside. Not worth the money for one month of wear.

These are terrible. The front of the sole ripped open after only 2 weeks. Now I keep tripping when I walk. Not worth the money

The fuzz on the heel of the slippers is already wearing off. I've only had these under 4 months. The base of the sipper is also relatively flat and not comfortable to walk around in.

I'm very disappointed to say the least not only this pair of slippers, but more importantly Ugg as a brand. I have a pair of Uggs that I bought in freshmen year of high school (mind you I'm now 31) that have held up better after all those years of wear and tear ACTUALLY WEARING OUTDOORS, then this pair of slippers has in less then 6 months. I have three total pairs of Ugg boots that I bought in high school (graduated 2010) that are in better condition then this slipper that is less then 6 months old. Not sure if it's a defect, or just terrible quality, but the fur on the footpad of the slipper is almost entirely gone on the right foot, leaving only the arch covered in fur (my arch doesn't even touch the ground). Because of this, the slippers are unwearable because below the fur is a very uncomfortable and not padded bottom. I'm extremely disappointed as the last pair of slippers that I had from Ugg were CHILD Tasmans that I wore for nearly three years before they needed replaced and to be honest I have been switching back to those old ones over these as they have more padding after all that time then these do when they are brand new. Absolutely a waste of money. I will not be purchasing Ugg anymore.

These didn't last me even a year. Don't waste your money. Even with the care kit. The inside is completely gone the fur on top is not attached anymore and just not worth the money quite honestly

I regret the purchase as the soles have little to no padding. Not comfortable! I've had other Ugg products and always happy before but these are not slippers I would ever buy again!

Bottom sole has already disconnected from the toe part on one shoe!

Would not recommend the Scuffette. There is absolutely no foot support. Amazingly, i purchased 3 pairs of Uggs, different styles, in the last 3-weeks because my tru-blue Cozy's are so worn out after only 2-years (previous Cozy's lasted 4-years). And, amazingly, the 3-different styles that I purchased, all in the same size, varied wildly in shoe length and fit like they were all different sizes. I have been a staunch Ugg cheerleader for about 15-years but find the quality ever declining. Pricing remains the same over the years but quality is decreased.

The bottom of the slipper is so thin you feel like you are walking on concrete.
