This entire process was disturbing and frustrating. The shoes do not come close to US SIZES in width or size. RETURN IS TEDIOUS! Quality is not equal to price. Could not resolve by phone.

I AM A MAN AND I JUST BOUGHT THE ONES FOR FEMALES BECAUSE THESE ARE THE SAME AS THE ONES FOR WOMEN, PLUS THE ONES FOR GIRLS ARE LESS EXPENSIVE. I DONT THINK ANYONE CAN NOTICE THOUGH HAHA

The boots look good with jeans but when falling apart at the seams (literally) and then the suede thinning so badly above the toes that it wears through within a few months of owning and having no recourse with the store seems the price is way above the quality and life of the boot.

this site is a scam

UGG's use to be very durable, now the thread is cheap and their cutting back on the material used; creating the ratio around the leg to be tight.

Who said these run big????? I have a wide width foot, bought a size larger and could not get my foot in!!

I bought the baby pink because I love pink, however... My mom advised me against the light color and I went ahead for cuteness, only to find that even crossing my legs at a restaurant caused a sharp line on the front of the boot from the heal of the other boot. Every time I wear them I feel like I have to walk eggshells not to ruin them :-( very impractical. They always comes home with some sort of mark.

Very disappointed. shoes came dirty and damaged.I filled out form for exchange but instead of send me new pair they just refund my money

VERRRRRRRY disappointed that UGG recommended to BUY A SIZE SMALLER, they fit my sister who is a size 6, I am a size 8, and you all told me to order a size 7.....disappointed, I really wanted a pair of UGG's.

i have purchased many pairs of uggs from journeys, this yr I didn't get a new pair of black ones in time, so I ordered them directly from your website. They are NEVER warn out in the wet or snow but are still water protected by your ugg cleaner etc. they are so flimsy and constantly look dusty and dirty. I am so UNHAPPY with my purchase. I refuse to wear them. I have to wear my sand color and leopard color ones all the time. It's pretty upsetting when I not only paid for these uggs but then to have them shipped to me as well. I might as well have purchased boots from a retail store for $25 then wasting all that money. I was warned by friends that the uggs you guys ship are never as nice as the ones in the store, which makes absolutely no sense. And I'd like to know why this has happened

I have been purchasing uggs for several years, each year the quality of the sheepsking goes down. The boot shafts get smaller and the Irondack used to be really warm, now it doesnt have enough fur density like before. Same with the classic, just a year and a half ago the boot was more roomy in the shaft and the density of the fur was nice, now you can feel your finger very easily if you reach inside and feel the outside. Getting thinner and less boot each year, very disappointed in UGG. Keep your quality UP, along with the price increases! I returned them...

I have been purchasing Uggs for about 15 years and have watched and felt the quality of their boots steadily decline. I purchased a pair again this year and unfortunately, they will be my last. The sizing is smaller than in previous years and the footbed is over the limit cheap. It feels like your walking on hard cardboard. There is no cushioning or arch support as in my older Uggs, and after 10 miniutes of wearing them, my feet are tired. It's such a shame that the company has gone in this direction - charging more for a lesser quality product.

There is so much hype about this product. My daughter is a University Student and wanted one so much. I got them for her its not been three months and the boots opened at the toe not worn in water or anything. She is so disappointed. Took it back to the retailer it was purchased from they said they would clean and repair. She just picked them up and she was very disappointed they did a bad glue job and stitching on top of that she had to pay [$] not very happy at this point when you have paid so much for an item and it does not work out.

This is the most ugly pair of uggs i have ever seen. my eyes burned and fell out of my head when they met this disgrace

I wore this boot just to go to work - slipped on before I went out the door and changed to shoes when I arrived at work as the boot was too warm to wear in my office. When I received the boots I was startled with how thin the leather was-especially on the toe. Sad to say with very little wear I developed a hole in one of the toes on one boot and the other boot the stitching let loose on the side near the ankle bone. This was an expensive boot, short black. I am back to the boots I bought elsewhere about 10 years ago for less than one third the price. They aren't as warm, but sure beats a boot with a hole in one toe and split side seam on the other. I looked at your other boots and wanted to buy again but can't make myself spend the money, when the boots I have should have lasted longer. Will Uggs go good on a replacement?

Black Uggs are ridiculous. The first pair I bought, I ordered from some random website, so when the "[*]" Uggs AUSTRALIA boots stained every inch that the fleece touched I thought it was because they were a bad knockoff. BUT my new pair from Neiman Marcus just did the same thing AFTER ONLY 30 MINUTES OF WEARING THEM. They're going straight back.

I would wear the boots every day and everywhere I go. However, on Christmas, I bought the grey classic short, and I received them in the mail, but they came defected and every time I send them back and receive a new pair, they always come defected. It's the 4th time I need to send them back. I'm very disappointed and now if I am going to buy the boots in a different color, I am going to go to one of the outlets.

Received the email about new red, white and blue boots but when I just received my new sugar white boots they are an ugly light yellow color. Most likely going to return them. I was so excited about getting a new color but very disappointed in the color.

Received boots with wrong packing slip in box and boots where 2 different feels and stiffness.

This was my first purchase of ugg boots. I have not gotten to wear them due to defective product. They back seam split when I put on to wear. I even used half a bottle of Ugg protector prior to use and feel I should receive a complimentary replacement. Item shipped back on 1/13/12. I am very disappointed. My daughter has had 3 Ugg boots over the past 6 years and never had this issue.

I got these Uggs for Christmas, and i couldn't wait to start using them! When I put them on for the first time, the back of the shoe ripped! I'm sure that Uggs usually are amazing shoes, but mine weren't. As I said, I am very disappointed :'(

I had my Uggs for about 3 weeks, when the stitching on the side began to come undone. People say Uggs are supposed to last a while? With light wear, mine didn't even make it a month.

I have worn UGG products for many years now and this is the first pair that I have been unhappy with. The problem is the new sole. They are too hard and very uncomfortable. I wrote them and they did respond very quickly to tell me that they have redesigned the sole in the past few years. I had to return these because they are so much different than my previous pairs. Ironically, the slippers are totally fine, it was only the boots that changed. My main problem that caused me to write this review is the photo they had in the email. It was a photo of the older style with the comfortable sole, before they made the change. I am sure it was just an old photo or something. I like UGG and I think they are a reputable company, but the redesign of this product sent me packing!
