When I received my first pair and tried them on, they were a little to tight, so I called customer service. They were very eager to make it right. They gave me a return label immediately and shipped out a size larger at the same time. Can't say enough good things about Zappos!

Finally gave in and bought me some Uggs. Ordered them Sunday night and got them Tuesday! Was told to get one size smaller, as they will stretch. Felt kinda tight with socks on, so I'm not wearing socks and my feet feel like heaven. Love them! Very impressed with my first Zappos.Com order. Thank you thank you thank you!

These are awesome boots--very warm and very comfortable. I have a size 12 1/2 foot and ordered the size 12 which was too small and ended up getting a size 13 which fit great. I would buy these again.

This is my husband's second pair of Uggs. They wear very well, and we think are superior to cheaper brands!

These Uggs are amazing. They keep your feet super warm. They are extremely soft and plush. I got them in gray because gray is my favorite color, red too. I give this an A+.

Nice and comfortable. Very warm. Does run big; I usually wear a size 13. Had to get a size 12.

Very satisfied. Tends to run small. I wear an 8 usually but needed a 7 and have plenty of room. Should spray with suede protector before wearing.

My husband loves them! They are very comfortable, warm, and he wears them all the time! He wears a size 10 so we ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly.

I never thought I would be an Uggs wearer (I rate the style as a 5 because of the comfort!). I tried a pair on and, Wow, did not want to take them off. They maintain an even temperature; I read that they were to be worn barefooted (not my style) however, I tried it...it's now my style with Uggs. I have a hard foot to fit and these work. I would caution that you may think your foot will not go into the boot at first. Stick your toes as far in as possible and let them just sit for awhile. Then tug a bit on the top/back of the boot and soon the foot 'pops' in. From then on it's easy! I love them as does my husband!

This is my 2nd pair of classic Uggs and the 1st pair fit large so I ordered the same size. (I normally where 11 but the 10 Uggs where correct) the new Uggs are definitely smaller than the old and therefore more true to size. Harder to get on initially but I'm keeping them as I figure they will stretch out and where in.

I wear size 13 shoes so ordered size 12. Put a pad in and then had a more comfortable fit. Could not wear for long walking since as I walk, my heel comes up slightly. Talked to someone else and he has the same problem. Will just wear indoors.

I bought these after my 12 year old pair of Uggs finally died. I don't like the look of these as much as my old ones. I don't think these will last as long since they don't have the overlay bead between the sole and the hide around the boot. They look goofy and not as stylish without this overlay. But they are very comfortable.

I ordered the men's shoes also going by another review that said it was a good fit for a size 12 women's foot. It was a mistake perhaps because i have a wide foot. I thought mens shoes were bigger than womens but I was wrong I could not even get my foot in the mens size 11 shoe. I was so dissapointed wanted ugg for years but because it only goes up to 11 in womens i never got it. I am sending this back in sadness. It is hard to find shoes for wider large feet! I wish there was a bigger industry for us people who wear larger and wider shoes.

Finally after going back and forth with Uggs, a boot that fits and is comfortable. Hints: if you are a woman with a wide foot, do not size up on Uggs, buy the men’s. However, since Uggs are cut small, stay with your woman’s shoe size. In other words, in a regular woman’s shoe I would wear a woman’s 8 C. I purchased a men’s 8, which is supposed to be a woman’s 10, but Uggs are cut short and narrow. Perfect.

I love them. Sorry, not sorry. I'm not going to not-wear them just because the ladies have hijacked the look. They're really warm, super comf. Really, I don't see a thing particularly feminine about them. I vacillated back and forth with the notion for a while, but finally decided I'll wear them with however I want. And yes, I tuck my jeans into them. Haters gonna hate.
