I am very upset that for the 3rd time now that my UGGs have a hole in them, near the bottom, basically separating it from the sole. I got this pair through a warranty exchange, which I thought was great at the time, but now not so much as these have a hole in them (again) and when I emailed UGG about it they were unhelpful, sent me someone else's receipt, first said I could exchange, then backtracked, and now are telling me that my UGGs based off the tag are 5 years old when I have had them for 2 years max. I love UGGs and always have had UGGs, I wear them every day during the winter in New England, and now I am thinking twice about purchasing a pair given the price and the fact that they will likely get a hole based off my prior experience. I am still trying to get a warranty exchange as I believe this is a defect, but no one is helping me as of yet.

I have worn UGGS for about 5 winters straight and have always loved them. The past two years I have ordered them and have been completely disappointed.The quality of the boots has declined tremendously! The pairs that I bought last year and this year are awful compared to previous years. The top part of the boot used to be thick and fluffy- now it is flimsy and the fur seems to come apart easily. They are cheaply made and are not worth the money. They are clearly not made for the snow- I live in Western NY the amount of snow and salt on the streets and sidewalks make keeping a pair of uggs clean virtually impossible. I just returned a pair because I think it is ridiculous to charge that much money for a pair of boots that is clearly not worth the price. Although I used to love my uggs I will sadly never buy another pair again due to the poor quality. I also did an online search to see if any other people have noticed the decline in quality, and sure enough, there are many people out there complaining about the same thing.

My daughter had these boots for less than 4 weeks and they have ripped already! I don't mind paying the price if they were going to last the entire season.

It just felt cheap, I'm sorry. I love Uggs, had been saving for a new pair, I have the ones from 2007, 2009, these were not the quality I remembered nor expected. I follow fashion and I'm pretty sure they've paired up with a new manufacturer which is why the quality, example loose thread, very stiff lamb skin, it could have been an old navy boot :( big time disappointed.

I have UGG Classic Short boots. They were great for about two years, but recently my right boot started to squeak as I walk, so I can no longer wear them in public. I called UGG customer service for help, but I was told to take it to the local shoe repair. It doesn't worth the money to buy UGG boots!

My right boot ripped on the back of the stitching after few days. Very bad caulity. Its not worth the price.

i got the boots in 2 days and they ripped in the back while putting them on and then isent them back and it took # weeks to get them back. it took to long to get them back!!!!

Once I recieved my black classic ugg boots and tried them on the back Seam ripped.

i am BEYOND dissapointed with my purchase. i received these grey, after waiting for 3 weeks, and each shoe had a stain on them and defective threading. After arguing on the phone with customer service i was told a replacement pair would be sent back over next day air delivery. It has been over 3 days and i have not recieved them. The cold winter is going by and i have no boots, do not think i will buy again, after previously owning so many pairs.

I absolutely love uggs I own 5 pairs this would have been my 6th pair but I don't think I would purchase another pair again. I recently bought grey short ones size 6 my second ugg in women's my other ones are 4 in kids they do not feel as comfortable as the ones i own, they fit perfect on my foot but the material on around the ankle up is thinner there not made the same anymore :( I don't know if the company is being cheap with the material which they should not be because they raise the price on them so they should be better but there is a big difference it does not make sense that I have more space on my kids but not on the women's that I just recently purchase I returned them 3 times called the company all of them feel the same. I am sorry to leave a bad review but that is my honest opinion I love uggs but I am not going to purchase another one if I barely have space to wear with jeans or sweats :/

I have to return mine . I've had three pairs no problem but this pair is cut so narrow that I couldn't get my foot in.

I have another pair of UGGs that I absolutely love, so when I got this pair and they ripped when I put them on I was pretty disappointed. They don't feel at all as soft as my other pair, that actually left me questioning if they were actually real. I will never buy these boots online again! When you spend over $150 on boots the least the customer expects is quality.

Last year I was in New York (I live in the Netherlands) to spent christmas, and treated myself on a pair of Uggs Classic Short Black in, they were on my wishlist for a long time..... I also bougt the W Ansley and the Classic tall bk. It was Mercer street.Back home I wore them about 3 times and the leather was torn at the top of my shoe. My big tow. I never had that problem with any of shoes. I asked my friend (who bought them in the Netherlands) if she had the same problem... no she hadn't. Buy the suede on her boots was much thicker. I also have Baily button boots and no problems there. So if you go and buy them check the suede.

This was to be the only Christmas present my oldest daughter was to receive and you shipped me two Right boots!!! Even the cheapest retail store will check to make sure you have a right and left in the box you are purchasing!

Not happy with order or product because I recieved the wrong size and now the product I order is no longer in stock! Unhappy.

I ordered the dream pair for my daughter who lives in Germany for Christmas. The first experience I had I ordered and received a pair that were too small a year ago and after being billed and received them I found they were a cheap imitation. This time I went right to Ugg Australia trying to surprise her and when they arrived and she opened them she was so very excited to see them and then noticed they were torn in a couple of places near the heal. Overall I have not had a good experience with Ugg and now believe that they are over rated. I will never pay that much for a pair of boots again.

The product looks fake. I think the pair I've got was not an genuine, athentic UGG product.

This entire process was disturbing and frustrating. The shoes do not come close to US SIZES in width or size. RETURN IS TEDIOUS! Quality is not equal to price. Could not resolve by phone.

I AM A MAN AND I JUST BOUGHT THE ONES FOR FEMALES BECAUSE THESE ARE THE SAME AS THE ONES FOR WOMEN, PLUS THE ONES FOR GIRLS ARE LESS EXPENSIVE. I DONT THINK ANYONE CAN NOTICE THOUGH HAHA

The boots look good with jeans but when falling apart at the seams (literally) and then the suede thinning so badly above the toes that it wears through within a few months of owning and having no recourse with the store seems the price is way above the quality and life of the boot.

UGG's use to be very durable, now the thread is cheap and their cutting back on the material used; creating the ratio around the leg to be tight.
