... what tha ..... These may not be the most comfortable shoe but they are surely the ugliest. Wear these to work or school and be rightfully stricken about the head and neck.

UGG!!!!! I love y'all but y'all doing us wrong. I know I'm not the only that has notice the outside soles are thinner now but the prices have increased. My sister says the same she's just too lazy to leave a review. Wassup with that? For customers they were sold out women 9 so I ordered a men 7 and they fit right

I would have rated this 5 stars but considering I was replacing an exact pair about seven years old I couldn't. These are still wonderful but not as robust as my last pair - I doubt they will last 7 years. I would rather they had kept the quality and raised the price.

My current pair of UGG boots have lasted and lasted. Here is my complaint: My current pair are made in Australia. They are size 11M. When I decided to order a new pair I ordered size 11. When my new pair arrived I tried them on and they were way to short. I checked the size and they are size 11. Physically they are 3/4" to 1" shorter than the original pair. The quality "seems" good, only time will tell. This is the second time I have purchased something that the original was made in one place and the second was made in China and was a different size. I might have thought twice if I had known they were made in China.

it has cardboard shavings on it upon opening. box felt cheap and there was some undone threading coming loose in the base of the shoe.

Not sure if they've changed but I ordered chestnut and my color is way lighter than chestnut .

These things will fall apart if you wear them regularly for about a week. Anything and everything can stain them so use them in quarantine safe zones.

I have an old pair with the original UGG AUSTRALIA logo that I like better than the pair I recently purchased. The new one I bought had thinner wool lining and an area without any wool! I thought it was just a one off defect so I exchanged it for a replacement and unfortunately the replacement also had thin fur and an uncomfortable patch on the inside of the boot where the label was sewn... So disappointed. If you buy Ugg boots make sure you try them on in store so you know what you're getting.

Purchased for daughter did the water proofing thing. My daughter wore twice in less than athletic circumstances and front of boot coming unraveled

I have a pair of Uggs I've been wearing for 12 years this January 2023. They have a hole in the toe and the ankle is torn from pulling on and off. But I continue to wear them because,. 1- Uggs these days are oversheared. Yes, oversheared. Very rarely do you get a pair that has a nice thick coat on the inside. It's thin and honestly not warm. 2- Uggs in Chestnut used to be a nice deep color. Now they're just beige and ugly. I would never have thought that Ugg would allow their products to become so second rate and only a glimpse and shadow of what they once were. That would be like an iPhone somehow having a junky screen or misaligned buttons. That would be unthinkable. I would bank of Uggs being high quality always and forever but those days are gone.

I believe they changed the makeup of the boot, because years ago my first pair I purchase felt like it had more fur insulation. The ones I recently purchased feel used and like cheap.
