In the past these have been great! I actually have 3 pairs. I ordered black classic short and they were hard to get on- harder then usual and just weren't like my others. I went to put them on for my first time wear and it ripped at the seems down the back! I'm very unhappy especially for paying that much! I have been in contact and I am in the process of sending them back I just hope I get a good pair that is easier to get on and off and that do not ripp!!!!

i love uggs and i just got my 5th pair for christmas but i was sooooo extremly dissapointed with these ones. i got the short black uggs and the fur inside of it was very skimpy compared to all my other uggs this pair has like no fur inside of them. to pay [$] dollars on a pair of shoes i expect every pair to be perfect. and these ones were not!

Ususally i LOVE the uggs! I have now 4 pairs. I purchased the gray tall ones and black short classics. Ive only had them for about 2 weeks and the shoe is ALREADY worn out! the actual shoe is ripping off of the part that hits the ground! And the the grey talll boots aswell! What's going on here!?!? Im very disapointed in these shoes, i expected so much more.

RETURNING DAMAGED PRODUCT

I received my uggs on time, and everything was fine. I wore them the same day and the after the first time i wore them they had ripped. I was very upset at this and this has happened to my last 3 pairs of uggs. The quality could be better, considering the amount of money I am paying for these.

Why are boots by Ugg AUSTRAILIA made in [*]? this is PATHETIC. I expected more from the Ugg company. Shame, shame.

I sent back this pair of uggs because I feel I was sent mens uggs.

Why no ultimate style boot for men? The classic wears out in the toe. Too bad you got cheap for men boots and it's only available for kids.

I have a pair of classic short uggs and a pair of classic tall uggs that I purchased about 2 or so years ago. Then they were very well made. Now Ugg boots are very low quality. The fur is much thinner and there arent really any special unique details about them like a fabric tag. I used to think the price was right, but now i woulddnt pay half as much for them. Terrible quality boots now.

Already in second week of usage, the stiching got loose and I had to bring it to an shoe maker. After 4 week same procedure at another place.

I wanted the boots very much as my daughter and grandaughters have them. I am not a real large women but a little overweight and found the top of the boot too tight that in the winter, it would not let my jeans go down in or over the top, unless they were tights or silky leggings. I am 68 and would not wear either. Was really looking forward to having the boots and was dissappointed to have to return them because of the mentioned reason.

Shoemakers comment is that they receive frequently punctured UGG boots. Not possible to repair well. Waist of money to buy procucts like this.

Classic boot is actually really warm and comfortable but this pair's stitches were broken and therefore there was a hole in the boot.

The sole is not sturdy for snow/ice. It does not compare to the original Uggs.

Ordered this pair in same size as another style UGG boots already owned. This pair was too tight and small. We recently returned them and are awaiting a credit refund. Thanks.

I had a pair before and they were lovely, [...]then the two pairs of boots were odd yet boththe same size. One was too small and tightly stitched. The othr pair one part of the material in front was hard and the other boot was soft with hardly no sheep hair inside. Complete waste of money and i am so disappointed, i wouldnt order from here again.

and after that they are giving me the run around to exchange them.I'm very upset.

[...] Yes they're cute and comfy but I live in Finland and it's winter and there's a LOT of snow and I can't wear the shoes because they're very slippery. Guess I have to wait for spring to come..

These boots are not only warm, but comfortable and hold their shape. Looks great with jeans

This is my second pair of UGG boots. My first pair lasted for almost 20 years. This new pair, the wool on the inside of the boot started coming out in clumps after one month of wear. The wool next to bare skin is what makes the boot so comfortable. Very disappointing.

Hey! I bought a pair of Classic tall uggs in chestnut last year and they were amazing so I decided to buy another pair this week. I bought a shorter version in grey. I am so shocked at the difference between both pairs. My new pair looks fake! There is not the same width on the leg and I cannot even fit my jeans into my boots! The padding in this new pair isn't the same either-its more like fake padding compared with my other pair. I do not understand why? Can anyone help me please? Thank you!

I ordered these in grey from this website and I was SO disappointed when I got them. I have very narrow feet to begin with and these even felt tight. They felt fake, honestly. They were thin and very very lightweight. I felt like I could get the same ones in a store for like $20. I'll probably never order UGGs again. I went out and got another brand for the same price and they were a LOT better made.

I really don't like my short UGG boots at all. Not comfortable, not warm and very stiff. Would not waste my money on the boots again.

I bought these boots last year before Christmas. I had owned them for two weeks and the seam on the front of the boot ripped. I returned them and received a new pair. This fall as I was putting on my left boot, the back of the boot ripped, causing a hole in the boot. I am very upset with the quality of this boot. I paid a lot of money and to have the boot fall apart less than a year later makes me very upset. I wanted to buy another pair because they are so comfortable but I will probably go with another brand so I will not have this problem again.
